The most bad hotel experience I ever had. The hotel service is bad, the female Indian receptionist keep talking handphone with friends when I want to check in. The hotel environment is dirty and old, huge differences with the picture. There is no toilet paper inside the toilet, need to request with reception. There are 3 plugs inside the rooms but 2 pkugs already broken and need to use extension. The aircond is not cold and quite soundly. The paint on the wall at the second floor including the room is falling off like many years did nit do maintenance. When entering the room, the toilet is wet, dirty and feeling uncomfortable. The curtain is broken and dirty. The water heater make a huge sound when swtich on during bath. This is a cheap but bad hotel, not recommended for people to live at this hotel.

Not bad for a budget room. Only rm50 starts at 3pm till 12pm per night. Only wants to highlight the staff that I met in the morning is not friendly to the guest. Only the staff at the evening shift is friendly. Room is clean, small room, got hot water, toilet clean.
