Central location. Near to lots of eateries and bars. Rooms are clean and affordable. Security is relatively OK as there is always someone at the reception. However, the safe was not working in the most recent room I stayed in.

Rooms are nicely decorated. Location is good. Just opposite sutera mall.

This hotel is located near Sutera Mall JB. It is about Rm 135 per night for Queen Size Bed. A lot of food outlets around this Hotel. All within walking distance and a Shopping Mall Aeon.

Hotel looks beautiful on the outside, with a boutique feel decor along the hotel's facade and the fancy lobby. The rooms however are plan and simple, and the maintenance and upkeep is much to be desired. The shower area leaks so after each shower, the entire bathroom is flooded. Wi-Fi signal is poor and none of my devices can access the internet in the rooms. Most of the staff are polite and service is generally excellent. Expect for the lady check-in staff which I found to be particularly rude and unprofessional.

The location is 5-star. And what attracted us to book it for our one night stay in the area is how fancy they decorated the lobby and entrance area. However, the rooms were sub-par, mediocre at best. It smelled musty and the washroom didn't come with a comb. For ~150myr a night, I guess what you pay is what you get…

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room is well-furnished. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay as an overnight guest or are looking to R&R.

The bird nest serve with logan is of cheap quality bird nest, that can easily get at thailand road side hawker. In fact, to my knowledge it is not bird nest, this type is taste sourish. Slice steam fish, roasted suckling pig and abalone broccoli is good. Dinner on 28 Feb 2018

Poor service and bad attitude especially their lady staff ms loke or lock. She need more training on front line service n learn to be more helpful to calm customers down and not just walk away… with unfriendly look… food vice still good… I always like pekin restaurants food…

I just felt funny why your restaurant still serve the shark fins soup and you are delivering the wrong info to public. Shark fins soup has nothing related to medical treatment but a lot of mercury! This is so harmful to human being. Please consider to remove the dishes from the menu. Love our ocean, love our marine… thanks!

Been to I to Beijing the first floor of the service. Food. And even the environment all feel good! Is a very comfortable very suitable for a dinner chat environment! But… this a few times happening makes me feel so disappointed! Even thought they were the size of eye is looking down on people… makes me feel so disgust! Just an ordinary person called to make a reservation that is full can every time say over business really that good? ） but half an hour after the relatives call to say know who'll have a bit… is it really against the relationship? Still don't recognize the people inside can not eat? Over it… but… just some of the ordinary people of the identity of the call to prescribed days… and that didn't bit! Hum to is really very angry… do not know the people inside really is not going to eat it! Twice… again and again like this… really makes me think you're dog eyes! I'm very disappointed.
