This is a one of the best serviced apartment, Very quiet environment and nice F&B around. Staff were very friendly and the cleanliness is good. Can safely park your car at the car park as there are Security Officers to check the area.

Have stayed in several places in Johor Bahru. This is certainly the best fully serviced apartments you can find in this area. Very clean and new. Nice F&B establishments along the marina.

Price slightly high but the hotel facility is good. Not much shop around the area. No cake shop, so better buy the cake & bring it there if you want to celebrate birthday. You can safely park your car in the basement car park because there are Security officers surveillance.

Loved the place, Very quiet environment and the hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff were very friendly and the cleanliness is good. If you just walk 5 minutes along the water you can find some amazing bars including one called Belgium beer garden. The hotel gives special free discounts on restaurants nearby so thats a plus Overall I give this place a 5/5

Lovely place with a nice big pool and a children's pool as well. Ocean views of Singapore. (SNACKS ARE FREE! ) Its in a good place (near legoland). Other than that the beds are great many rooms clean floor and insulated and sound proof rooms. Rooms are huge too!

Good apart-hotel. My room rate excluded breakfast, so cant tell. Anyway, location a bit deserted from everywhere. The only reason to stay there is its close proximity to Hello Kitty Town which is 2 buildings away. If u hv small daughters age 2-7 yrs — > yes, hello kitty town is a must, otherwise is a pass.

A very well managed apartment hotel in Puteri Harbour with generous size units which have complimentary snacks and cooking essentials. The hotel is popular during weekends and holiday season. As result, the pool gets crowded. Take the free shuttle to nearby mall or to LEGOLAND. Hotel guests have privileges and discounts at the restaurants by the marina. Show them your room card.

We stay here whenever come to Puteri Harbour. The rooms are very spacious and comes with kitchenette and living area. It's not luxurious but nonetheless clean, modern and fulfils all the needs of the family. Connects directly to Thomas Town and Hello Kitty Land and plenty of restaurants and eating outlets.

Nice, comfortable hotel apartment with basic cooking facilities, fridge, a large room and ample lighting and plug points. Upkeep is good as we are here for 2nd time after 1 year and room in tip top condition. Gym equipment is new. Recommended. Parking space is covered and ample. Place is quiet yet next to a small shopping and entertainment complex. Food easily available within walking distance.

Very well furnished rooms. Spacious and clean, with lots of kitchen amenities available for use. Would recommend if you're spending time on the area, or even just to chill! lots of bars to choose from just downstairs.

Very clean rooms though a tad sparse in refinery from a hotel but since its a service apartment I guess cannot complain too much. Very spacious and enjoyable.

The rooms are cosy but for some reason or other the room next to us seems to enjoy moving furniture at 6.30 in the morning. That killed the experience.

I have a great experience at Somerset Puteri Harbour. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is very spacious and neat, with full standard cooking set, just like home. But the breakfast with limited selection is quite disappointing. Overall, is a great place to stay with yr family and friend.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and service is good. Check in and check out process was fast. Price is reasonable and you get an studio apartment that can fit family of four.

Very clean rooms, with all amenities including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery, cutlery, etc It was a nice change to have so much space. Way better to stay here then in a hotel room across at Hotel Jen. Still went and ate at the Hotel Jen buffet, so this was best of both worlds. Very quiet during our visit, so we had no problem sleeping. Rooms were still changed like a hotel room. Great place, highly recommended.

All harbour facing and two bedroom apartments are rented out to their long term guests. So had to book two single rooms. Each room is very big, comes with an open air equipped kitchen, living room, and the bedroom. Breakfast is provided and surprisingly good. They have infinity pool as well, like their next door neighbor Hotel Jen, with view of the harbour. Floor is a little dusty, that's all. Service was good. After my stay, I received an email from Somerset asking for feedback for improvement. Great.

Being located a short drive from Singapore means that this property is ideal for Singaporeans who are looking for a staycation. Within walking distance is the Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town.

Nice family apartment, breakfast was ok but overall kid happy to stay there. At night there are plenty of place to walk around for food.

Nice place to relax but don't have much choice for lunch/dinner. Other than harbour, nothing much near by.

This is top star service apartment located near Legoland. It will be good to have a car to travel back and forth. Behind the hotel is a small open sea with bars and food at night. A good place to chill at night as there are nothing much around the hotel. Breakfast provided is average and is quite messy. The room is spacious. Enjoy my stay there for a night.

There is shuttle bus to Legoland. RM25 taxi from Legoland to hotel. Great swimming pool, Jim and children playroom. The price is reasonable and the service is nice. I will recommand this hotel to my friends.
