Great hotel with best price!

I have stayed here a few times, polite and friendly staffs and best of all very clean room but just a small hiccup for this trip now as we speak, I understand as the border has open up so alot of essentials are out of stock, but do inform the guests about it, so that we do not have to go buy essentials in the night, example disposable toothbrush and toothpaste Nevertheless, still a 5 stars rate for them. Keep up the good work 👍 stay strong 💪

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The bed is very comfortable, this is what I am most satisfied with, so I can have a comfortable sleep， and high quality service. Staff was incredibly helpful, Prepare breakfast for us at 5 o'clock in the morning so we can enjoy a delicious breakfast before going out.

The hotel had well designed rooms, ample car parks, great food and luxurious pent house suites. High tea on special request — the scones, sandwiches and apple pies are just superb. Staff are friendly and greet you by your names. Stayed at many places but recommend this hotel any time especially their pent house suites!

We stayed at the family suit. The Stay, Staff and Food was great. Mr Mohan Marappan (the Manager) took extra care and support during our stay at the De La Ferns. We appreciate the hospitality and kindness shown. We highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel to stay. On the main road. But better to drive here. May be not confortable to reach here by public transport.

We book a room for 4. Very spacious and clean but was on the 5th floor close to the road, quite noisy. Room was ok but seems to be dated. Breakfast was OK, Malaysian cuisine were delicious but not many choices available. Staff were friendly and nice.

The restaurant serve pretty decent food at higher end price. But the second time, I went there the food turned out to be ridiculously salty. We cant even finish our food. Too salty.

This hotel is first class! Everything you need is catered for by the polite and wonderful staff. They will go the extra mile. A place to stay if you are visiting the Cameron highlands.

One of the more comfortable hotels in Cameron Highlands. Food is simple, but good. There's a dinner package as well. Steamboat is nice in the cool weather. It's a bit further from many of the attractions, which can be a good thing when there are heavy traffic jams.

A basic halal hotel located in between Brinchang and Tanah Rata, near The Smoke house hotel and Caremon Highland Resort. There’s only one halal hot pot restaurant and one convenient shop outside hotel. Nothing much around hotel. Can’t get any alcohol around hotel, however you can have your alcoholic drinks fixed at either The Smoke House Hotel (walkable) or Cameron Highland Resort (drive). Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Ask for a room away from the main road as it is very noisy with high traffic even at night. We got a high floor family suite room which was located on 5th floor the highest floor with a great view. Only one toilet with bathtub available. No Aircon or fan in room. Overall had a pleasant stay. I would pay a bit more for better hotels mentioned above if I ever visit Cameron highland again.

Nice place. Located in the middle between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. Easy access for food. Just walking for steamboat restaurant.

Old and dated rooms but still functional. Entrance and receptions still look good though. In the quiet part of the Highlands.

What a great hotel! Love the room, decorations and all staff very kind & always smile. Meet mr Mohan b4 check in & he gave me a tour to hotel room & gave me a good discount. And I really appreciated. And so many thank you to F&B manager (i dont knw his name but I think he is) for gave my picky eater-autisme daughter bfast buffet for free. Really nice of you. Definitely will stay here again!

View from higher floor is nice, room atmosphere is nice and clean. Pullout bed was lumpy and uneven to sleep on. The buffet breakfast was bad and lots of stale things.

Junior suite is clean, good view. Pullout bed was lumpy and I could feel the metal below me. Breakfast was terrible, a lot of stale food. For Vegetarians only bread, butter and drinks available however, they were nice enough to make some noodles.

This is very comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly with good room service. The rooms are just nice space wise. Tea, coffee and water is complementary with electric kettle. There is a mini fridge in the room. The view from the balcony is breath taking and we loved having our morning coffee there feeling close to nature. Parking is never going to be a problem at this hotel. I would recommend this as I have stayed in this hotel three times.

We loved the room. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom and water pressure was really good. The hill view was not extraordinary but it was still nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a bit noisy as the road is just next to the hotel. I am giving 4 stars because of the breakfast buffet. It can be improved. Not a lot of options, specially for foreigners. I do not like nasi lemak or porridge. And western option was just bread, egg, sausage, croissant and mashed potato. All in all the hotel is great, staffs are nice and room is clean. No complains about service.

Nice quite location to relax, avoid rooms facing the road. Bed is firm and the shower pressure is good. Breakfast is good too. Their seafood steamboat is good value for money too.

Did NOT stay there, but had a coffee in the restaurant. — worse coffee I've almost never gotten!

Good hotel, clean accommodation, good breakfast.

I liked the quadriple room a lot. I liked the buffet breakfast especially the croissant. But the hotel really needs to improve the quality of the Wi-Fi. Put more router and some security on it. Please check the toilet water hose connection. It's cold there so there could be leakages. And when your housekeeping washes the balcony of the upper floors don't let the water drain like waterfall to the parking lot.

The place are cool even without air-conditioning, nice view, nice decorations, friendly staffs, there is a small supermarket beside the hotel to get some local products (dry strawberry, dry peach, dry pineapple, dry bitter gourd, dry Roselle)

The room was okay and suitable for family group. B The only donwside is the breakfast buffet was not up to hotel standard. Much more to improve. But its fun abd comfortable to stay here.

I am decide to have a visit to Cameron Highland for business purpose which a sudden rain that force me to stay overnight. The staff is very nice and meticulous. They handed me a clean towel when my shirt is soaked through. They offered me a warm tea and asking me what I need. I choose a room at the back with a mountain view and the view is breathtaking. Room are clean and well decorated. And there are Free Wi-Fi in lobby and the line is stable. There’s a restaurant next to the hotel which serve very good food there. Food here taste really delicious and I am really love it. Facilities here are okay but the service here show good money value All in I am really satisfied with my experience. We would certainly return.

Beautiful, clean hotel, staff is excellent very helpful, we had a flight to catch from KL so had to leave early at 6.30 in the morning, so we requested some sandwiches to be packed and when we came down for check out, they were ready, Thank you so much for that. loved our stay here, if I ever come back to Cameron Highlands will stay here for sure.
