Good environment, good facilities and really calm with green wolrd.

Japanese style chalet, cooling air-cond, beautiful mountain view n positoned on a higher spot so no flood.

Warming, patience and friendly stuff to serve us. Good experiences for the container cabin. Highly recommended.

The Japanese cabin was most suitable for a small family with about 4-5pax. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel comfortable to stay with them. We have learn to play ninebot at there. Enjoy too even if you just spend a whole day there without go anywhere. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying here while visit Sg. Lembing, the resort with good maintenance and friendly staff.

Nice comfy place, I stayed in the Japanese cabin room, It was quite spacious. This place is quite lively during the weekends with gatherings of the families staying here.

Staff is good in assisting us and the room is neat and tidy. We have an enjoyable trip with T-box in our trip to Rainbow Waterfall.

Would be my pleasure to rate 4 stars but some lights in and outside the room were spoiled and when I called to request the PIC to fix them, was told no more spare bulbs at the moment. So we have to bear with darkness outside the room for the entire night. Out of that, everything was fine. Price is slightly steeper compared to other resorts in Sungai Lembing. Shall just provide FOC facilities/equipment like bicycle etc for a short period. Room was spacious, modern, clean and cozy.

I went during a school holiday so it was considered as the peak season, relatively the price of the rooms was hiked up as well. I rented the Japanese double room for 3 d 2 nights and I would say the room is pretty decent! It's air conditioned, It has a queen bed on the floor ala tatami style, a walk in wardrobe, a private bathroom with heater, a kettle, TV, mini bar, and also a small coffee table for two. The room is uphill facing the whole area and u can drive your car and parked just in front of your room so it's much convenient. Room overall is clean and they do provide early breakfast as early as 5am! Specially catered for early birds who are going to the waterfall/hiking bukit panorama. Tasty breakfast as well although the variety is limited. Staffs are friendly, they even lend us their motorcycle for free so that we can hv a short ride to the town for dinner that's very kind of them!
However downside of it: there's no Wi-Fi in the room and my mobile data was very bad at that area ; there's no really 24hr reception service as I tried to call them multiple times around 6am for some urgent matters but noone picked up; they don't do housekeeping so our towels were not changed and mini bar was not topped up for that; price for Japanese double room is rm227/night which I find a little bit expensive for the facilities and overall condition they provided.
Overall a good stay but hopefully they will revise the price!
