This review is only about the Safari Park part of the resort; we haven't been to the rest of it. Basically this place is one of the biggest I've ever seen, but many parts of it are still not completed. The management might have some funding issues and are not doing enough marketing of the place. Maybe because it's located really far from major population centers, so it's really a hassle to get there. However the place is worth a visit if you're nearby. It just feels a bit dead with barely no visitors but us, and the animals! Despite that, they stick doing all the shows on time, which are quite elaborate. Just make sure you drink lots of water and are fit to walk around up and down as this place is huge. In addition to promotion, the place needs more cooling, like fans and sprinklers for the visitors.

Nice apartment unit. Clean, comfortable and complete with basic necessities. Highly recommend for a family getaway. However, the safari needs upgrade. The animals "look" like they are being caged.

Don't waste your money & time here. We has taken up a 3D2N package at Arabian 2 bedroom suit. They advertised many activities, but among 4 stations, only 2 workers manage, which will keep you wait long enough. The workers didn't make up a line for proper queue, people just simply take their turn. Thw safari park is big but not impressive. Water park is fun thought.

Quite okay. But a bit small. The safari queue is long during holidays. Should increase more truck during holiday. Not just depending on 3 trucks for the amount of customer in safari. I find the Safari to be confusing as well, maybe a printed map would be nice?

This resort is full of attractions and activities. They have a very large water park, night safari, performances and several other activities. The rooms are nice and clean with good house keeping service. The pool is nice too.

Stayed at the Arabian quarters. — Clean room. — Comfortable bed. — Clean bathroom. — The food was just okay (I was very hungry that time, so yeah). — The breakfast buffet was enjoyable (mostly local food).

Water park is average. Needs to further improve to keep up with time. Safari. SUPERB! well done! Moving in the right direction. Kudos.

This is my third time to BGRC since 2011. I saw lots of improvements in water parks with few addition to existing water playground. My kids and the whole family enjoyed it very much. Food are not that expensive when compare to other popular waterpark in Klang Valley.

Also good, left the bustling city, here birds and flowers! There is a wealth of jungle activities! There is also a water park with Green mountains and rivers! Indulge in 3 days and two nights.

Good place to visit with kids. Educational. Many animals to see. But be prepared for a long walk because of the many animals to see. Safari drive satisfactory.

Good destination for kids to spend 2 days (waterpark+safari). Wholesome family experience. Staffs were very helpful and prices are very reasonable.

Nice water based theme park and outdoor activities resort. Great for family and corporate outing. The resort bay is nice and well maintained. Free tram between resort and theme park is a very convenient feature. However too many hidden charges especially for tube and locker rental that might caught first time visitor in unwanted surprise. Some of the slides are also under maintenance which leave less option for fun ride. All in all BGR is a fun place for all walks of life with some room for improvement.

Huge resort. With a water park and safari. Rooms are spacious in an apartment style layout. Parking is not an issue. Coffee house food and drink prices reasonable. Upkeep and maintenance are wanting. Perhaps it is because of the size of the resort.

The water park and safari park can be completed in one day if arrive there early morning. The water park is not so big and the animals are pretty few in safari park. But it's worth to have short weekend holiday. Please note that the activities provided by Active Academy are need to pay and the academy is situated in front of Caribbean resort.

Good clean water facilities is also very good breakfast was a little ordinary night street light problem dark touch dangerous convenience store does not complete mostly good.

Beautiful place with jungle surrounded, nice pool, nice rooms, nice food, nice service, nice weather often foogy in the morning such a nice weather for jogging, you can find a wild big birds if you're lucky, so many friendly people.

For the first time in this resort, the environment nice and clean, the room quite okay, just cold air, the noise loud, the kids happy in the waterpark, playing, and possibly leave the relationship, the tourists many, rental swimming circle or a line, the Breakfast food was very ordinary, not what's on the menu for choice, hope can improve.

It's quite a nice place to go for a weekend gateaway. And the entrance fee to the water park is not that expensive.

Pros : I've made a booking at Agoda for the carribean family suites but when it comes to the check in time they said that they've upgraded the room to arabian family suites which is more expensive then the carribean suites but it doesn't cost me anything. Alhamdulillah. Cons : But, end up we've got the room which has a jungle view which my parents don't really like it. So i've upgraded the room facing the swimming pool which cost rm50 per night. So just a little advice if you want to make a booking, just careful with the room view located on the descriptions. The jungle seems not really nice at all. Cons : The telephone at my room doesn't function at all which makes us to go down to earth just to get an iron. Please improves this. Thank you.

Karaoke bar at gambang water park very bad and old system. Price very expensive RM70 for 1 hour but all songs old. Come on u must upgrade. Because very suck.

Feels like i'm back in the 1980s where hotels were called "rumah tumpangan" or resthouses. 1st resort i've been in where u need to take a number before being served by receptionists eventhough it made the queue worse. Unreasonably priced rooms that's literally like a 40 year old high school dorm.

Separuh hari habis dekat beratur je. Sistem cam gampang.

Lousy Food — Bad taste and with flies around, dirty plates, spoons and forks. Lousy Receptionist — Extend stay need to check-out and check-in again, assign wrong room in the system, full of excuses. Lousy Management — Switched off the lights at the corridor assuming that no one is staying at that floor, just ASSUME without verification, and never switched it on after attempted a few complaints. Lousy Room — SMELLY towels.
