Hye… Traveler come stay hare it was a nice place to stay… The price was not to high.

A nice budget hotel with spacious room. Right across the ferry terminal to the mainland, and very close to the heart of the old town. The breakfast is quite nice and plenty.

Low-budget hotel in Penang. Since its location is not in a busy street of Georgetown, it has pros and cons. It is near bus station and traditional Chinese Market. The service is good and the room is decent.

Room has all the necessary items. Clean.

Perfect location for a tourist like me. Bus station is on the opposite side only. Walking distance to everything. Hotel is clean and staff were pleasant and nice.

Absolutely good value. Clean and nice breakfast.

Well situated budget hotel. Welcoming staff & clean rooms. Just across the road from Ferry from Butterworth. Close to great eating places.

It's an average budget hotel with essential facilities and services. Need to improve on cleanness and servicing speed.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable, aircond cool, decent Malaysian breakfast. Parking was easy, there is designated aprking for hotel guests just next to the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days, I enjoyed the service of this hotel very much I made the mistake of forgetting my favorite jacket in the hotel closet I returned to the hotel two times, but the hotel did not find my shirt is very sorry.

This is quite good. Nice room, nice bathroom, clean, quiet, effective aircon. I usually do not find hotels in Malaysia of good value, that one is an exception.

Nearly-new hotel conveniently located in the historic district. Great value for the money. Spacious room with good soundproofing. Lovely view of the harbor.

Loved everything about this hotel, from the location to the staff, the breakfast, the room, the Wi-Fi, the bed. We asked for a quiet room and got exactly that but we had to sacrifice a view for it.

Very bad service from the receptionist boy who work on night shift on 26th Dec 2015. We had ask for a parking reservation with another receptionist girl and however she did not inform her colleague during the exchange shift and caused us to waited for almost 45mins for parking as we reached late about 1.45am midnight. However, no solution was given and we were asked to park our car and blocking all other cars. The reason given to us when we ask the receptionist boy why is our parking lot being parked by other car although we already asked for parking reservation before we were out for dinner on that night, the receptionist said he do not know anything as he was no being informed that the parking lot is being reserved. This is very bad communication among the management side and caused us so much trouble as a hotel guest! The reason given by the receptionist boy is he cant disturb other hotel guest by moving the car from the reserved parking lot but he can disturb me this hotel guest early in the morning to wake up and move my car give way for other car. This is so unreasonable. I have requested to talk to on-duty manager but still no solution was given to me and we have to wait at the roadside for almost 45mins in the middle of the night just for the management to come out a solution and yet no solution was given and we were ask to park at a place where our car is blocking the way out.
