So sad. Unfriendly receptionist. Room with bad odour. Non functioning bathroom water heater — — most worst. Unclean bathroom. No heater. Guest need to go down at level 1 to get hot water. Please at least put 1 water heater at every level. A bit hard to perform solat for muslim due to the small space of the room. — — fair for the bed. Specified to room number 208.
