A pretty little boutique hotel in a very quiet, even deserted neighborhood in Tmn Austin. Nothing much around except for a mamak (Indian Muslim eatery) round the corner. It's a near 5 min drive to Aeon Tebrau which is excellent. The hotel itself is very clean and neat. It's decorated in a mirror-mirror-on-the-wall theme which I found interesting. The cafe downstairs looked nice too but we didn't have a chance to eat there. Great price for such a decent hotel.

Foods tasteless, & portion of pasta we ordered 3plates but all different size, 1alots of pasta & mushrooms, 1 got pasta only 3 to 4 slices of mushrooms, 1 a little bit pasta & 2 or 3 slices of mushrooms… Don't think will step in.

The location is not really ideal as it is not near any food establishment. Room wise it is still fine. Service is excellent from the staff.

Was a great stay, awesome customer service. But the drain seem like stuck on bath room and hair dryer was overheating after use to dry my hair.

I have been there more than 10 times and I recommended all my friends whenever they ask me about hotel recommendations in johor. Not to mention they have very delicious and extensive breakfast ala crate menu. It is highly recommended.

Nice Clean Rooms, Very Pleasa. T Front Office Staffs and Security Guards. Guests safety has been given priority.

Nice room w rain shower n bathtub. Quiet area. Tv programme includes fox movies. Staff r nice.

The room is clean and excellent customer service. Air conditioning was working well, and Toilet facilities are well maintained.

Lights are dim in toilet, hard time put on makeup. A little noisy from doors slamming and people outside. Shower gel has a strange smell. Great service and very clean.

The hotel is clean, and I love the ambiance of this place. The restaurant is worth visiting, where the food are decent and comes with affordable prices. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with the price that I paid anf I definitely would like to repeat coming here again.

Comfortable room with all the necessary amenities provided. Along with drinks and complementary snacks. Shower is great as well!

Luv the menu for the breakfast, the rooms are clean n nice, it's a boutique hotel, however can't say much on its location, if you are driving it shouldn't be a problem.

Rubbish hotel that wouldn't provide receipt even after full payment.

I am here for two nights (2nd night as I write this). It is perfect. Love everything about it (except maybe the chair is a little squeaky). Affordable, clean, nice deco. I did not expect the room to be cleaned on the 2nd day but after going out the whole day, it is nice to be back to a tidy room. Overall, this is an amazing hotel. Thanks to all the staff :)

We stayed in the Luxe Room. It was a nice place to chill out. The staff there are pretty polite and helpful. The same cafe there has some nice food. The only problem was shops or mini marts aren't accessible, like within walking distance. So, if you are driving there is no problem. If you aren't, probably you got to pack extra snacks drinks etc. Otherwise, in hotel everything is perfect and we enjoyed our stay there!

It is a clean and relatively new boutique hotel… It comes with the basic amenities, Wi-Fi and cable TV program which is a plus the location is also ok except you really need a car in order to settle your 3 meals or you can try the restaurant at the lobby…

I am lying in my hotel room at 2am being rudely awoken by the person in the next rooms snore! Last night it was his or her phone that was on vibrate mode. That is how paper thin the walls are. There is no one in reception to call to change. Rooms at this hour. I can actually hear every single thing the next room does. It's kind of eerie that someone else is sleeping just right next to u it is that kinda feeling. Please do something about your paper thin walls as it really affects your guests.

The hotel service is good, hotel feels secured, rooms are clean, good location, ample of parking space. Value for money with beautiful interior design.

They have a in house cafe called Stag Bistronomy, serving brunch and dinner, service is on point, and food wise nothing to complain about.

Heavenly and wide variety of breakfast made with love and sincerity; naturally lit lobby and The Stag Bistronomy cafe are welcoming and stylish; clean and nicely designed bedrooms; staff were polite and friendly; a DIY laundry room and 24 hour security to watch over your vehicles.
The location is far from the happening areas except Tebrau which is 2.5km away. Food places are about 20 minutes walk to reach. Uber or red cab cost about $15 to $20 to get to KSL and Bt Indah.

Very good. Quite and clean. Best value hotel.

Check in during the first day of Chinese New Year. Looking at all the angle not just a word can express. Paying at a budget motel rate to enjoy almost 5 star hospitality. Its just worth staying with the built-up.
