Good food. Service can be improved. More space for those clients waiting for their transport hone after the do.

Just checked out today, no tooth brush, no hot water bath… thank you for your wonder experience.

We've only just arrived for our quarantine stay but pre to our arrival the service/care has been fantastic and now that we are here, it has continued to be to the same high standard 🙂 Thank you.

Staff are all friendly and kind and good.

Best stay ever strongly recommended.

Though not a five star hotel, the people and service deserves a five star. The food doesn’t taste like your typical hotel food, it brings you to the streets of Malaysia.

Bad service. The first day of quarantine here during the fasting month no one sent food for breaking the fast. Follow — up 3 times only for food. The food is very bad like hospital food.

I stayed my quarantine in this hotel. They charge me 1000 USD for 6 miserables days, with the worst food you can imagine. If you call the reception they don´t speak English and hang up the phone on you repeatedly. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. First the water from the shower and sink is coming dirty, the bathroom was not clean. The window doesn't open. They bring you 3 meals a day that are so small, with tasteless rice, insanely spicy and ridiculously small piece of chicken and piece of lettuce or carrot. This was every day breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always cold like they just removed it from the fridge. If you wanted something different, you will need to pay more to get the option for delivery of only the restaurants they approved that was only junk food. We didn't get any fruits or juices, only water from a plastic bottle in your room or sodas at a extra cost. They will knock in your door like there is fire going on and then start talking in their language or some kind of English. Also, they will charge you twice what you order and in the final bill will charge housekeeping products you never saw. At the end of your stay they asked you to clean the room yourself even after 2 negative covid test in one week. Don't even ask about the Wi-Fi they will hang up on you again. This was the worst experience of my life. This is not only a robbery, is corrupted and cruel. Please don't come here you will regret it.

We had a very bad experience with their Restaurants concierge Ordered 4 times delivery and we encountered missing items & spilt foods all the 4 times The lady named Marion Chan was the one liaising but when things happen she pushed her responsibility My family has been waiting on the dining table for more than 1 hour on this special day of my brother. It’s really disappointing Think twice before you order.

Would like to share my experience in Crystal Crown Hotel Pj. I was quarantine in this hotel for 14 days and I had not felt any lack from anything, water, food and their service was excellent. I would give a 5/5. I really enjoyed my quarantine time here and thank you for everything. 8 more days to go. Thank you so much Crystal Crown hotel PJ. Keep up to the good work.

Stayed here for 2 weeks under quarantine, the room is just a little bit old but it's clean and well-maintained. Service and food is great as well. Definitely a suitable place to stay if you're here for business. Props to Mr. Suhaimi and Ms. Marion and the rest of the staff for their hospitality during such hard times.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. One of my favourite hotels. The buffet spreads are great. Goos hospitality and service from the staff.

I have been here on many occasions & for sure it’s a good place for program such as courses & seminar. The facilities provide is marvelous & would like to recommend to each and everyone of you to put a try. For Suri you won’t regret.

Not a family friendly hotel. There is no ramp from the carpark lift to the lobby, difficult is you are bringing a baby stroller with you.

One may not find the hotel appealing at a glance but as you enter, you will appreciate the well-maintained hotel. Ideally located, it is accessible to a few shopping centers and attractions. If one is looking forward to a quiet and peaceful break, then this is the right place. And if you wish to meet up with friends but do not wish to leave the vicinity, then the in house bar is just ideal. Great selection of drinks with a live band and in-house DJ.

The car park is super rundown, limited space and lots. The carpark guard has a very poor attitude, should have fired him. Room dont have toothbrush and can u imagine it’s said a four star hotel.

Food is mediocre. Accomodation is average. The ballroom can be better.

Rooms can be better. Small problem like no TV remote, air conditioning not functioning and some weird smell in the room. Value for money but not as a 4 star hotel.

Bilik ok. Saya hadir bengkel disini selama 5 hari. Glass door pada shower serupa tak perlu ada. Basah juga lantai. Aktiviti spa di tingkat 5 mencuriga kan. Spa untuk lelaki sahaja.

Many parking, convenient but pricey.

Came here for a wedding and the food was nice. Parking spaces was quite limited though. But overall quite a decent space to hold an event as it has a balcony overlooking the main stage. Staff was good too.

Generally, this hotel has some plus points — very spacious room and reasonably good services. There is good responses from the staff at the front desk but there is still some who are a little shy to attend to queries from guests as they would refer or direct you to another staff when asked. Location is quite ok if you're considering of a place away from the mad bustling traffic of Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast consisted of a limited array of local food but sufficient enough if you're looking for a simple meal. Unfortunately if you've forgotten to include breakfast when your book for your room, then you'll have to pay Rm 50.00 for the breakfast. Personally I feel we should have been offered a discount since we were already guests at the hotel. Unlike other hotels where we've stayed as guests, breakfast would be charged at guest rate even if we've forgotten to include it during our initial booking. Can the management consider this? Room service was good as our rooms were made quite immediately when requested. A little disappointment though, my wife requested for the iron and she was issued an iron which was partially damaged — the spraying gadget was damaged and the heat adjustment control knob was not functioning well… (she burned a hole in one of her blouses). Generally this would be a good hotel if you're considering of a lazy and carefree holiday.

Has to be one of the worst place to stay, room was extremely bad with old filthy curtains. Expected complimentary water bottles to freaking drink, could not find one and when I decided to ring up the room service for a bottle of water that cost me 11 MYR. Could have gotten 11 of those elsewhere. When you're in the room, never call the front desk or the operator cause they don't have the habit of answering so don't waste your time, if you have a car and need to park they have a basement where they place tables and some of their stuff which resembles a junk yard and they only have lifts for their precious staffs from the carpark so in conclusion it was a pathetic, shambolic experience and by wasting RM 280 for this crappy place, I place this experience as my worst and utterly abhor places where they don't give a flying F for their guests, not going into the food section cause I knew it would be pathetic so no surprises there, so thank you crystal crown for ruining my weekend. Never gonna set foot into this place ever again.

Back in the early 2010/2011 I did occupied this hotel. Back then is before they refurbished the room. Recently end of last year 2017; I did a 3 days training program. The facilities seems to be okay and their staff were pretty helpful. The food at the coffee house is great; wide choice of spread during lunch and dinner buffet. The only thing one might have a problem is the parking space; kind of limited.

This hotel is quite old but still quite well maintained. Room is big and spacious. Breakfast choice is limited. Hotel is near to mid valley and hotel provide shuttle bus to and fro at a fixed schedule. Overall, an average hotel.

Hotel crystal crown is situated near the University of Malaya and Best Western Hotel. It provide neat and clean room. We were three guest, but we were provided with 2 water bottles and 2 blankets only.

Room is spacious, free parking is available, staff is helpful, near Midvalley Mall, however far from the other malls which need to go through toll each time.

In my opinion, this hotel staffs (most of them) are the most unfriendly hotel staff I ever encountered in my life. All questions answered with a sour face, no smile, no greetings like morning and hello, I feel like I am forcing them to work for me. The management needs to look upon this matter as I do not feel welcomed here. The room layout is nice. However, there is this smell like old-rustic smell all over the hotel. The shower room is dirty. The housekeeping dep…artment needs to scrub the floor as there are alot of dirts. The parking is hassling as we need to walk to the lobby as there is no connected stairs and lift to lobby. Very hassling as we have big bags. Overall, I will not stay here again unless the two big name hotels are full house. Saw this hotel in agoda and I must say it is not at my par.

Hotel is great and breakfast is amazing I give four stars due some problems in bathroom.

Stayed there for 2 nights The room was clean. The service was good. The place is on the borderline of a 3 and 4 star hotel. But the price was good. Less than 65 AUD per night.

The room is nice, big and clean. However the bathroom door cannot be locked. Breakfast buffet is OK. Should try their pastry as it is fresh from oven.

I stayed in superior double room. It was spacious. Nice hot shower available. There's a basement parking also valet parking. I had a ballroom dance event in their crown hall. A decent space for about 90 people. The hall is well maintained.

Not really good. Toilet not clean properly. Hot shower not well functioning… feel not happy. So far food ok.

The hotel is located in the center of Petaling Jaya and most places are a short distance away. The room is a typical hotel room with the standard amenities. However, the temperature of the room is either too cold or too hot as guests are not supposed to mess with the thermostat. The water pressure in the shower is subpar because it is a trickle if you want a warm-to-hot shower.

4 stars hotel. Not as clean. And service too. Reasonable only. Kettle jug missing from room.

They try to charge as much as possible. Charge money using their computer, charge if ask tooth brush (no toothbrush free available), #$@! ^/* (i have never come any hotel charge for toothbrush. Room is cleaned. Nice place.

Room are new refurbished. Wi-Fi connection could be better in room. Room service food is good and priced reasonably. Breakfast is good. Coffee for breakfast needs improvement. Suite accommodation comes with a few complimentary items (refer attached picture). Suite comes with espresso machine in room. No mini bar in rooms but a mini fridge is provided.

So far hadn't encountered any problem during my several times visitation here. The room was good with comfortable centralized air-conditioning temperature. Breakfast was also good with variety of food choices. The only thing maybe for swimming pool need to have one for kids as now they only enjoy an adult pool. Please put some cover on top of the pool. Definitely will come again on my next trip to KL.

Held a business meeting at one of their function room. Facilities were okay, but the hotel administration was a bit too tight with the water (1 bottle of water for the morning and afternoon sessions). The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Lunch and tea breaks were okay.

Pretty decent, for a short stay definitely. Food's not bad, but not in the category of worst as there are worst. The services provided are excellent, they really keep you well accommodated that you won't have the need to get frustrated.
