As a foreigner in the land one of the barriers is the communication within the staff. Hotel price rate is cheap but don't expect in terms of service. ROOM SERVICE Room is not that clean. Hotel should advise if you want to clean your room when you go out as we stay for 2 nights. When we went to LEGOLAND and when we arrived they did not make-up the room. We asked for new towels they said the the new towels will be ready by 9pm (we arrived at 7pm). We asked whether can give at least 1 for our kid to wash up and they provided 2 towels. Then we went out to have a massage nearby after that we asked again the towel and they provided but the towels had many holes like it was used for foot mat. TRANSPORT We asked assistance to book a transport for our trip to LEGOLAND but they fail to book even the other guest who was a Singaporean Malay was upset because they asked also. Even during our check-out we asked help to get us a tax and it seems they did not do anything then I asked the staff with my broken Bahasa for the status and they just said cannot provide the time of arrival. At the end I just flag outside near the road to get taxi. But one good things is their Wi-Fi as we able to use for video chat during eve of Christmas.
