A very good 3stars hotel and family friendly. Comfy bed and pillow, spacious room with nice breakfast.

Bad experiance! They give the key room only one, once reached at The door cant sensor the card luckily the h/k staff there & open the door for us! Then go down to Change The card, they still 1 card. I want to order room service and ask about iron and board, no Phone inside our room had to call used my Phone and ask the Receptionist She said room under maintance! How your hotel can sell the room under maintance! Cleanness don’t want to mention! Not to good.

Must try the `nasi goreng chicken chop` and you won't regret. The black pepper sauce is unforgettable…

It's a superb service, and the food are very absulutely dilicious, and the price so reasonable.

Newly refurbished rooms. The family room is spacious. Grill steamboat is taste superbbbb.

I was here on 19/4/19 — 20/4/19 with 34 pax for a choral speaking competition. My utmost appreciation for the hospitality offered by u. Thank you to all the super helpful staff and managers on duty that make us feel at home. Keep up the excellent job ya.

Nice service, and delicious food.

Strategic location, right across Sg Petani Train Station. Can just walk for those coming to SP with ETS. Friendly and helpful staff. Free buffet breakfast served from 7AM has variety of food. Other menu also available with affordable price. The room is okay and cozy. The toilet is a bit old and small. Toiletries are provided. No elevator. But the staff will be there to help you with your luggage.

Hotel ni paling kelakar. Staff rude. Poor ambiance. Food disappointing. Not recommended.

Its quite a strategic location but the interior of the hotel doesnt keep up to today's trending. Should upgrade the olden version of air cond and bathroom needs such as hair dyier, slippers, some lightings in. The room (as to name a few) to make the hotel more appealing and impressive especially to first timer. Tq.

The food is absolutely mediocre but the considering the low price of the hotel. I think this is acceptable.

I go there for ramadhan buffets. The food is just so so. But not bad.

It was clean and close to the town but no lift.

No lift there… its hard to take beg to go upstair esp to customer olds, pregnant, ladies… Thanks.

-The enterance was nice not that exquisite… Loby's — — — washroom was reasonable (Like a hospital's washroom). -There's no lift (had to climb 3flights to get to the room) -After reaching the room, it was horrible. Air Con was half broken, there was some old curry smell around the room (through out the day), Lights were not working, had to go outside to iron, toilet looks horrible but functioned well. -Breakfast was okay… -No Wi-Fi -Service phone not working either -Receptionist had good communication skills and well dressed. -But making the customer to wait for long hours -Staff member has less knowleged about the hotel -Proper parking areas were provided.

4 stars for great location. Right infront of train station and walking distance to bus station. 3 stars for polite staff. 2 stars for hotel — old and run down despite the recent refurbishment. Basic breakfast menu.

The staff were friendly and humble but the hotel management has to seriously consider changing the breakfast menu.
And the TV channels … horrible
No sports… etc.

A hotel in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Affordable price, neat room but no breakfast at that time bcoz still on renovation.

Calm and clean place. Right opposite ktm station. Good access to key places.

Booked thru traveloka apps. Rm 115 after discount per night for family room. Very affordable. Located opposite of ets sg. Petani train station. Not so clean but still a good place for short stay. Lots of megamall nearby.

Thestaff is friendly n guide to buy ticket to k. L. Esp nelson.

Poor service. Need to pay RM 5 per entrance for swimming pool. You need to walk to the end of building for ironing. Poor customer service. Request for extra pillow but never turned up till check out.

A 3 star hotel. But clean and functioning appliences.

If near train station, spacious parking lot and room is your requirement, seri Malaysia hotel fit the criteria,
But if comfortable, hygiene, good room service is your top requirement, don't need bother to stay here.
The room is dusty, smelly, with low water pressure, and television receiver is poor.
Wouldn't come here again, just sharing my experiences, safe yourself the trouble. Thanks god its just one night.

If you like near train station, spacious parking this is your place, but if you like comfortable, clean, hygiene, this is definitely not the place, television service is poor, water is poor, smelly room, so so food. Safe yourself the trouble.

Rooms are very old. toilet sink is leaking and it yellowish. bed comforter is torn and old. doors, wall paint and tiles are old and unkept. Wi-Fi is weak and intermittent. This hotel need a real refurbishment. The only good point about it is that it's close to the town.

Comfy stay. Everything is nearby. Not classy but just prefect for a good stay.
