Feel BAD experience and very disappointed with this kind of service i Booked 3 weeksa ago thru Agoda, but Hotel cancel my booking last few days due to fully book. Because of this, I can't get others hotel immediately, so I have to cancel my whole trip. Me and my Family feel disapointed with this kind of service. Why NOT inform me after I BOOKED? how can they cancel my booking after few weeks? i tried to email the hotel and the manager (Oliver), but non of them want to reply my mail and calls…

What a bad service of this hotel. Call to the receptionist to get change a pillow due to bad smell and the reception can reply me with '' yes… Our service is this bad and any complain u may report to our operation manager '' really fxxk… hey management, is this the way u all train your staff? No manners 😠😠😠 Disappointed fxxk… Don't ever trust with their photo show… Cheater and liar😠😠😠😠

Poor customer service. Need to pay extra for few minutes late check out. Room been blocked if you are late. Need to re-active in counter. Crazy.

Extremely terrible hotel to stay. The bed is full of dust and hair, same with toilet. And you can even hear next door or basically the whole floor guest talking, running, babies crying. Early morning a guy fixing the wall exactly right outside of our room, very annoying sound. The call to operator will never work. Extremely regret paying such price to stay in this lousy hotel!

Service very bad. I already survey the review and they were right. Towel only 1 which they put on top of toilet bowl. The towel not even clean. The staff said if need extra towel just press '0'. Call many times nobody pickup. I had to call online number get towel. The room really look good as in advertisement but hallway outside room doesnt look like hotel. Look mess.

The room so dirty, some more the receptionist Cik Jayi said the housekeeping is not available. Even duty manager also not on duty. Totally a stupid hotel and service. How to sleep?! Request change room also say cannot.

The environment is very poor and dirty, the sheets are smelly, the waiter is not good enough to not answer the phone, and the sheets are not enough, and they need to be rented and paid, and also gave us dirty sheets. Bad service here.

Dirty, smelly hope this problem will solve. Very disappointed.

Checked in and found out that the room did not have any bath towels. On top of that, the Wi-Fi and phone line were busted. Made 3 requests with the front desk to fix these issues, but the staff did not seem to care. Disappointed with the service here. The management can expect a letter of complaint very soon.

Nice rooms with balcony, cooling fresh air at night. Food is not a problem, children can hv fun &entertainment nearby also many shops around.

Bad service. Take more than 1 hour for check in. Payment already secured but room is not available. Not recommended.

Convenience stay with family. Spacious room is what we looking for. Highly recommended. Really nice.

Toilet door & glass very dirty with a lot of stain. The most uncomfortable is the bedsheet and pillow with light yellow stain. Quilt cover have strong bleach detergent smell and the quilt only cover up with white cloths which do not have a proper quilt cover! The coffee table full of dust once check in and the room is smelly, have to open sliding door on balcony to let go the smell! The sofa is so dirty with a lot of stain too, ceiling light some is broken also doesn’t wan to change! is a bad memory I have never stay this kind of worse hotel before! WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and strategically located. My room was on level 8 with nice view and balcony. At level u can enjoy the shipping mall with lots of food options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Place is at walking distance from bee farm, rose garden, strawberry farm and butterfly farm.

One of great hotel in Cameron Highland. Locate at a strategic place. Have a nice and neat rooms with an affordable rate. Nice staffs. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. Can take a photos at 3D's Museum for free with a certain package. There's a Cameron Square under the hotel.

An excellent resort in the heart of Cameron Highlands. Nature's beauty meets tranquility at its best. A highly recommended place to visit as other major attractions are within walking distance.

Nice and spacious room. Strategic location. Small lobby and front office which make the check in process slow. Housekeeping not standard, always left something, sometimes less tower, always don't provide floor mat. Housekeeping staffs (foreigner) were not provided with uniform. It left me wondering whether to open the door or not if a foreigner suddenly ring the door bell and holding the floor mat.

Nova Highland Resort was comfortable but very tired and showing its age a little. We were part of a group so we probably got a better rate so it was affordable. Breakfast was the usual varied 3 star stodge so we filled up in the morning for a very active day ahead. Whilst there you shouldn't miss the nearby street market… the freshest fruit & veg ever.

Took the Queen bed room. Its studio apartment sized hotel. Comes with a 3 compartments, living, kitchen and bedroom. Kitchen came with microwave oven and a mini fridge. Living room had a sofa with TV and coffee table. Balcony had a breathtaking view. Of the mountain. Toilet could use some styling improvement. Otherwise the house/room was simply worth the price.

Situated at a strategic place to access most of the tourist attractions of Cameron highlands. A very convenient place for the traveller with convenient shops and ample eateries around. Walking distance to a small market and a bees farm. Hotel room fair in pricing, clean and spacious, only lacking in tables or desks for writing and for those travelling with a laptop. On the down side, no daily room services available so you need to call the front desk for fresh toiletries. Internet is available but does not actually work. Perfect for a gateway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Best room and BIG! Suitable for family. Clean and tidy and have shopping mall below. Even it was not many shop but necessary item can be bought there.

Great room. Lots of space. Intriguing view. But we had no towels and had to ask twice. Getting out in the morning was difficult, as the group d floor didn't open until 10am so it was confusing and had to walk up the car park ramp! Also the lift to the breakfast cafe opens out on to the unsightly car park. Decor and signage needs a facelift.

Thumbs up for room cleanliness and facilities. Only problem that the check-in was delayed but it could be due to CNY peaked period. Unfortunately, toiletries were not provided for 3 bedrooms apartment otherwise they could have earned a 5-star from me. Free 3D tickets was a plus but obviously the artwork n facilities wasn't impressive enough. … Overall, it was one of the best place to stay considering apartment category. Hopefully the management would do their best to upkeep the place.

Great apartment to stay, there are 3 rooms & 2 toilets, very clean. The apartment is near to a Mall & food stalls. Very easy to find food & entertainment.

The room is spacious, clean just a little bit smell musky. View is nice. Remember to bring own toiletries due to hotel not provided.

The location is pretty ideal as it's right at the opposite of the entrance to the BOH Tea Centre, nearby to Raju's Strawberry Hill, has a mall below and other places of interest. However, it doesn't feel too safe at night. (long and quiet corridors). Room is averagely clean, but it's a little bit dusty as I was sneezing the whole night. But overall, it was a comfortable stay. Could be way better if they have properly maintained the hotel, mall and all the other facilities.

This is my worst experience that I have encountered with any hotels before. Arrived in the resort at 3 pm, paid ~RM 1800 for 3 nights stay and got our key to our two bedroom suite and I couldnt believe what I saw next. The room was not ready at all. Foods and used plates were scattered all over the kitchen and living room tables, blankets and bedsheets were everywhere. I don’t understand how could they hand out card key to customer when the room was not ready. Asked for another room and they asked us to wait for another 15 mins for them to get another room ready. Come on guys, this is not how your customers should be treated when they came for vacation. No more next time with this hotel ever! And please think twice before you want to book with this property!

Nice location, there is a mall right beside and amusement park beside. Overall, decent price and good location. To consider the heavy traffic during peak season, it may take ups to 1.5 hrs to travel up to brinchang which is only a few km away.

I really in love with this place so much! Is a new brand hotel. Very clean & suitable with parents with kids. Nice view from the balcony also! Recommended for others to stay. The place is very cozy & comfortable! Beyond my expectation.

The environment was good. Big room with kitchen and living area. But the services and the cleanliness were very poor. After checking in and enter the room, got call from receptionist saying that they wrongly assigned the room to us and asked us to come back to reception counter to change the key. Imagine how tired you are when you are just arrived, checked in at level 3, get your luggage to room at level 8 then u have to come back to reception counter again because of their mistake! Luckily while waiting for the lift, met the staff who come over to level 8 to exchange the key. Fuh! Found many yellow spots on the blanket which is very disgusting. Called for the clean blanket but no one come until we call for second time. Received the clean one but that for single. Duh. I hope they can improve their services and take care of the room hygiene.

Great room but the Wi-Fi doesn't work and the food choices were nit good. It is worth noting that this is inside a shopping centre and looks like it generally caters to business travellers.

Its basically apartments turned into hotel. Booked 3BHK suite which more than decent but nothing fancy. Very near to Copthrone or Equatorial resort. Nice view from balcony. Ample parking space. Will surely recommend. Service offered to the room are limited. Overall, I will recommend it.

Its a new hotel resort just few meters away after Copthorne hotel. Room is awesome as we stayed in a suite queen comes with mini kitchen, they have microwave, plates, and etc… only lack of sugar and creamer for two. Unfortunately during our stay we got no idea why they didnt provide room service as they have food menu in room. According to reception not enough man power… breakfast is okay for a 3-star hotel, malaysian dishes. Just dont expect for 5-star breakfast cuisine. Lobby check-in hall is on 3rd floor so dont also expect its on a ground floor like normal hotels. You need to make your way to the car park entrance first then take a lift to the reception because this resort conjoint with shopping mall… get the picture.? Overall… have fun at night with the cool air breezing just like in Korea…

Room clean and tidy. Toilet cleanliness moderately is good. Kitchen very simple but yet very good. The furniture is good. Can see nice view from the balcony, easy to park the car, only that the noisy sound from the people staying upper level and our kitchen light not functioning. Hope to come again and can get lower price.

I stayed here for one night during weekend in a one bedroom suites. The hotel's room is acceptable. I think toilet cleanliness can be improved. Every room have a balcony, and I find out that sunrise's view here is so stunning. Located downstairs is a mall with outlets like Teh Tarik Place, Old Town White Coffee, Watson pharmacy, 7 Eleven, Nasi Kandar and etc. In a walking distance, you will find a funfair with several clothing and merchandise outlets. I like this place because I don't need to travel to find a restaurant… take into consideration traffic in Cameron Highland is highly congested during weekend. In walking distance also a point of interest, like Butterfly farm, Strawberry farm, a famous Kea Market to buy things like fresh, vegetables, fruits, flowers and so many things.

It's a mixed used development. There are residential shops restaurants and so on. Great place to hang out. But quite a expensive place.

Room smelt like urine, and big stains on the sofa with a musty smell. Very very uncomfortable stay and couldn't wait to leave. Staff were friendly but not very helpful, providing a lack of information about getting around, tours, etc. Do NOT book a tour via the hotel (BBC tour) it's not a proper tour, just a private driver offering no information on the sights. I was really disappointed by my experience. I would recommend going to a tour company like Eco Cameron instead. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival by car, no signage as to where to check in. A big sign for a big resort is not too much to ask for, and would be helpful. Huge crowd at 2 rather slow lifts to Level 3 Reception. 2 lifts to rooms (Levels 4-8), but 1 "permanently" out of service. Do you know, if one misses a lift or it happens to be full, how long it takes before one gets the next one/s, assuming it/they is/are not also full? Breakfast is acceptable. Rooms are great, all gadgets fully functional.

I brought my guitar to practise for an upcoming show. Before heading out I did my usual cleaning and polishing of the guitar. I came back and the room had been cleaned but a huge portion of my guitar body was marked with fingerprints. On top of that, my pick was even missing. I've never been so disappointed with hotel staff before. This had all of us staying at the hotel worried about whether our items had been stolen or not. As a professional musician, I do not appreciate my instrument being touched. It is delicate, expensive to purchase, expensive to maintain, and finally, it is essential towards my career and living. Update: Thankfully, the supervisor was willing enough to investigate his staff (of which, no one came clean), understand my situation, offer a reimbursement, and reassure me it was a serious matter he would bring up at a meeting.

I love the hotel and I love the staffs which are friendly. The hotel is connected to their own mall although it's not that big, it has a lot of things to offer. There's Watson, 7-Eleven, Old Town Coffee and a mamak stall too.

I will owes come to nova hotel again n again. N again. It has 7 e. Watson. Food court. Spa. Carouk. Old town white coffee. And 3D galery. There also alot of kiosk. The hottel attach with the cameron square. The room. So Amazing! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡… this is so good. ♡♡♡♡♡

Nice place to stay with big rooms and nice view.

Stayed for a night in a two rooms apartment. Apart from the damp smell (which I expected of most hotels on Cameron Highland), the unit is actually well-maintained, clean and spacious, especially the living area. Maybe it's still new. It gives a great view of the surrounding area, but sadly, this is marred by haphazard development that truly scars the green environment Cameron Highlands is well known for. P. S. Toilet though is undesirable.

Very nice hotel for its price. The hot shower is really nice in the cold weather. A good variety of shops and restaurants at the base level. The service at the counter is just a tag slow when we were there.

Nice room, GREAT view from the balcony, friendly staff The only drawback was the cleanness of room is very poor, sticky floor, smelly bed, dirty sofa and oily table. Other than that, it's very comfortable staying here.

A new mall for shopping and food. Shops still moving in, but it has high potential to be a landmark of the town.
