The hotel's corridor has a weird smell. Bedsheets have blood and unknown stain, only found out after our body started to itch. Not worth for SGD 60 per night will not recommend people to stay. Staff don't know how to handle the situation no service recovery given…

Worse hotel ever. Smelly room, very slippery bathroom floor, wallpaper peeling off, dirty walls and windows and very dusty. Dirty pillows and got strands of people hair on it. Aircond very hot… highly NOT recommended to anyone. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.

Worst choice. No proper air con. No hot water in shower. Very smelly the room.

Stayed in a 3 bed room. Room was spacious enough. Clean beds and sheets. Toilet was nice and clean, with the necessary amenities. Towels provided were clean enough.

Very bad managed. The room is very smelly the. Moment you open the door, the pillows stinks, the bathroom is full of disgusting moulds all over the wall and shower curtains. I don't even think they clean the bathroom properly. The only good thing we experience was the Receptionist Raji is very efficient.

No TV cabel only blurred TV, no slipper for us, only coffee no tea bag, toilet door broken can't lock, hanger broken too & breakfast very plain, no milk, fruits, cococrunch etc.

Good place to stay for a under budget, $35 Per Night with 10rm tourist tax. They provide mineral water, toothbrushe, toothpaste, soap. And there is kettle in the hotel too with coffee pack. Room is clean, but it a bit old. And they also have breakfast buffet in the hotel. It consider as super cheap already. But there is a deposit of 100rm if you book your room.

Smelly room. And super duper smelly pillow. When I came to the reception bringing the pillow, the receptionist said "smelly right? I will change it". Its like normal thing that the visitor does, complaining about the smelly pillow ckckck.

Front counter staff handle by bangladesh staff who cant speak proper english or malay. A lot of customer come and make a complaint while im waiting for check in No towel inside the room. Phone not functioning at room Toilet bowl was broken Poor service The manager was arquing with staff in Front of customer and im feel so annoyed by it. Not recommend for other to stay here.

I should gave this hotel a credit. Even though it is a budget hotel but it serve you like a five star hotel.

Smelly & stuffy. Non smoking room but the smell was like in a smoky room. Blurred TV. It can be nicer if owner care about the condition.

Checked in for 3night. The receptionist was good and the rooms was OK but bad service at kitchen, the bald head Indian guy are very rude, not friendly at all. Very dissapointed with the foods.

We as a family had our lunch in the restaurant " banana leaf". The food was good and price was reasonable. Since we are asians we use our fingers. So a better wash area should be introduced.

I was checkin on 8april checkout 9april I was stay at room presidential suite… the room its ok but not same like the picture I saw on booking… I tried to call front desk to asking for help something but nobody pickup the phone… but everything ok… only one thing its the breakfast… mee hoon very salty… only serve mee hoon and another malay food… drink only hot water like tea and coffee… got no choice there… please make something different to make sure your guest will happy to having your breakfast… that all.

This hotel is a budget friendly hotel. You can get a very affordable price. It's also located near the JB Sentral, City Square mall. Everything just 10 minutes walking. But don't expect too much for the service.

I had really bad experience with Erica hotel I booked this hotel online and request for the high floor and when I check in then they said now high floor full already I was so disappointed and breakfast time it’s really bad I ask for fish nuggets and I wait for 30 mins nobody serve me fish nuggets and breakfast in last staff give sandwich only. Plz don’t waste your money on this hotel.

Value to money, near to JB city centre. Evening food court is there in front of hotel. Car parking facility is available. Good for night stay if u don't expect much more.

A step above a motel. Good value for an affordable one night stay. Don't expect much apart from a clean bed and hot water.

The worst hotel I have ever visited! Super slow check in progress, lousy main door with sound, shaky and slow lift, only 1 lift available, the other lift is like Out of Service forever. Smelly carpet along the corridor. We get room 218. Rusted metal used for toilet paper. Telephone cable can drop off anytime from the phone holder when calling someone, it's embarrassing! The water heater is malfunctioning. Very dirty ceiling with a bottle blocking the hole. When we walk via stair, we can see it all dirty and smelly all over the place. Breakfast is so limited and we can only eat rice with curry savvy without any meat left. At least there some white breads and butter to fill our stomach. Ugh! Luckily we only stay for one night because of its great location which near to CIQ. But we will never come back again!

Nice room in affordable price. Morning breakfast can be better. Good location. Just one English TV channel in the room to watch.

Value for money. Suitable for couple or single stayer. Just nice w breakfast option. If come with family maybe need to consider other places. Unless not so fussy. Room n toilet refurbished, nice.

I'm surprised that guest needs to pay for extra towel… I asked for a new towel coz mine was wet after using it at the swimming pool. If only there's towel provided at the pool, I won't brought down the room towel. Not a good experience for that. The room was okay.

Room sucks, too small, no wardrobe, no cable tv, showers broken, bad breakfast. Half cooked foods. No value for money and it was a total waste.

Very old and poor maintain hotel. Outlook is good from the street but inside is terrible. Just like a 80's hotel.

I've never arrived at my hotel room to find there are no towels. I mentioned it to reception, who promised they would be delivered. Like a previous review, what reception says it will do & what they do, isn't necessarily the same. One lift out of order & reception overloaded, made for a crowded lobby of guests around midnight, just wanting to get up to their rooms & get some sleep. The instant coffee sachet had long since solidified & the kettle was broken. Other than all that, it is reasonably priced & modern.

This hotel really is very bad services, since earlier morning the wash room drain water stuck, we make the complain then the front desk promised send the technician to repair until midnight we come back the problem still not resolve. We ask the on shift people check she said anything you just tomorrow morning complain with my Manager. Bad attitude poor services.

Good location and value for money. Cleanliness need to be improved, especially the smelly corridor. Food variety for breakfast to be improved.

Pleasant budget hotel. The two rooms I stayed in are good value for money. For the price, room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The musty smell along the corridors and inside the room can be a turn off.

Only beakfast was satisfied me. Location not OK, small old room for superior queen, the AC was smell, seems the room wasn't maintained well, couldn't sleep well due to many bedbugs.
