Your management office staff is very rude! I have ask nicely and receive a sarcastic reply. We had pay our water utility bill and no acknowledgement at all, and no receipt. When we ask to check the outstanding balance, your staff told us our last payment is on may 2019.
Huh, our last payment was on Jan 2020 and we purposely overpaid the bill amount, no acknowledgement from your side.
Encounter another tenant that request to pay his bill using cash, the frontdesk staff reply was really rude. Is this how you treat your tenant?!
another interesting incident, our unit encounter power outage on hari raya eve. It was past office hour and the only option is to call security. We have explain that the problem was not from our electrical appliance nor wiring problem. Security came and randomly flicking swich in db board and tell us we need to call electrician but since it is already past working hour, they were unable to let any contractor in! are you kidding me. Not to give up easily, we are able to reach an electrician, and he tried to troubleshoot via video call. We are not surprise when he said that the problem did not come from inside of our unit. He suggested to call tnb. Ive have call tnb and they said to change the fuse from meter they need to access the meter room. Update the issu to security, they inform that only maintenance person can enter the room where I need to inform them via email since the office closed for public holiday.

How would you judge these;
1. Theft — has taken place and Police Report done in Kelana Jaya Station
2. Break-In — check with Kelana Jaya Police Station and you would find it
3. Couldn't Be Bothered MANAGEMENT Attitude — reported against theft and they said wait for 7 days! Even when you call in to report, the Managing Director himself couldn't be bothered!
4. No CCTV in Lifts — in SOME lifts, they are placed at the back to capture the back head of a person
5. No CCTV in each Floor — for the monthly Maintenance Fee you pay, you don't have this security
6. Staircase Doors Not Locked which brings to NO SECURITY to Residents — anyone can just walk thru your level
7. Easy Access into the area for Oyo & AirBnB users which compromises Security — its Free & Easy
8. Lifts — in Rainy days, all lifts would be locked at highest floor leaving only 1 to operate, and you wait for your turn Why would someone buy/lease a unit here?

Management should do more on to keep the place well maintained. Also please do give incentive for potential tenants for the shops and offices. You need to invest before you earn, the place could be better managed. If you can't manage, perhaps you should hire professional to do it.
