This is really not so great. Clean I guess but the shower curtains smell and are in need of being sunned / replaced. Restaurant food was not great either and since PappaRich is across the street you can get similarly pricey Malaysian food that actually tastes good.

Very polite staff and large rooms. Superb value for money we paid around £40 per night here. The hotel is around 40-50 minutes to central KL. You can also catch the train but will need a small taxi journey to get to the hotel. There is a small mall next doors as well as some other small shops. Well worth a visit. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed in connected room so that will be easy access to my parents. The view was great. Not forgetting their breakfast buffet was so delicious and a lot of choice. Overall, is a nice stay. Highly recommended.

Great ambience. Friendly staff. Open space parking is a bit limited while indoor park is a bit narrow. But overall, it is a nice place to spend your breakfast, lunch or dinner with family someone's special.

Nice view, no blockage and walking distance across the street. Where you can find shopping mall and some well known outlets for your filled.

It's age is showing and one of the few places where smokers are still allowed to puff away in the lounge area. If waiting for someone, don't expect to have ample seats while waiting. And car park above can be very narrow and limited space.

Not so bad. Room is simple, bathroom was little bit dirty this time. Simple amenity as well, you can get bathrobes if you ask it to front. There are bar and shops at the ground floor, you can drink alcohol. It's said that around this hotel its not so safe, so those who would like to drink can go to bar.

The beautiful blue mosque is visible from the front lobby. Next to Plaza Alam central (Shopping mall) Lots of tourist and visitors like it here because easy access to shops at the back and walking distance to Hartini restaurants at Section 10.

The room is clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Alot of variety. Location is not so convenient. There is free shuttle service to subang parade for guest but it will be good if they can pick up new guest from the location. The staff was friendly.

Still a good value for money when you're in Shah Alam. The decor and fittings bring a bit of nostalgia from the early 90's but it is well maintained. Patrons are friendly and they've got very nice breakfast spread.

Good site, 30 mins from the capital. Clean and good Western cuisine.

Everything was good when I was there. My children love the pool very much and my husband compliments your gym.

The concord hotel was a very pleasant memory to end my vacation stay in Malaysia, the food was good and the atmosphere of the place was even better! There was music, and balloons and the waiters would always rush to take away your empty plate even when they are untipped! It was fun.

I enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast food was variety of choices and delicious. Nice big room. With ample space of parking area. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Well served our need. I would recommend others to stay here.

Love staying here. Breakfast was so good. Mini playground available outside the cafe for kids to play while enjoying their breakfast.

Clean, room quite big, good restaurant and bar. The staff is friendly good service. If you book via Internet you can save 50% of the price. The blue moschea just in front.

The hotel is a bit old now. Rooms are reasonably priced, restaurant food is nice. They have a good breakfast buffet. My room came with the premier lounge access, so that was good. Had a meeting in there and very well treated.

I love staying in Concorde Shah Alam. The bed is always comfortable and the food serve during breakfast is always good. Unfortunately this time (7th of October 2017), the room smelled like a smoking room although it's not. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room before arrival. Thanks to the previous guest who smoked in the bathroom… The mini bar did not work, I didn't call the maintenance because I thought I could fix it on my own. I just wanted to put some drinks I bought in there. Thank heavens they didn't get spoiled. In addition to that, the tissue paper in the bathroom were crumpled and shoved into the box. Not quite nice.

Good rooms, good toiletries, in-room iron and ironing board. Great view of the main city mosque. Built-in electrical power sockets for various plug types and USB charging outlets!

The bed is spacious with comfy duvet and pillows. The channels are adequate. The shower facilities and the vanity kit are sufficiently satisfied. The view is above average, more than average. The in-house cafe offers delicious gourmet especially the breakfast menu. There are petrol station 1 minute drive from the premise and an old mall with basic essentials for travelers.

I've been coming to the Concorde for about 10 years. Service is always excellent and facilities are good. Gym well maintained, clean pool, good bands. They once brought me a birthday cake unannounced. Hope to be back again soon.

Very friendly environment, very clean rooms, view is stunning from all directions of the hotel, surrounded by a good number of restaurants and supermarkets, breakfast was speechless like a never ending menu.

I've been here for company event. The food is tasty, the sound system is excellence. The ballroom is spacious, conducive and beautiful.

Got the room with a view of the mosque. Amazing sunset, truly a sight to behold. Breakfast is included with the room. They have a Plethora of breakfast dishes to choose from. Starts at 9-11. Parking fee is waived for hotel guests. Gotta bring the parking ticket to the reception counter for stamping. Basic amenities and equipment are quite old and worn out. Might be time for an upgrade. A four star hotel located in Shah Alam. Located near Plaza Masalam. The furniture is a little bit outdated for a hotel of its class. Has a lounge where they feature a live band (lounge closes at 11:30 pm)

Im still staying in hotel, for five days already. The good: service, swimming pool and gym, breakfast, small mall and Blue Mosque is near. The bad: nothing to do in Shah Alam, far away from KL center, muezzin is signing every night (i can't sleep well). This hotel is good for business purposes in Shah Alam. Don't go with children.

Suitable for business. as it's nothing much to do in Shah Alam. op for "premier" room as it comes with extra perks (namely business lounge). private breakfast and eve cocktail is served at the "premier lounge". and coffee/juice and light snacks thru-out the day till night where it closes around 10. room is kind of small but for 1 or 2 pax it is ok. they provide Wi-Fi service free.

We are family of five 2 adults and 3 children, spent about 10 hours flight and travel to this hotel. Despite the booking is confirmed for five people, they said they only have room with two beds and extra bed will be provided. Otherwise I have been told to wait for 1 to 2 hours for the family room in non-smoking area to be ready! I really got angry how it comes the booking is confirmed earlier and when I arrived they dealt with me similar with one without pre booking?! Sound isolation is poor. Rooms on the main road are noisy.

Good service n all but expensive. Not worth of money. The room is small. U can get cheaper price at other hotels nearby n some of them are new hotels. Definitely comfortable.
