Bad hotel facilities bad services.
I have paid in cash to stay for 3 days. But due to a family emergency I have to check out on the 2nd day. But your management said that they cannot refund because of company policy. But I ask your reception can you show me the hotel policy which is written down. After alot times asking your reception he still could not provide the revelant document. He even said his boss will email to him. But at the end nothing happen. And I have been staying there quite frequent.
