I have booked a single room to stay for 1 night. The evening 12 am to 8 am shift front counter ladies were really nice, the pricing is really value for a night stay. - But, the room quality design is really really bad. - Poor Sound proof, I can easily hear other guest room, opening and closing their toilet door with the squeaky sound, conversation and walking footsteps. I was resting / sleeping at 10 pm, and ended up waking up for every few hours because of the noise. - Breakfast is good, they have variety of nasi lemak, mee hoon, oats, Drinks : Coffee, Tea and Water. - I have to check out after 5 hours inconsistent rest due to disruption of rest.

Clean and cheap, special discount for gov servant. However, sound proofing is poor. I can still hear people talking loudly in midnight. Solo room is small but sufficient. The toilet is too close to the wall, taller person might find it hard to use. If u just need a night to stay and want budget. This is for u.

Simple, nice, clean, friendly service from staff. Free breakfast with toat bread with variety of bread spread, coffee with or without milk, tea, nasi lemak, oranges (because is CNY), etc. Highly recommended!

We took the family room. Reasonable price. It was extremely spacious (yeay! ).

A good place to stay for a short trip. Cheap but comfortable enough. My room which is "a tatami room? " is ok. This hotel is in the same blok with 'The Boss cafe', a Sushi restaurant, a clinic and a mini mart.

They provide nasi lemak and roti for breakfast. Clean bed, toilet and room with a reasonable rate. Recommended if you're looking for a room at Sungai Petani.

This hotel has it all! Quiet, clean, simple breakfast, carpark, reasonable price & friendly staffs Chinese restaurant and Nasi Kandar is just few steps away. You can also buy snacks, Maggie HotCup and drinks from hotel lobby.

There has provide free Wi-Fi, free coffee, tea, oat, nestum and biscuits to eat.

This hotel is not hotel it is more like cheap motel. The toilet drainage is fillty and bad urine smell. The toilet bowl is full of yellow stain and they gave wet toilet roll. This hotel couldn't be bothered with the meaning of service, hygiene and hospitality for hotel guest. The room is extremely small and the bath room is and dirty. Staying in this hotel it is like sleeping next to the unclean public toilet. The break fast was terrible. The peanut butter surve is like sugar brown paste. Super cheap and extremely low quality jam, butter and peanut butter. Outside the hotel is due to poor drainage maintenance. The road has a big pot hole. I must say the management has no experience in service industry and they pay peanut they get monkeys to run the hotel. The staffs are so and I must say the bathroom is a place they breed millions of bacteria and this is unbearable and truly They house keeping staffs told me every bath has bad smells there's nothing they can do about it bcoz the management refused to use antibacterial detergent to clean the toilet … maybe due to budget constraints! I will Never Ever Return to stay in this stinky toilet hotel again!

Very clean, neat & tidy. Quite spacious for solo or couples traveller. Simple breakfast of nasi lemak n toast with coffee n tea are provided every morning. Free flow of tea n coffee throughout the day at the lobby. Satisfying and will definitely recommend this. But there is no lift for this building. Very difficult for eldery.

Not worthwhile, without lift family with children a big problem. Sraff not helpful, room dusty can see siperwed.

So far the best & hygienic hotel one could have for a decent price in SP. Even more astonishing are the interior layouts & designs with clean & hygienic environment. Mattress, pillows, blanket & towels were so comfy, soft & tempting to stay indoor. Would definitely love coming back again. Strongly recommended for any tourists or guests heading sungai petani.

A bit far from the city centre but they have a friendly staff and fast Internet connection (I get to play my online game here in a breeze). A decent breakfast of nasi lemak bungkus and toast are served here. 10% discount for government servant.

While on the way to the other hotel, saw this boutique Big Orange Hotel on the roadside, its clean color caught my eyes, so stop, walk-in and booked the room, a new hotel just open up for few weeks, it is small but really clean, service is good, my room actually is not that small, have TV, a simple wardrobe, working desk & breakfast included too, the best thing for me is their Wi-Fi connection, fast!
