Very wonderful place. Tasty food. Recommended.

The entrance was good… got a room that were close with golf club… the reception were very friendly.

It was warm and cozy place to relax.

Quite simply one of the worst experiences we have ever had in an apparent 5 star hotel. Yes there was a water crisis but when I called up to make a booking, the receptionist did not indicate any water shortage when asked. We live nearby and the only reason we checked in was to use water.
When we checked in they told us water will only be available at certain times and these times did not respect the fact that Muslims need water at certain times in a day to pray. And even then the water wasn't there as promised at those times (and did not even bother to inform us of it). In fact in the second day there was no water at all the whole morning and we checked out without taking a shower. On top of that, they also told us that due to to the covid 19 pandemic, they won't be changing the linen or clean the room if you stay 5 days or less! Do you know how much rubbish and mess will be in the room even after 1 day? Sure enough we found cockroaches in the room. Yes we need to be vigilant about covid but that should not be at the expense of general up keep. You can screen your staff and make them wear masks and gloves. And all this for for RM 350 ++ per night. We moved to a cheaper hotel after with no such issues at all.
Terrible sorry to say.

It's a place for relaxation and will always be my first choice.

Nice place to stay but the front desk/reception at the 1st day I check-in totally not friendly and bias… they only friendly to people that dressed like old rich people. Check-in day 22.02.20 (staff named start with A and your supervisor, you know who you are if you read this). But on the day we check-out 23.02.20 there is 1 malay guy so nice friendly and not bias.

The lobby was superb and big with an open air. Had a great room with fantastic view of the 18th Hole Garden Course. Overall had a good short break at the Hotel.

The lady supervisor and all of the trainee at the reception desk today was awesome and with that kind of hospitality, I rated 10star. Very nice hotel with beautiful golf park around. Looking at the luxury its hard to understand such low cost 50$/night. Draft beer, perfect food, coconut palms inbthe garden…

Fairly good hotel but out skirt. Not convenient for non group easy travellers.

You can relax the stress of the holiday choice! Have to be psychologically prepared pure relaxation, because at night only the lobby bar a business!

One of the old resorts in KL but located in Subang. Very large area with golf with royal patronage. Rooms are standard resort just a bit run down. Otherwise good place, hence 4 stars. Food place in the resorts does not real up to par with 4 star. Well, do enjoy your holidays here far from city centre.

Holiday Inn Glenmarie is a big property. It has many rooms and its own golf course. The view from our room is the golf course. The lobby is big. The atmosphere is relaxing. You’ll need to request for a taxi to visit a supermarket or a mall unless you prefer to walk the quiet surrounding for a kilometer or two to reach these places.

This is a great place the staff is the best I have ever had at any Hotel. Last stay was for almost 30 days.
Being a spire member the club area is nice.
Everyone here is very accommodating.

Needs urgent renovation of the rooms. Otherwise its a good hotel. However the executive lounge requires a new menue for breakfast… Very limited!

Nice place… However, staff lack intelligence, common sense and manners. They should all be sent for intensive training in proper etiquette in the service industry.

Love the hotel room as it's big and spacious, though old in design. There's limited ports to plugin for charges. The view is fabulous. Food wise, better to drive out. The breakfast is so so as well.

Value for money … the room was very nice and their soaps and lotions are very aromatic. It’s a good place to rest after a long tiring day as the bed is so comfy.

When I get out from the cab and I said wow wow, I love this hotel because its was beautiful the lounge surounding, lobby and front desk counter was clean and tidy, the room was good very quiet and clean, but only one thing is that the house keeping did not change the face and hand towel, they only change a bath towel, and I try to look for shower cap in the box but they dont have, anyway if I come here again I will bring what I need not a big deal, breakfast was good in the club, the staff are so kind, and we will looking forward to come back again, from mr and mrs harbin american malaysian.

Excellent Service. No matter what was asked, the persons in charge are really helpful and they are always there to help. Great breakfast and you do not need to go out for Dinner, its all in the hotel.
Love the Bar at 1st floor. They love their Job and food and drinks are great!

The hotel is located at the heart of Jakarta. Its across the Sarina Mall, cafes and restaurants and a walking distance to souvenir shop. It provides a clean, comfortable and affordable stay inclusive of buffet breakfast. Also, it has AC, hot and cold shower, free Wi-Fi and cable LED tv. The rooms are regularly cleaned and the toiletries are replenished. Hotel personnel are friendly and attentive to guests needs or requests and responded immediately thereon.

This is the worst hotel I have ever started at in my entire life. The rooms smelt like damp and everything was covered in mould. We asked to change rooms and it was even worse in the next room. When we informed the hotel manager at the end of our stay he really didn't care. Unbelievably bad service and no apology.

A nice resort. Although it's a little dated. The surrounding is really quiet and calming. That makes the resort feels as if it's very far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is not too spacious but very comfortable. The bed and pillows are just perfect. I'd really appreciate it if the management could make the lighting in the bathroom brighter.

Very near with Subang airport. My late grand dad used to organized an event at one of the hall of this hotel. Spacious space. Fortunately this place is in Selangor, not Kuala Lumpur. Maybe it deserve a rename.

Stunning exterior and facilities. However my room did not feel clean, possibly due to the aged furnitures and paintjob. The chairs had dirt stuck in their fabric. That said service was excellent.

The hotel was in a great location (10 min from the Subang airport). For anyone traveling out of Subang the next morning, this is a great option. The beds were also amazingly comfortable. However, you could see the hotel was not very well maintained. The areas behind the desk and tables which could be easily observed were very dirty and dusty. There was a lizard waltzing around in our bathroom. Furthermore, my biggest pet peeve with hotels of no power sockets next to the bed was present here too. Overall, great location but they definitely need to do a better job of cleaning.

Nice hotel, overlooking a golf course. Clean rooms. Bath tub has some signs of wear. Good breakfast. Good for a quiet & relaxing holiday. Shopping malls are also near.

Friendly and professional staff. Best place if you want to try out golf and relax. Perfect for business travel if you have meetings in Shah Alam. The hotel offer daily transport (free) to many other locations.

An excellent place to relax and wind down. Very friendly staff, easy to get around on the golf course and handy railway station 5 minutes away.

Grand lobby. Nice room and amenities but dated bathroom accessories. Location is near many offices, particularly auto hubs. Hailing a cab from the hotel was a challenge. Don't forget to bring a universal outlet adaptor.

Came for company Chinese New Year dinner. Dinner start at 7.00pm, second dish came out at 8.00pm. We ourselves become the waiter/waitress, no body help us to refill the tea/beer. Dish came out was terribly sucks! Never try a dish which is so salty! Perhaps salt selling at hyper market is having discount now?

Very bad receptionist attitude. I asked few questions about their hotel rooms rate & condition, but she just keep ignoring me and her friend from next counter came to answer. Do u think I was making fun at your counter? Greatly we didn't stay there. Not because of your rate but your worker's worst service.

The hotel is located in Kuala Lumpur, near to the impressive Petronas Twin Towers and the centre of the city. It is situated directly opposite the Royal Thai Embassy and is a 5-minute walk from Ampang Park Light Rail (LRT) Station. The hotel is surrounded by shopping arcades, dining and entertainment outlets. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away. guests will experience a typical traditional Chinese Straits born motif at the reception and lobby.

Attended a company event here and had a buffet dinner at the poolside. The quality of food was quite a disaster I must say. Pasta was cold and not well cooked, bbq selection was limited and tasteless, seafood was dry and not fresh, desserts were a mix of hits and misses.

Very convenient location near the Subang Airport. Restaurants and accommodations are decent. Was there was a business meeting and the meeting rooms are a bit small but OK if you don't have a large crowd.

Holiday Inn Glenmarie might not be your first choice to go on a holiday but arguably and ironically, that's what makes it attractive. Situated just far enough to deem it to be out of the way, but not far enough to make it secluded, HIG works more like a weekend getaway and it's location; being not in KL but still within the Klang Valley; enables you to be in touching distant of city life while enjoying a quiet one.

This resort located at Glenmarie where is well-know as a industrial area in Selangor. However the resort with a beautiful golf club has very nice scenes and the resident feel fresh and enjoy the mood of holidays.

Good for business meeting with plenty car park, easy accessible from NKVE and near to Subang airport.

It's not really bad or great either. All of the facilities are quite a distance as the facilities are located in different building. It doesn't feel really exclusive staying here probably due to my room. But it doesn't justify the room rates. The good part is the Wi-Fi is quite good. Thought it's a hit and miss thing. Location-wise, it's quite far to almost everything (except Airport and Golf Course).

Taxi is a problem. If you are looking to be connected to city life, don't stay here. Other than that, it's nice and quiet. Environment is not bad.

Wow place to live in. Far from KL city hussle bussle and very peaceful.

If u don't have a car don't stay here. Every time we ask them to get us a cab it takes 20 mins on average and once took 45 mins. Other than that just normal, nth great. Also hotel food menu is extremely limited.

Stayed in Exsecutive Club. Very nice view from my room. The best service. Nice room. Very clean inside and out. Nice meals too. Everything is perfect except in my opinion the hotel is not a Muslim-friendly hotel. And the air conditioning in my room need some servicing, its not cool enough.

Luv dis place so privacy, nice view, green and so clean inside out. Best location for those who wanna relax after busy day at workplace. Anyway should improved on lunch buffet but Ramadhan buffer excellent. Get your Priority member, with it your stay will be an excellent experience, fell much better then your own room at home.
