I checked out the hotel room without taking my hand phone. In the evening, I called up to Swan Garden Hotel, Yuan who is the receptionists picked up. He helped me to check the room that I have stayed and contacted the cleaner that cleaned my room. My hand phone was passed to my friend later on at night. Thank you for the honesty and being extremely helpful. That handphone means a lot to me. Sorry for my “blurriness” that left my handphone in the room and caused inconveniences to Yuan and the hotel team. Once again, thank you:)

During our stay at the hotel we were affected by the nearby band playing loud music throughout the nights till 1 am. How could the hotel and the surrounding accept this kind loud music when the guests need to wake up early in the morning?

Cheap with plesent staff, close to local type foods and western fast foods, 7-11 directly across from hotel. Good for folks working at JB port or around industrial area.

Nice hotel, got nostalgic feeling to it. The room, on the other hand, just so-so. Got big TV though, you would enjoy the movie for sure.

The hotel it self is poor. But the surrounding area is good.

Stayed 2 night. Room full of smell. Cleanness of the toilet have to improve. Broken shower head. TV not tuned properly. The only good things is the free breakfast is good.

Rooms are musty, and the best way to describe is like living in a box with (a) small window at corner. Decor a-la 90's motel. You are only lucky if there are no bed bugs.

I am here at the lobby early at 10.00am now. Informed the receptionist please check me in as soon as a room is available. Answer is 2.00pm. Without any other info. Would not want to return here for the service. Regards.

Situated in Bandar Seri Alam business area with walking distance to banks, small mall, cinema and food outlets. Great for visiting families to stay over.

This is a kind of budget hotel for short stay. Food and services are reasonable.

Security inside the hotel is fully operate as most of the area inside the hotel are covered by closed-circuit television (CCTV). Some furniture are old and need maintenance or refurnish. The hotel also provide comprehensive breakfast for the guest every morning. The area around the hotel is clean all the time.

One of the worst hotel which I have never experience. My room can't open 2nd time and the staff just give me a nice excuses tat battery flat for the door excess. And the worst I got frustrated 3rd time the door can't open and the answer from your best staff no new battery available at moment. Previously they jus change to used battery. Your good n best hotel doesn't gave me free room to stay.

Excelent bfast for budhet hotel.

There's no towels, no hair dryer in the room. Draining pipe in the shower room is blocked. C/P value is low.

Room is clean, but the bed and toilet strong smell of smoke, water heater take time to heat up the water, no hair dryer in the room. Also, when we ask to change room for us, they say have to charge, then we request them to do the house keeping, they say no house keeping at night.
