Hidden gem. The best place to healing and release stress.
The view is very nice. The place is surrounding by nature like fruit trees and flowers.
Got many types of room here if you want to stay.

Too crowded for pool. Most of the kids and teens climbed the slide instead of using the stairs provided and its dangerous as it almost injured my daughter whos sliding down.

Nice room but there is slight musty smell coming from toilet and need to be careful of the step in the room. Good service and location.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable, not spacious but enough for our family of 4. Coffee machine with 2 capsules, 2 water bottles as well as two 3-in-1 instant coffee were provided as well.

Comfy and clean Appartement and the host is amazing! We checked-in late, which wasn’t a problem at all. He waited for us and we were able to choose between two nice Appartements.

Room looks Exactly as advertised. Cozy and super clean. Hotel is situated at the 2nd floor. No check in required, after payment you'll be given the automatic gate password to enter the room.

The room is very comfortable, everything works well — ok shower pressure, there is a hair dryer, they also provide liquid soap and shampoo, disposable slippers, safe in the room. Bed is comfy.

Our first time staying in Tawau and were pleased with this hotel. Malaysian hotels can be worn and basic. This hotel is clean, smells new and recently renovated.

New hotel. My parents stayed here during the big “mati karan” (blackout) time in Tawau but they had backup generator so the lights and electricity in the hotel was not interrupted at all, luckily!

This hotel is located at Kubota Central, new township, but lots of other hotel & F&B outlet. Just 1 block away there's a supermarket. 10 mins walk away is the 10 Star Mini Cinema.

Ok I enjoyed it very much.
Lets start with the room. Clean, spacious, smells good too. Granted my wife said its too strong. Very well litted too.
