Just 5 minutes walking distance to KLIA2. Quite nice location, even it's located near to the runway. You can't even interrupted by the airplane noise.

Staff are professional and helpful. 4. Food quality Cons: 1. You don't have a telephone yes u read it right no TELEPHONE. That means you have to go upto and down for everything. 2. No room service. 3. The buffet is expensive. 4. No cupboard, no kettle and other basic amenities. 5. Air condition not cooling efficiently 6. Laundry takes a full 24 hours to get the wash done. If you are really on a tight budget and want to stay for a say or two then come here. Otherwise don't.

There are a wide range of comfortable ballroom, multi-lingual service, counter staff will teach you how to use Wi-Fi, the actual room is clean, although the price of a night and Taiwan is comparable, but for the transit is still a lot cheaper, but also provide daytime 8H rest period, good.

Wonderful and helpful staff including one security guard (not sure of his name). Clean room with good basic amenities. Don't mind going back again. You can push your luggage in a trolley over. Quite a walk. Food served at the restaurant is fab.

This is a very convenient place to sleep for a short layover. The place is clean and adequate but it is also very busy and the check in process can take as long as a taxi ride to a hotel not attached to the airport. I would recommend it if you are just looking to get some sleep and get back on a plane.

Great hotel for overnights. Within walking distance of the KLIA2 airport, and you are able to take a train to KLIA1. Was an absolute life saver when we missed our flight and needed an affordable and convenient place to stay. The hotel itself is well equipped. Huge comfortable beds and big bathroom in the family room. The on-site restaurant is affordable with a large variety to choose from.

It's a budget and transit hotel. If you are valuing your money yet you would like to have some basic comforts without going far from the airport, it's the hotel to choose. They have a daytime package (8am to 5pm) for a very reasonable amount. Please do not expect this hotel as a 5 one. A trendy hotel which is highly preferred by the locals as well as the foreigners.

Cost comes into this rating and the cost of this hotel is dirt cheap with a fantastic location and great staff. The dining area the garden and bar are immaculate with great vibes. The rooms are the low point and are a little too small and simple with minimal furnishings and amenities but all things considered great value for money.

What a makeover! I stayed here approx 1.5 years ago and it was horrible. The room was uncomfortable and Service was poor. They have undergone some reno and I can’t tell it’s the same hotel! Quick check in, bar and 24 restaurant (which looks fab for a Budget hotel) — also like to add that the staff at Makan went beyond service by accommodating our request to watch a TV channel not available in room on their projector! Thank you! We booked the premium room, modern and clean. And we like the side sofa and thoughtful wall hangers. If you had stayed here and had a bad experience before. Try again!

Alright, Finally I have time to write this review. Ive been here for twice during my transit flight this month. The first time I was staying here with 3 of my friends. We booked a large room which enough for 4 people. 2 huge bed in a room, comfy and reasonable price. Also, morning buffet included. However, when we first walked in, the smells of the room was terrible. We required a change immediately. Unfortunately there was no other large room at the moment. We need to remain the same room. They offered a house keeping, try to remove the smells and gave us drinks vouchers as a compensations The compliment that I want to make for the staff is their management and attitude. You know who you are! Well handled. The 2nd time I was travelled alone and tried their 10 hours transit package. Standard room, comfy, tidy, reasonable price and one main course meal included. Issue happened again. Card of the room was not working and your systems were down. Overalls, staffs are friendly and great management skills. The new restaurant and bar are amazing. Really a pleasure for staying in tune. And I hope all your technical issues could be solved and provide the best outcomes to us. All the best.

Hotel to relax between flights, sleep and take a shower. At a price cheaper than a hotel in the airport building.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever lived in, and it's not cheap and noisy. Even parking spaces are paid for.
One hours RM30, if the night is about to RM50 yuan.
I won't be staying at any tune Hotel again next time! This is the "worst hotel I have ever stayed in, " "" "" "", "" ", " "cheap. Even pay parking.

Location, location, location! Its all about the convenience to the terminal. Just a few minutes walk along sheltered corridors. The rooms are very basic but clean and all you need for a transit break. The lobby/reception and staff are very welcoming. Restaurant and courtyard area are pleasant and the food was good. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable too.

Excellent place to stay and rest from a long trip to Kuala Lumpur, meters from the airport, clean pieces and attended by very friendly people.

It is not in the transit zone as the name mention, I lost money and nervous trying to find it. I finally got hotel inside airport. Attention, the HOTEL is NOT IN the TRANSIT AREA, email not answer, instead of the scheme how to find and landmarks, the video 15 minutes.

Good hotel, close to the KLIA 2 terminal (5 minute walk), perfect if you are in transit for a few hours.
Relatively good value for money (i. E. A small tourist tax is levied on your arrival however it is obligatory in Malaysia).
Decent Restaurant, clean rooms but capricious air conditioning and very welcoming staff.

Good location and very easy to walk to from KLIA2. Please be very aware that during early 2018 there are lots of renovation work being carried out with major noise from 9am to 5pm. So don't take a day room at this hotel until the renovation is complete. However the restaurant and breakfast are good, the showers and bathrooms are small but suitable to overnight in. There are no cupboards nor drawers so you are living out of your suitcase. But that is fine if you are overnighting and need a place to sleep wash and rest, then I would recommend this place as you get much more freedom that staying air side in a transit hotel.

We stayed here from midnight to early morning due to delays from our connecting flight, and we were surprised at the quality of our room despite the high asking price for such a short stay. For starters, the design of our room was very basic (1 star motel look-a-like), and the door of our room was so badly misaligned, it can't be closed properly without a hard push. Inside our room, there is no kettle boiler, no paper tissues, no secondary trash can, and our bed sheet had strange "body odor. " Furthermore, there is a giant rotating fan exactly on top of our bed — and why would anyone design something as morbid as this despite having an AC in the room? In the bathroom, we saw many cracked and moldy ceramics, and a dangling wire beneath our mirror. There is also no toothbrush provided (for such a short stay relative to the price, this is outrageous)! Hygiene is also a serious issue when you have a bidet shower with a separate handle. During the night, we can hear conversations quite clearly from our neighbors, and the entire premises seems to be designed with no soundproofing in mind. Lastly, the breakfast has been very poor, basic, and service was non-existent.

Check in was easy! No waiting Received a food voucher and food was very good. Wait staff where friendly. Rooms are clean and all you need. We used it while waiting for our next flight. They even gave us a late check out. Thank you.

Pleasant experience throughout as a transit hotel. Great decor, pleasant staff and clean rooms! One thing to note tho, remember bring a toothbrush as the rooms do not provide one!

OK, if you need to be near the airport to catch a flight, but the same room rate will get you much better quality rooms in the city. The foyer is nice and the staff helpful, but the room fell short of expectations. It smelt super musty and stale, even after leaving the window open for a few hours. The bed was fine, but there were no cups or kettle in the room, so you cant make tea or coffee. The fixtures in the bathroom are very basic, leaving you with the impression you're staying in a student hostel, not a hotel. I'd only stay here again if it was a necessity. I just changed my review down to 2 stars because I found the source of the smell — the entire headboard was covered in mould. What kind of housekeeper cant see that? How gross to have to clean your own room before you can actually sleep in it?!

Perfect for a stopover in Kuala Lumpur!

We decided to take day room at Tune hotel at Klia2 while waiting for our next flight. We love it! The bed is wonderful, room is very clean, with a window. We just ate in their restaurant, and Makran was doing an excellent job running an efficient and customer-focussed eatery. We really would have missed out had we simply waited at the gate. Very pleased with our experience with this Tune!

I would have given 5 star but only problem I had was with their Breakfast section which was not up to standards of KL hotels. The other problem I saw which I know is not the part of hotel was Convenient store, language problem and rudeness in their behaviour. Hotel location is at the great place, for sure I would come back to this hotel. Airport is just 5 mins walk and I didn’t needed any thing else. I have beautiful memories with this hotel when I took my family to depart them for their connecting flight. Rooms bit smaller for family stay but in this price can not complain. For night or two when you r staying for connecting flights is doing the job. Malaysia is without a doubt a beautiful country for holidays…

Great Services and Well maintain room. Stayed there for 3 nights during travel and found the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness well maintain with power shower to refresh myself. Even the hotel running busy most of the times, its still the best hotel to stay. Keep it up!

Gave 5stars for its location. Located inside KLIA2 its a perfect choice to rest before continuing your journey. Fast check-in and check-put. Good food. Friendly staffs. Small room but it's comfortable and clean.

Great hotel. Very conveniently located and perfect for people needing a hotel close to the airport. It's only just outside the airport. Go to car park B, and get lift to P3. Rooms are adequately sized, comfy beds, clean bathroom, complimentary water, shampoo, soap and towels. TV, Wi-Fi included, and buffet breakfast is only MYR29, bargain. You'll get a good sleep here, and it's great value. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice place. Clean and the staff is very courteous. Great rooms and the Glasshouse cafe on the first level is quite nice.

Great location, easily accessible as it is next to the airport. Rooms are decent, well equipped. Service is slightly lacking, took more than 15 mins for a simple check in.

Perfectly good hotel for a stopover. We stayed 18hours and it was the cheapest option. It's clean, 5mins covered walk from the terminal, has nice staff and a good restaurant (meals are about $5 and very tasty). Was very quiet while we were there, no problems at all. Would happily stay again. Ben. New Zealand.

A short walk from the airport and great for grabbing a few hours sleep between flights. Facilities/room were as I expected them to be for a high quality budget hotel. I paid 99 RM for 8 hours which seemed reasonable for airport accommodation. That included a meal voucher for the restaurant downstairs for one of 4 or 5 basic meals and a drink.

The hotel is near the airport, very convenient for flights with lay over. They offer rooms good for 8 hrs at a cheaper price. The hotel is clean and comfortable. What I loved most is that we have exceeded a few minutes (since we went for a walk at the gateway mall! ) but they did not charged us for additional fee! Did I mention that it comes with a free meal and the food on The Glass House is just perfect! :)

The double room is roomy, with aircond, ceiling fan. The toilet has a shampoo, shower gel and soap. The room was neat, tidy and clean. Value for your money.

Very Expensive but the rooms are not very comfortable, the bed sheets weren't very clean and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Walking distance from the KLIA airport.

It's a good place to stay, if you have an early start the next day, the rooms are basic but clean. The airport is a close walk and there's lots of food choices, would stay here again.

We stayed there on the 24th April 16 to receive a relative on 25th mrng. The room was compact and clean. The terminal is just walking distance which is a covered walkway. Disappointed as there was no DIY coffee once wake-up. But lucky there is a 7/11 store in the ground floor. Overall the price is reasonable for a night's stay as it's very near to the terminal. No need to use car from the time I check-in until check-out. I recommend this hotel for a night's stay before departure or receive anyone. Best Hotel nearest to KLIA2! No REGRETS!

High quality like all other Tune I stayed in but beware the transit train to KLIA 1! I waited 35 minutes and missed a flight. Take a taxi. Much quicker. Malaysia Airlines would give me no deal at all and offered me the inflated last minute price which is an insult.

Decent airport hotel located across a walkway from the airport terminal mall. Good Wi-Fi and range of international TV channels. However it has small beds (by Western standards) and predictably basic fixtures.

Good and clean hotel. Conveniently located 5 minutes (walking) from KLIA 2. A bit pricey for KL, but cheaper than lounges in the airport. Recommended.

New tune hotel at klia2 it is very near from airport and easy access bus terminal to malacca.

As far as airport hotels go, this one was great. Rooms a small but new and clean. There is a cafe and 711 on site. And is located right next door to Klia 2. Staff were friendly.

A Clean Transit Hotel, only 10 minutes walk to reach the Gateway KLIA2. Check-in is fast. Free Wi-Fi with good speed. Aircon and lots of TV channels. Bit pricey though, no complimentary water and breakfast. But you can count on 7-Eleven store next to this hotel.

Pricey for Malaysia, but clean and super convenient.

Really well positioned, clean and modern room. The quickest check out I have ever experience, and all for a bargain £30 for a double room.

Good hotel, everything you need is there.

Couldn't be handier for the airport, a reasonably well signposted walk from the KLIA2 terminal. Has a 24hr 7/11 convience store attached to the lobby handy if you arrive late. Comfortable bed, aircon, even a ceiling fan. Plenty of english language channels on the tv. A little worn round the edges but must handle a lot of guests.

For long layovers/late arrivals/resting before an unpleasantly timed flight, the price is excellent ($55aud/night thanks to specials at time of booking) the staff friendly, the building and contents new and clean and nice, and of course a short covered walk to klia2. Free Wi-Fi, aircon, shower pressure.
