A strong drain smell when I walked into the room. Walked out and told the receptionist to change the room. He and his manager are friendly and very accommodative, and offered two other rooms but it is not what I have expected. The management owes the customers a responsibility to the pictures they uploaded and ensure as accurate as possible. Though its budget, but I felt cheated. If their management is looking at this, do work these out: -change ur old, dark and stained colored towels -ensure your bed sheets are clean, at least visibly to the eyes, make it white and comfy to touch. -paint ur walls white. Its literally dirty yellow color when you switch on the lights. -mop your floors. They feel greasy. For all those who are thinking to book here, I tell you, look for others. I pity the receptionist and his manager as they tried their best to please. And other organisations who are looking here, consider to employ them. They are the people you need in service line.
