Superb direction. Hotels good but got a lot of mosquito.

Near to Mall but to many mosquitoes and receptionist simply change the room without inform earlier but we already pay full in advaced.

Room was clean, big enough and strategically located.

Great place to quick stay.

It's a good place to stay if you are planning not to stay at a hotel for a long time. The price is also good. It's better to book it online since you can get cheaper price than walk-in. My problem here is only on the Wi-Fi available. The line sometime went worse and sometime I can't even connect it. There is parking available around there, but it's a small site. The receptionist is also easy to communicate with. I can rate it 3.5/5 only for now.

Poor hotel ever! Dont go to this hotel as the room is very smelly and the condition is so old and dirty. No astro channel just a normal tv. Iron service is sucks because the iron board is made from a big table and covered with blanket. Goshh… no mineral water also… such a nightmare.

Not a very pleasant visit, front desk staff is not very cooperative and seems clueless of everything. This hotel does not serve breakfast, which makes it quite expensive all together just for the stay. Parking is very limited if you guys are driving. One more thing, do not park your precious vehicles under the tree! The birds are very generous with their droppings!

Budget hotel. Bad communication skill. The room also not so satisfy.

Take a family room 1 double with 2 single as wecr family of 4. Regret to have only 1 hanger in d room. When request for extra another 3 will do… it was decline and ask why… its standard, memang macam tur… b reasonable n professional la when customer request something for extra. Is it too hard to entertain… hanger jer pun… bukan minta benda valuable…

Smelly bedsheets and comforter. The wall dirty and wallpaper peel out.

The price is cheap, the city is not far. The room was large and had family support to choose from. Service level bar. This hotel is worth recommending.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful too. It's 4+ km to the cempedak beach Highly recommend.

Location is wrong. Is now the Lorong Seri Kuantan 2 directly to the kl. Departure from the Lorong Beserah.
Attention: The hotel is not in the Centre. You have at least 1/2 3 / 4 hours on foot until then. But there is a bus stop directly in front of the House. Hopefully, soon, there are plans with bus routes.
