Poor hospitality, security in charge of the pool is very rude to the hotel guest. Regret staying at this hotel.

The buffet was amazing. But the room was to 90s, sofa got BEDBUGs! the bathroom floor was too leveled and the water cant go to the drain until it wet the room carpet. Just go for the BUFFET, totally amazing way better than Shangrila LemonGrass.

The room is clean but mostly are too old. Overall, it was comfortable but the sound insulation needs massive improvement Had unpleasant experience in Eastin because the receptionist failed to return the IC card after check in procedure was done. However, I only realized after left the hotel many hours later. None of the staffs informed me my IC was left in the Check In Counter! … Now you see, I would expect the hotel to call your client about this incidence. Or at least, your receptionist should aware and give back my IC during checkout time. The reason given was totally unacceptable — too many check in customers on that day. You need to provide good explanations on this …

Very luxury and prestige stay … The best hospitality and facility I've stayed so far. The bed is super comfy and do not cause back pain that I constantly have when staying away from home.

I like the hotel for its service. Entrance is bit hard to find. But else everything is nice. The food is also delicious. The interior and exterior both managed quite nice. I like lobby the most.

Useless hotel. Additional charges not communicated at check in. Booking misallocated. Staff poor in communication. Only stayed here because of an event. Wouldn't recommend at plenty of better options elsewhere in KL with a better location.

This hotel was very popular in Petaling Jaya last time. The place is still nice and comfortable. Slightly aged but reasonably maintained.

Very good facility. Always enjoyed the lounge, breakfast spread and rooms are good.

Kinda old hotel. Gymn is good though. Didn't try the swimming pool. There are so many AirBnb places around with very competitive price, so this hotel maybe a little overpriced for me. Not so many places to visit nearby, anyway Grab is very easy to book so it's not a problem.

Good atmosphere. Spacious ball room for small and medium gathering. Estimate in 150 pax snuggly. Food is good especially finger foods.

Rooms are good. Breakfast buffet has a very good selection. Hotel doesn't really have much places surrounding it so you'll need to travel out to go to a mall or Resto.

Great hotel that captured the comfort and luxury of hotels pre-2000, with large rooms and comfortable amenities, and conveniently located near Phileo Damansara MRT so you are well connected to 1Utama. Room service and food were great as well. Only problem I had was that my room had signs of its old age (leaking toilet pump and shower head) but nothing too serious.

Fast Wi-Fi. Super clean and comfy sheets. Excellent work table. Complete amenities (dryer, iron, ref, heater, shoe cloth) much needed by business travellers.

Premium Hotel next to Phileo Damansara MRT station and offers good hospitality. Breakfast buffet is great. For lunch and dinner, try the eateries around Phileo Damansara 1 and 2 office blocks.

Good food, great service but lack of decoration especially during the festive season, i. E, came here for Chinese New Year dinner organized by company but the environment is too dull, like a funeral instead of a festive celebration. Plus, people can smoke inside the hotel lobby (beer serving with sofa area). Prestigious hotel like this should have a designated smoking area. Nobody like the smell dude, it's more like a snooker center kind of smell, you know…

We have a group dinner here for 4 full tables. The ambient was great as we have a private room. Nice deco. Service was excellent. Food also tasty and excellent. Try nasi goreng. Recommended.

A very nice hotel to stay. All amenities like Wi-Fi and porters available.

First, the parking ticket payment machine at level B2 was out of service, hence we had to pay at a different floor. The machine at the other floor did not display any notice that it ran out of small change. We inserted a RM10 note for a RM5 flat rate. However, what we received was few twenty cents coins which do not even make up to the correct change. We proceeded to reception counter to lobby to request for help. The staff ask us to proceed to level B1 for the balance of the… change. I find this very unhelpful. The guest actually has to go through all the trouble just because of the hotel's mistake? Second, we were misleaded by the exit to PJ signboard at the carpark. The signboard had an arrow pointing towards the other direction to exit to PJ, but when we followed that sign, we ended up at a junction with grilled gate blocking the way. Apparently they only have one common exit. We have to make a turn back to their only exit. I wished they had not put up that misleading signboard. Very disappointed with this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on work visit. I am satisfied with their services. The staff responded quickly to my request. They are courteous too. The room is spacious. Parking space is plenty. The food is good. I definitely would want to return and would recommend the hotel to friends, both local and foreign.

Stayed for 3 nights… for working trip and extended one more day for leisure. Get complimentary upgrade due to some booking issue. Helpful front office, food was just ok, room condition was just ok (not up to my expectation), poor housekeeping as my room wasn’t ‘make up’ properly on the 2nd day and 3rd day my room wasn’t ‘make up’ at all. I have to call 4 times within an hour and sitting in the room to wait for housekeeping to come over n tidy up the room. GM/EAM of the hotel pls look into this as your team service gonna affect the return rate of your guest.

Nice room, clean and spacy. Lift was fast, staff were friendly, food were nice. Just that the amenities were quite small, like swimming pool, gym and lounges. Check in and outs were smooth. Overall, satisfied with my stay. Hotel located near MRT Phileo Damansara, so easy to get here.

Nice and comfortable with spacious room. While near to mrt station it’s about 3-4mins walk without fully sheltered path. Nothing much around the hotel to shop and see.

What more to expect? Its a four star hotel with five star offerings. Only that the hotel building now hidden in plain sight since several newer high-rise building towering over. 10 minutes walk to Phileo Damansara MRT Station.

The executive suite is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It was affordable, clean, spacious and well furnished with carpet flooring. The only down side was that one of the 2 bedrooms did not have an attached bathroom. Breakfast buffet spread looked good too.

Staff are very nice, on the other hand, hotel location is away from nearest shopping market and international restaurants. Also, toilet seats is without shattaf hose, and it has got an autimatic/manual nozzles to spray hot/cold water, and this wasn't comfortable at all. Although, bed &pillow &blanket sheets is always stained!, even after replacing with new stained ones too!

Hotel is nice enough. But service is hit and miss. Some staff are really nice. And some are quite rude and abrupt even when asked politely for basic things. For eg. Ordering a lychee martini at the lounge. The waiter told us no and looked quite cheesed off. We had it just the night before so we're confused and went to check with the bartender if he had it. Bartender said no problem and waiter stood there mumbling looking very put on so my friend asked him if there was any issue. He then backed off. Also there was a manager who was quite rude at mealtime. When I went back the next day I looked at his name tag. He saw me looking and said "what? What? ". He had staff nearby. I smiled and told him to relax and not be so aggressive. He then backed off. Very unexpected to get this kind of service staff. But other staff such as call centre, housekeeping were all polite and quite welcoming despite the hotel being at a very busy time.

I am currently staying at Eastin Hotel while attending a 3 day course. The bookings were made by the organizer. I have no idea as to why I was given a smoking room and wasn't informed during check in. I tried sleeping but with every breath, i'm just inhaling a whole load of cigarette contaminated air and its really unbearable up to the point where I am just unable to sleep because of the heavy odour. At 3.46am, I went down to reception to make a complaint. The receptionist informed me that rooms are provided based on availability. For a 4-star hotel, I expect better services whereby you enquire from your patrons if they are smokers or check with your patrons if they are alright with a smoking room. The receptionist had no better suggestion other than to spray air freshener (to which I declined as my roomate was sleeping) with the reason that there are no other rooms with twin beds available. Now, I have to endure another 3 hours of sleepless night and MAY only be able to get a different room tomorrow. This is the worst experience ever, no doubt!

Conveniently located next to highway. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Great food at the ground floor cafe and executive lounge (can't remember which floor). Good for business travellers.

Apart the Hotel is a very nice place to stay, the staff are also friendly and honest. I left my hand phone at the toilet, when I realized it after 10min later I made a quick visit to the toilet and ask the staff nearby. They help me to check and luckily one of the staff found it and handed to the receptionist at the lobby.

The services not up to level the rooms are not sound proof the loft key card doesn't works most of the time.

Great room. Awesome food. Friendly and helpful staff! I stayed here for a week last month and enjoyed my stay very much. The food is great but not so if you are a vegetarian. Great room. Nice view from my window to enjoy every morning. It's close to a 7e if you just want to buy something extra to chew on. They also provide a shuttle service to nearby mall. I stayed here as a big group (100+ pax) so I'm not sure whether the shuttle is still available for other guests.

Decent hotel at decent prices. Can get very jammed at peak hours. Good for access to PJ but not so much for the city.

Eastin's accommodation room very spacious and furniture quite new with nice bathroom. Pricing for accommodation very reasonable and enjoy with 5 star service during my whole trip. Definately will stay again for my next trip.

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Food at Chinese and Japanese restaurant are marvelous. Breakfast served at Coffee house are well spread waiters are attentive. Check in process is fast, room temperature and overall ambient is fantastic.

I have tried their wedding dinners. The food is delicious. I highly recommended for dinners.

This place is nice and privacy excellent. Its kind of business office buildings surroundings and private residential nearby and I would say why not try check-in anytime excellent. Me staying for number of days now and I simply I like it, I love it and I keep coming.

I booked this hotel to stay for my training at simens Malaysia, staffs are polite and smart. Foods are really taste and delicious. Customers desk staffs are really helpful and qiceck. I do recommend to get out the most while staying with limited budgets.
