Friendly staff. Easy to find parking. Next to famous kopitiam.

Hot water from rain shower is the best, retreated me from a tried day.

We accidentally find this hotel after a long night car broke down in the highway. After tiring night and worn down, we check in to this hotel. I was so impressed, the room was clean and neat. Affordable price per night and good services, the staff was helpful. Me and my husband impressed with the simple interior design. Will come again when we visited Kluang. Surely will come.

Very nice hotel, absolutely good value for money. Very clean & good location.

The room is clean and comfortable. Its very value to money. There is a emergency exit staircase thru the window. It is good to have it but not sure it is secured from outside unwanted entry.

No compromise on the matress used here, it's definately fit for a hotel like this. Overall better comfort than expected for the price I paid.

Nice clean modern hotel. As with shop lot hotels, some rooms face the main road, some face the back alley and some have no windows. Handicap friendly with lift. Friendly staff. There is gym as well. Surrounding area is conducive for a walk/run.

Would like to give 5 stars servicing performance for the chinese staff Meishya only, I believe she is the only one in Kluang who able to use international sign language to assist my sister and I as we both are deaf upon our arrival and departure. Feel disgusting when we saw dust and fall hair at the brush at the bottom of door, should increase your hotel cleanliness.

Comfort and clean, good for couple and single, room a bit small for small family.
