Loving the Junior Suite! Our toddler was able to run around freely — it was so spacious. We even asked for extra bed for my mom and put it inside the living room, and our toddler still able to run around freely! Oh, and we so LOVE the Jacuzzi inside the room. Our toddler had the most fun bath time in history Breakfast buffet was also offering great choices. My personal favourite was the Roti Jala! Only thing, we think the cereals are not as tasty, but others were awesome! … And the lunch a-la carte was great as well. On top of our main course, we ordered the ais kacang and it was SUPER TALL! Thank God our toddler was asleep, otherwise he would've destroyed the tower And at dinner, we went out to have some food nearby. We highly recommend Hotmas restaurant! It's just walking distance. We tried Pahlawan Tomyam restaurant on the first day, which was located just across the road. That restaurant needs some improvement in taste and service, though. In short, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a place for the night in Sungai Petani!

Hot shower didn't work since checking in. Called housekeeping the 1st day for an extra towel and a bath mat which never came. The next day it took 2 phone calls and more than 1 hour to get an extra towel. I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 child and expect bathroom amenities and bottled water for 3 persons not 2. There was just 1 shower gel and no soap when we arrived. Disappointing. I don't mind if the hotel is shabby but service must be efficient.

Room is big and comfortable, and considerably clean. The hotel is quite old and not being renovated quite some time I believe. The facility quite old but still usable.

Quiet location. Big spacious rooms, large swimming pools and friendly staff. Slight inconvenience having the toilet and bathrooms separate. An additional wash basin in the the toilet wud have been very useful.

Pro for staying ample car park, local Malay food, swimming pool is big, room is surprising huge for the price. Clean linen and hot water. Air conditioning is good. Quiet atmosphere. Con: cannot prepare well to cater for big group, slow housekeeping for the room. Non adjustable for cool shower, no Wi-Fi inside room. Lift near the ballroom broke down one time. So we use staircase.

The hotel is dated, but very clean. Room is spacious. Love the comfortable pillows. Buffet is small variety, but just enough. Taste is good. I suggest to improve on dessert. Hope better after renovation! :)

Nice and big swimming pool. Public who is not staying in the hotel can using the swimming pool for RM 15. A lot of locals coming here. May be better lights in the changing room and toilet?

3 stars hotel. Not bad. The hotel has swimming pool, the room is comfortable and quite spacious. And the most important, the food is good.

Bad Service. Slowest. Bathroom block water stuck. Staff cannot communicate very well. Pool ok but service bad Pillow old and not good to sleep. Staff slow service, do not know how to communicate with customer. Pool big is not ok if service is bad.

This hotel served halal foods with some facilities such as swimming pool and halls cater for various functions. Price acceptable.

The rooms looked and were very old. Especially the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was not eatable. They had a very nice and big swimmingpool full of children coming from outside. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The rooms are rather old. Certain amenities were not provided in the room, such as a kettle, and had to be requested for. I also had to change rooms because initially my room did not have a properly functioning toilet. The staff are polite and helpful. All in all it was an okay stay.

The establishment itself was great. Homely like Seri Malaysia hotels, but well managed and a tad fancier. But the location? My god. It could've been in the middle of a rice field and that wouldn't make it any worse.

Good front office services but bad house keeping services. We waited for the room to be made, until we checked out the next day to no avail. No apologies, as if it was a norm for a tawdry services.

Not a bad place to stay but the building is getting old.

The family suite is a bit run down. A funky smell lingers around in the room. Overall, it isn't a bad place to stay as there's no other option around.

This is a four star hotel, but no maintenance at all, the room roof got water stains, and coming out, the breakfast worse, no butter, no chicken. Swimming pool very dirty, customer can swim without proper swimwear.

This is the worst 4-star hotel experience ever… The carpet has plastic wrappings & dust on it and the bedsheets has hair and dirt upon entrance. The amenities are limited, the service is poor and the hotel is utterly in a horrible state… The hotel breakfast is completely disastrous and grotesque… restricted food selection and no server to serve us whatsoever … Will never return.

One of the luxury hotels in Sg Petani.

Poor respon from teleconist. Called almost 10 time todat from 4 pm tpp 4.30 pm no respon. How do the jotel management expect good occupancy rate if you have this kind of workrd.

Dirty, flithy room. Eg 214 stains everywhere on carpet, walls and bed. Mould everywhere in bathroom. Smell of dust in all rooms. Moved rooms 3 times. All the same. Avoid at all cost.

Old building/hotel. Wifi sucks.
