Very delighted with the amenities. Easy to access. Friendly staff. One stop centre.

Highly reccomended. Room 231 is awesome. Very big, clean and comfortable.

Fren said Hi Tea cheap. Hall confortable very nice.

Closed to UiTM Shah Alam. The room price is okay. Closed to Shah Alam attractions and shopping area.

Suitable for weeding functions. Big and specious hall. Set back is parking lots near the hall are limited. But don't worry buggys are available to transfer its guest to and from the hall.

Green and quiet with chirping birds outside KL. Staff are interns, very kind. All day brunch instead of breakfast is offered with great variety of sweets and savoury dishes. Mutton biryani was great. Good selection of fruit as well. The hotel room is OK, but a bit rundown. They are actually renovating the place continuously, and some parts are really nuce. Window too small, not much light. Too many mosquitos.

Makanan melayu. Kambing golek sedap. Okay la. Utk org melayu2. Just nice.

Came here for iftar 3 times already, the food is worth the price.

Easy to find and got tonnes of parking for guest. Foods served is also good.

The food just nice. Rm 50 per head adult for Ramadhan Buffet 2018. The place also just nice. But I think the food not that enough, finish too early. U know, when its buffet, the food must enough until end of the event. But not in here. But surau n toilet provided.

Quite nice food during Ramadhan Iftar. Only problem is parking too limited.

The facilities is very old with refurbished features but they fail to deliver at their best. The receptionist were very responsive but each complaint made seems no action was taken by the management. I did complaint about the heater was not functioning. Till my check out, the water still cold. The block where my room situated also a bit isolated. May take 10000 steps each day to reach cafe house for breakfast. Dont worry. You sure burn all the calory once you get back to the room. The cleaniliness of the room naaahhh. I found lot of ants on my bed and you just cant imagine what I did next. Just dont book if you plan to stay fir vacation. For last minute booking where most hotel full maybe an option. Lol.

A bit run down. In dire need for a major refurbishment and new ideas. F&B could be better.

Attending a wedding… seriously. Not sutable for oldies as they have to walk all the way up to the hill… their buggy service unable to accommodate high volume of attendees…

The aircond, lift, TV were not working. The toilet was extremely DIRTY and room was dusty and smelly. I couldn't imagine breathing in that room, it was a terrible experience. I had to stay calm because last Saturday was my big day. Requested a paid extra bed and they gave me a mattress, read again a mattress.
Food was bad as well.

I attended a seminar here for half a day. The food are really good for me. Simple yet taste good.

Looks like it is not that well look after. Room is spacious enough. Free bottled water. Iron in each rooms. A swimming pool in the centre of the resort.

Nice place to have a conference, corporate and public events. And an awesome buffet — lunch too!

Lift rosak sewaktu kami di sini. Bangunan agak menyeramkan dan lama. Ada kawasan yang agak gelap. Perlu berjalan jauh ke restoran untuk sarapan pagi. Tapi katil agak selesa dan bilik besar.

High time this resort and convention centre gives a good overhaul of their rooms and services.

Good wedding package from the Main hall (ballroom), variety of Malaysian traditional foods up to the overall arrangements.

DON'T CHOOSE THIS RESORT GUYS! A terrible experience in here. Dirty environment, dark lightning, old furniture, creepy cupboards, disgusting bathtub and washroom. Sorry to say that, it's look like those abandon building in horror movie. Not dare to sleep alone that night five person slept in one room. Better spend more money stay in another hotel. This is the worst hotel ever.

Neat place, quite old facility though… however, parking for cars are quite limited. Need that corrected for additional star.

Great hospitality… one of the places that can guarantee your satisfactory and worth your dime for every cents… the food was also good here.

Room was spacious. We stayed at premier deluxe room package with iftar. The marquee tent was just next to our block. My boys were happy with the swimming pool too. Iftar spread was great too. Wouldnt mind coming here again.

I honestly don't know why are the reviews so good. Maybe they really got the better rooms but we came in a group and the rooms we got were awfully terrible. The facilities were quite old, doors are squeaky and faulty. At first I thought we were the only unlucky ones out of our group but apparently we all got the same exact room condition. What a coincident. If you feel hotel stays at Thailand is scary you might want to think twice before coming here. The moment we step out of the lift it was a total transformation of classy resort to some abandoned looking units. It was creepy and filthy looking. They have a really low maintenance as the bed frame was cracked and loose, water heater doesn't really work well and bath tub cracks. What's worse, the kitchen actually have an access door (not really safe looking) that guides you straight out to the lift. In short, you don't even need your keys to get into the room. Well, what can we rant? It comes with a rather low price. Don't be deceive by the appearance as latest pictures of the current condition is not updated.

Nice place, worth to stay. The price is cheaper compare to other hotels in shah alam. Flexible. Can overstay check out without any extra charge but must inform them first. Friendly staff.

Me and my friends got to spend some nights nights at this resort hotel during a conference we attended. The Internet's blazingly fast (from the viewpoint of someone from a third world country) and the staff are very hospitable. The bed's comfy and a hot and cold shower is present. I really felt the comfort of a home away from home. The only thing negative about my stay is the television (has too few channels).

Good decent hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Dirty. Floor full of dust. Eventhough the cleaner has cleaned the room they should clean it again after for sometimes when the room is not being used by the customers.

Pintu kunci rosak! Anytime sj org masuk curi brg2 kmu. Patut harga kena kasi kurang.
