Luxury hotel with spacious room & good location. Will glad to stay there for a good experience.

Enjoyed my stay in mei hotel, as the staffs are all very friendly, and it is located in a very strategic place in the island. I got to everywhere very quickly from this hotel. Plus, parking is also very convenient here.

This 3 star hotel was giving me a four star facilities and almost 5 star services. The breakfast price is reasonable with quality serving.

The hotel is new and rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly and greet you as you enter. Opposite the hotel has relatively not too bad dim sum restaurant. Now, the rooms are not sound proof thus you can hear singing/music blasting from the ktv opposite the hotel till 12am. The elevators are slow. It took me 2 rounds to go down from 10th floor. The staffs should educate/inform tourists especially from China not to run and talk loudly at 2am at the corridor and sound above our room. I was woken up by the sound. It was super annoying!

Have a lift parking for car… nice n clean room. Delicious breakfast too.

Excellent hotel, and customer service. The location is not perfect, but everything else makes up for it. Beautiful rooftop lounge with a great view of the city.

Room was new and relatively clean. Good location. Eateries nearby and a massage shop next to the hotel. Walls are pretty thin. You can hear other people talking in the next room. Staff were friendly except Mei Ling. She was reluctant to help and told us she was changing shift and said ‘ I don’t get paid overtime’. Raised her voice at my mom. Unprofessional. Mei hotel should do something about that.

Stayed at Mei Hotel Penang for 3 nights. Room is small but everything works. Conveniently located with street food stalls nearby and about 20 minutes' walk to Heritage Site. Value for money.

It is a very convenient hotel, with friendly staff at reception as well as concierge. Check in and out is fast. The lobby is spacious with nice decorations. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lighting are good and bright. Nice bed linen and pillows. I had comfortable sleep duting my 3 days trip. Will surely stay again in this hotel in my next visit. Keep uo the good work and maintain the cleanliness of the rooms…
There are lots of hawker and local food stalls around the hotel, just a few steps walk, younwill find those hawkers.

Very convient to access to walking distance to giant and there a fresh coconut stall that sell coconut Rm 4 each and there a nice Hokkian mee that can add other meat and pig stomach on it within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very new and clean.

Great location with lots of food stall surrounded, great hotel with modern design and spacious room, have it own carparks and breakfast buffets are all just nice.

Nice place 3 to 5 star hotel with in door car park lift in every floor (15 floor) only one in Penang or Malaysia.

Very accessible location, next door has various Food courts, night markets, salon and massage place. We travelled there 3day 2night in a big group of 9 and the hotel helped us arrange for 10-seater for airport transfer and city tour at a reasonable price. Best of all, despite being located at a busy district, the hotel is new and quiet, with friendly staff to help with our luggge and cater to all of our enquiries. Going to the big shopping mall Gurney Plaza or Paragon cost only ringgit $5 by Uber! Definitely will come to stay here again when visiting Penang!
