Booked a deluxe room from agoda and the picture show that the room comes with window but when we arrived they said their system shows we booked a standard room and doesn't have window. I already told and show the receptionist that I booked a deluxe room and they just say that their system show we booked a standard room. Feel got cheated. The room is damp and the bed sheet looks kinda dirty.
Not too bad for a short stay. The sound proof system needs to be improved.

When during booking hotel from Agoda and it show the room is deluxe room and the picture of the room is with window but when we arrive there and they provided the room as inform by the receptionist is under standard room instead of deluxe room. After checking back with Agoda and get inform by Agoda cs said that the room is deluxe room but without window and it was a miscommunication. The room environment is bad, The air of this room is impregnated with damp. The internet speed is slow and the soundproof is super duper terrible!
