Poor management. Risky due to no one can attend after 10pm ie after receiving your room key. During the check in, we keep on calling after 12midnight using the given numbers but not available & nearly want to kick the door as the access card failed. Luckily one helpful staff still around & wanted to go back as his shift already completed at 10pm. Although he was in rushed, still willing to help. Hopefully he is being paid for his good job & OT. The owner, better dont call & will make you mad & crazy. To the Owner you better improve this bad service of yours. The other things, we are your customer, dont be bossy… check your tone, too rude. Remember we are Malaysian.

Facilities everything nice and clean. Good for couple and single for short stay. Washing machine include. Suggestion: To have a front counter at lobby. First comer might not know whether they are in the correct place.

Pro: 1. Clean, neat and tidy condition 2. Affordable price offered with nice room and pool facilities 3. Adequate equipment provided inside the room Cons: 1. No channel available for my television 2. Too many contact numbers for communication 3. Unclear flow for registration process.

Room is clean and the whole room is designed is nice. Have a very friendly and kindly stuff and manager. Not All the room have Wi-Fi!

I love this place. It is beyond my expectation. The service is good. The stuff is friendly. The apartment is neat with complete facilities.

Everything is fine for me. Friendly take note. Water heater have a litter bit issue. Some time it is not working. So you might need to on and off few time.

Good: nice big apartment, well furnished, clean, well lighted, pleasant. Not so good: one towel smells badly, door lock faulty and had to be repaired, only one access card offered, check in was a major hassle as with checking out, no Wi-Fi.

Nice. Overall okay. Comfortable. Nice view. But the television not clear. And dont have Wi-Fi. Overall okay.

Overall a nice place albeit a poor TV reception. The information in the advertisement quoted distance to UiTM Puncak Perdana as 3.7 km which was misleading whereas the actual distance was almost 16 km. The proximity of a residence to a particular destination is important for a traveller to make a correct choice for booking an accomodation in the future.

The worse ever service. Staffs are not very helpful at all. Its very complicated to access to the block as there is three different blocks and no proper guidance given by the staff and the access card doesn't work at times.

The room perfectly for my family. Super comfy.

Big room, comfy and value for money. Only the toilet are quite small. Over all it was a great and satisfying stay.

We stayed in the family suite for 1 night. The place was spacious & my kids love it. It's also near the shopping mall. However, the check in process was a bit slow. We have to wait about 15 mins. No clear instructions was given for check in. Extension of checkout info wasn't clearly relate as well as the collection of deposit. However I am please with the clarification we had from Jocelyn after I give them a call to find out.

It was awesome moments with my friends.

Late checkout for business man who need to go outstation for meeting, yet staff said agreement stated, who read this agreement? If stated on the key card perhaps will aware of this, but so bad I have to stand outside the management lot for 30mins awaiting for the staff to come for work.

Room I was checked into got cobwebs around and needs disinfectant. The towel is horrible, I scratched all through the night. Staff were ok with lovely smiles.

Everything ok. Room. Bed. But all the remote not function well Tv cant change channel. Cant slow down the volume. Aircond not function well Others ok Love to stay here.
