Mr Kam is a very friendly and warm host. Very impressed how he keeps this property in excellent condition with a homely ambience. Enjoyed the stay.

Maple Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Mersing.
1. The owner is a brilliant host.
2. The accommodation is really clean. All rooms have attached bath.

Best housekeeping ever. They renovated an old house so nicely. Please just get rid of the mold.

A little homestay with modern facilities. Very clean, very cosy. A single-story intermediate terrace with quiet neighbours in a quiet neighbourhood. Sooooooooo nice! will come again for sure.

Wanted to book hotel but misleading booking this house but gratefully more muchbbetter neither I book hotel so I can park safely imy motorcycle.

Super clean, great AC, easy self check in. Excellent contact and fast reply from the owner. The bed super comfortable. The shared bathroom has shampoo and soup.

We booked this inn last minute on 22 Sep 2025 as a stopover before heading to the jetty the next morning, and it turned out to be a great choice.

We had a problem with our first booking at another hotel and had to find another hotel at 10.15pm, Mersing Merlin Inn was a lifesaver!

We spent 1 night in room with 3 beds (1 double and 2 single). The room was ok. Simple, but there was enough space and cleanliness was on acceptable level. Noted few ants, but not a big deal.

They have a free shuttle to the ferry one hour before departure. The location is great and budget friendly. Budget hotel so can't complain much.

It is what it is but the hospitality of the owner is amazing! Don't expect a 5 Star hotel but it's a proper backpacking experience staying here.

Nice service. Stay are very cheap. Got makan place below. So very convenient. Near bustand. Great view. Jetty view. Kitchen are complete. Bathroom are huge. Clean toilet.

From the moment you enter, it is clear that this hotel has been operating for many years. There is no lift; however, ground-floor rooms are available.
