I booked for the Standard Twin — Shared Bathroom and was given room No. 9. Beautiful place, cozy room, friendly staffs BUT 2 things disappointed me throughout my stay: 1. Next to my room was room No. 8 which was a family room. Throughout my stay, I couldn’t catch a proper sleep or peace as the kids and family kept walking in, out and upstairs of the room which results in the noise of door thumping, in-house slippers noise as they use the staircase in the room and thumping noise of their feet walking around. When I first woke up in shock, I highlighted to the management 3 times (subsequent calls and visiting the desk) and they’ve informed the tenants but nothing solved.
2. The hotel Wi-Fi is not stable. It’s connected but some of the time the connection got cut off which resulted in the longer time taken in refreshing the page while I was doing some work. I end up using my own personal data instead to save the hassle and time. Overall, it was a below average stay due to the noise made by the family next door.
