Amnbience of the hotel room and reception is fusionly nostalgic. Friendly crew members. Few key things that the hotel Management needs to improvise for a better stay for the guests ; 1) the room seems look clean and comfy BUT dusty as the min we walked in and settle, we keep on sneezing, at least an hour twice or 3times. 2) carpet stain on the flooring were obvious to be seen. 3) the seater and table located at each of the emergency are not being cleaned up, table glass are stained and cloudy? 4) The housekeeping to be carry out at the reception is to be carry out during the day or before the traffic hours such as before 7am or 730am? why do it after 8.00am or 8.30am whereby some of the customers are checking out? the mopping to do it in front of the guests? 5) the black tiles and flooring outside at the entrance towards the reception are dusty and dirty. 6) Do you need a lot of reception officer to work just to serve one or two guests and the efficiency on the process of checking in needs 15mins to 20mims to process? 7) The tapping card some how rather were faulty when it came to the second one, cant access to the entrance towards the room and it took an hour to fix it, but thankfully one of your male reception able to mend it and gave it to us to our room. 8) the uniform for the the reception crew or guests officers are too casual to represent the hotel identity. 9) the valet or the guest officer that lead us to the reception was friendly and helpful BUT… was found smoking at one corner and without mask during the late hour of the dusk. 10) The reception personnel was found without or not with face mask when there were no guests checking in. Is such SOP being checked at all times and put into hard practice to avoid any spread of germs?
