Very satisfied. The room was clean and fully equipped with toiletries. A very comfortable stay.

The room is clean. However, the soundproofing in the Premier King Room facing the main road (Jln Kota) is quite bad, making it difficult to sleep.

Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Worth every penny. Location wise it was quite Jam during peak hour. Sound proof is good as well.

First time stay and really give me a bad experience. Staff work on night the guy talk very rude. And can see the boil kettle already rust.

We booked a room for 3. Very small room and so much different from what shown in the photos. No windows not suitable for 3 pax stay. Toilet not clean.

Everything was okay until the day we checked out. We were not given back our deposit because they dig out the rubbish bin and found an empty singapore cigg box. My husband smoke outside the hotel, and there were cctv's around. There was no policy stating that throwing rubbish away will burned our deposit. There was no smell of cigg and no cigg buds in the room, literally an empy singapore cigg box. There goes our deposit, even so, the recept said " just Rm50 ". It is still money, and when I asked for a receipt for the burned deposit, he stated in the remarks as " smoking ". Ridiculous, everyth was awesome but the receptionist just spoiled our mood upon checking out.

Spacious.
Notable the room size is bigger. The toilet is bigger. Provide a complete kit you need for your stay. Consider value for money compare to the nearby hotel.
Eateries and retail shop available on the opposite of the road. Convenient and easy to find parking as this is not too crowded area.
Recommended.

Hotel in good condition. Reasonable price for Presidential suites. The biggest room with jakuzi (but I prefer normal bath tub coz the jazuki is a bit short). Good brand of aircond.
Room are clean. Lot of parking space as it is a non famous commercial area. Restaurant nearby.
Everything are fine accept for the iron. It's located outside of the room. I don't mind sharing but the condition? Need a replacement.
For electrical item, please used branded item such as Philips as they are more durable and long lasting. For the iron board, please buy a new cover. You can get a very good and thick cover at shopee. Below RM50. Please invest.

Nice hotel with great facilities. They also provide free bath gel, shampoo, shaving set, and toothbrush.

Good place to stay. Parking lot is big. Better to stay at this place for those who outstation alone like technician.

Saw this place having pretty good reviews and not even 1 bad review, hence gave them a shot.
It was really really 10/10, clean room, good service, and the daily housekeeping just makes it feel so nice to come back after a long day.
Service is also amazing as I had some issues with slow flowing water in the basin and informed them before I headed out in the morning, which was later rectified by the time I came back. Would recommend anyone who wants a nice place to stay to come here. Might be slightly higher price than other budget places but it’s worth the extra comfort and cleanliness.

Loose basin tap and broken hair dryer. Don't ever stay in a room with windows facing main road because is super noisy.

Clean and spacious room but noise from the road is very very bad… there are no shops or convenient stores nearby. 1-2 malay food stalls but probably we arrived near midnight.

Stayed one night to bunk over in JB, having booked a standard room (1 king sized bed with no windows) but was pleasantly surprised with the experience.
Don't let the hotel's two star rating and distance from the city centre fool you; friendly and helpful staff, well set up rooms.
I was worried about the reviews I have seen of other hotels of this price point, but all these complaints dissipated upon me entering the room; the cleanliness is impeccable, the room was no frills, no roaches, bedbugs or mould to worry about.
Most importantly, the soundproofing of the room was good enough for me to get a good night's sleep.
The shower was so relaxing and 'shiok' I got up early just to get a good shower. Water pressure is decent.
The power turns off quickly once u leave the room, if that is the only disadvantage, but the air con was powerful enough to cool the room quick.
Although this hotel does not offer breakfast, there's a very nice roti canai place round the corner which surprised me when I got my breakfast there. The chicken rendang curry will tentalise your taste buds.
