Unclean bedsheets
Rubbish from previous customer, even their towels are still there

1) I went to complain at the receptionist and this is what HE answered me

The bus stop is nearby. I took a 521 bus from Putrajaya Sentral. The room was clean and I liked it. And it is nice breakfast included. I wonder if they wash the blanket every time the customer checks out though.
And the Wi-Fi… no signal at all in the room I stayed. And my own Celcom also did not work well. It was 3G most of the time.
