Good place to stay with in bigger groups. Should add lifts tough but I think they are in middle of adding those now. I have been staying here on and off for last 9 years.

Every things seems alright but lighting not Bright enough due to only install 1 bulb per point. If for energy savings why not installation of LED lights.

Pretty good value for its price point. Good for families or big groups of friends. Request a ground floor apartment if you have a lot of heavy luggage, since they don't have a lift. The view from the balcony at night is very beautiful.

Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Keep in mind this is not a 5-star hotel and price is reasonable so it's acceptable in terms of the apartment is clean, neat and spacious fitting for families or groups except that you have to bring your own kitchen utensils and appliances if you want to cook. Clean water for consumption and water heater for baths. The view is heavenly with peaceful calm surroundings to de-stress and enjoy the cold breezy mountain air. No elevator so got to work those muscle legs up to which ever floor you're staying. Wi-Fi is on the low range so data will be useful. Location is great and everything is within walking distance.

Stay for 3days and 2 nights… its worth it place to stay. Which the place is so convenience and easy to access to other places such as Brinchang night Market and Brinchang town. Facing a great view. But the parking space is too limited… the rest is awesome…

Suitable for family… only things is very slippery in the kitchen. My sis fall down when the floor is wet. No extra floor mate in the kitchen… good location!

Poor Wi-Fi connection and unfriendly receptionist. Everything else is great, affordable. Room is spacious with a great view from the balcony. Recommended for a family vacation (up to 8 persons per unit).

Very poor and rude customer service. Wifi was not even accessible for a minute throughout the three day stay. Receptionist was very rude. Overall the hotel service was very poor and dissapointing. The hotel stay was not worth paying the money for.

Service was not as expected as, room cleaning service was not done in proper way even though stay there 3 nights. Refreshment not being well replenished for each day. Toilet facilities were too basic with only single soap dispenser. No water nozzle for toilet bowl and this very troublesome for Muslim. Kitchen with no microwave, no cooking facilities, only refrigerator is provided. Wi-Fi signal is poor, only reachable at balcony as the Wi-Fi unit installed far at parking space at ground level. Not convenient at all for those stay at higher level.

Spacious at good location. No lift.
