Only three lifts were working. Narrow and complicated underground car park. Tiny swimming pool and even tinier gym. However there's an entire street of high end restaurants downstairs, don't worry about being bored at night. Can walk beside the coastline or even jog, bring your pet along if you want. Convenient and accessible to the town where all the local good food are available.

We were in an apartment from where we could see the strait of malacca. It was secure and with a very nice view of Penang bridge as well. Witnessed the Sunrise drinking my morning tea.

Good facility but the security is somewhat doubtful. It's kinda busy during the day as there are offices allocated there next to the residential area. However, the suite kept the noise out very well which is very impressive. The hallway is not gonna win the world's hallway contest, but it is somehow acceptable. The place is surrounded by pubs, minimarts, restaurants and cafes which is more like a plus. Not bad at all.

Great apartment. Have a wonderful view, luxury apartment, swimming pool, gym room, sky garden. There are also a lot of restaurants, bars and convenience store. It is really a nice place to spend few days here.

Unique layout. Clean. Comfortable. Temperature could get real high due to the glass walls of the living room. Nice view though. The swimming pool could be bigger as it was over crowded when we visited. Lot of food choices and bars near by.

Nice apartment. Only when I came the weather wasnt good. The view directly to the sea and u can jog for jogginh lover.

Best lifestyle and business spot. Sitting in the heart of Penang with great accessibility. However do avoid off-peak hours as traffic is a mess. Nevertheless, it's a good place for leisure and work.

Nice area to live in there is a wonderful Promenade nearby where you can take evening walks and meet fun people. There are lots of cafes and restaurants all over the area the main Heritage portion of Penang is not too far away either you just have to get an Uber type taxi to get into town. The Heritage area is maybe 15 minutes away Responds and shops here are more on the more than sign I particularly like a place called Whiski where it's nice to go for a drink in mind.

I got a fantastic price off Agoda and at reception I was upgraded to a deluxe family suite! On top of all that just an hour after checking in there was a knock at the door and a wonderful man gave me a gift set of fancy French toiletries! The room was absolutely amazing with full height two story windows all round the views over to the mainland was spectacular. The room was very well appointed with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Every inch of this place just oozed class (from the marble tables to the exotic luxury auto mall just outside stacked with the odd Bentley or Ferrari). The room had nice touches like free drinks and snacks as a gifts and the adult bedroom is well separated from the other bedroom. I will stay again definitely.

Suitable for small family stay. Food easily available nearby. Suite with seaview too. My kids loved it here!

Searching for hotels in Penang to accomodate 5 kids is a no joke. Seriously. The *job* to search for a place to stay (not a homestay) usually is given to me… I spent several days before finally I managed to find this hotel to suit my family preferences without having to pay for 2 rooms as what had many hotels suggested to me (yes. I called and go online at the same time) I must say this hotel is very affordable even if you are not a government servant (I'm entitled to get the govt servant rate where lots of the hotels in Penang do not cater this, so sad). I would definitely choose this hotel again for our next holiday in Penang.

I like the modern feel. This hotel is near the city. And it can see the beautiful sea view.

I spent 3 nights at Maritime — I stayed in the family suite. Very nice hotel — it's somewhat like a hotel/service apartment. The rooms are huge, and it comes with a fully functioning kitchen and a great view — perfect for families. Very clean, staff are friendly and is very well located. It's a new hotel — they are officially launching next year in January. Room rates are reasonable and very affordable for its size!

My family and I spent 5 nights here in July 2015, the hotel was still in soft opening, we truly enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, very nice and spacious duplex rooms, big enough for a family of 5, bus number 12 station was right across the road, would take you to Komptar in 10 min, (taxi will cost 15-20 R), coffee shops, macdonalds and subway just few minutes. Breakfast was good enough. Sincere Appreciation to all hotel staff.
