WORST HOLIDAY EVER! Can’t believe this place can exists. Shocking! Dirty, chaos, unhelpful service. A dis functional circus. Do not go there.

I heard a few bad reviews before I went to this place. However, when I stayed for 1 night, I noticed that they had done improvements based on the previous bad reviews. Great place to stay with family, there plenty of activities can be done. If you are lucky, you can watch a fire show at the beach if it's not raining.

Great place to chill and relax. Many activities for kids to do, atv, paint ball, archery, beach and pool. Stay in 2 bedroom with family, spacious and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful scenery and the room were clean and very comfortable. Buggy service on time. Kudos!

Was there for a 3D2N stays, the room is fine but the service are bad. One of the buddy driver was rude and also one of the restaurant Indian manager was impolite too… We choose the full board package, not worth the price at all. High tea beverage option only coffee and tea, which is fine; but the ridiculous bit is the they don’t provide you milk, just black coffee and sugar and creamer! Dinner option is even more pathetic! Definitely won’t recommend this package, overly over priced! Buggy service was slow also, I waited 10min for the buggy at 1:30pm on a weekday. Won’t recommend this hotel at any circumstances, the service was not in par with the money paid!

Staff were friendly! Credit to all of the transport drivers, receptionist, housekeeping and F&B team, its hard to find the great ambiance nowdays but I found one in the Avani.

We stayed at the villa unit for 1 night. The view is amazing, it is simply quiet and peaceful. highly recommend and will defly come back next time.

A very pleasurable place for holiday! I was amazed by the view and and the room view as well. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was poor. Other than that, the food was good and it was an awesome experience to be here! And credit to all the staff around being so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good attitude and hospitality. 👍👍

Amazing place to escape from the busy life of KL. Must try their Chinese Restaurant. Reasonable price for room and food.

Poor service request for towels 1 hour also nobody send, inside room also not provided laundry bag, room not well clean, in-house Wi-Fi also very limited for use, please improve your service not worth with what we pay.

Friendly & helpful staff specially Ms. Kay & Ms. Mega. & its a nice place to relax but I suggest to improve their food presentation because the presentation of their food it's not worth for the price & not match for a 5 star hotel like this. Specially for all those fresh juices they just serve it on a kid's glass without any presentation. & improve the cleanliness of the room at first we check in our room is so dusty but when I ask for house keeping they did it automatically. 👍

Recommended to all my fellow friends, very friendly staff, such a serenity view & breathtaking.

Was a good short get away from KL. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property needs upgrading from wear and tear but thanks to the super attentive and nice staff, it was still a great stay. — at Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort.

I felt like i'm in Maldives. Its suitable for family short getaway. Not very far away its takes about almost 1hours to reach there. In fact, you can even on your work from anywhere mode. Very peaceful view at night! I love sipping my hot chocolate in the balcony at night while enjoying the nice sky view.

Very bad service. No star for Avani.

This is third to fourth times we are in Avani hotel. Excellent service, spacious villa. If you are looking for a place to unwind and just relax this is an excellent place to just do that. You can go for a relaxing spa and watch the golden burst of sunset colours.

My stay generally went well and absolutely amazing. The reception provides a good service, fast check in n out, in fact due to my early arrival, I was given early check in at 1.00pm instead of 3.00pm standard time. The buggy service is within reasonable time of waiting. Avani kids room is really good for kids to have fun! The room is spacious for family with 3-4 adults, 2 kids. Comfortable beds, clean and big size bathrooms. The balcony is a good port to lepak with amazing views. Refreshing n peaceful
Breakfast is OK. Due to pandemic to follow SOP, 30 minutes are given time to use swimming pool with limited number of people at 1 time. But for me its ok. I hv no chance to try other facilities due to short stay. But I asked for cycling, unfortunately not available during that time. Location wise — about 40 minutes from KLIA airport. The location in bagan lalang is surrounded with lots of seafood restaurants that you can choose. Overall, I am happy with staycation at Avani Sepang although in short period. Worth for the money. Will repeat to stay in future.

— They cant handle peak season. Room was not ready until 7PM. They should have expected high volume during holiday season and prepared enough manpower yet they failed.
— Poor room cleanliness. Many little things were missed out like mugs and hand towels. Several bathroom defects. Maintenance came to fix but problem reoccured.
— Rate of luxury resort but only local TV channels are available.
— I asked for extra blanket at 7.30PM, was only informed they were out at 12PM after follow ups. So my kids (5 and 7) used extra towels as blanket.
— The concierge was helpful though. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was ok. Basically dont come during peak season to save the unnecessary stress.

Bad Experience with this Hotel & Services. My Company asking for event on 2 month before event but no properly response, staff not friendly, and they ask our company event a small event. So no worry and ask something else on our company. On time our team ask to make a payment, after we get a quoted fee the staff resigned as same time. And our try to reach at other sales person at seri bayu and check our reservation. Not in listing on reservation. So dispointed on services.

I'm very happy. Staff is very very very good. Gate men, staff all is good food is not able wall. No near place to India food. Room is very good u fill like a royal hotel. Very big rooms good. Near beach. Swimming pool OK in punjabi waooo. First experience in this hotel.

This place supposed to be great. The apartment are pleasant and guest CARPARK is a big plus. But, it was poorly maintained and not well kept. If the building and all the accessories well maintained, I can easily give a 5 plus star without a doubt.

Room is spacious. No food provided by resort… food not available outside also… Photos are mis leading… Swimming pool is very small… lonely place… beach is very bad… Water very bad…

The beach is clean with toilet, food stalls and baywatch facilities. Safe to swim in clean water.

Apartment unit is clean, spacious and have most comforts except fridge and kitchen equipments. There're adult and kids pool. No cafe, so need to buy food from stalls and food court by beach front, within walking distance.

Location can, room can, bathroom can but room dust a lot, bed linen is not clean, toilet cover also did not clear, online look very good, live in on the sick home, if the comment can not release star, I will choose not to give.

The staff is friendly. The location is good. The resort provide swimming pool, for kid is happy. But the pest control and the cleanliness of the corridor, the really need to improve, a lot of ants and some spider web behind the door. I use the hot water to do pest control before going bed, then some insect died==… Too many door inside the house make us feel unsecure at night, the management should make some extra lock from inside so that we won't use the chair put behind the door. The ground floor should make metal frame for each window to feel safe.

Just call to book. But the receptionist raised her voice. Verry not welcoming. Seem boring to entertain customer inquiries. Very bad. Please train your staff.

Quite value for the money and meets your basic needs. The apartmnt is clean and spacious. Also good location with walking distance to the beach.

No hot water, dirty floor, dirty bed, no bell boy who help you, no transport like taxi,

Good place for family with children. The beach is within walking distance. The sand is very fine and a good and safe place for small children because during low tide the sea is really shallow. Lots of eateries nearby. The accomodation is a two room apartment. The rooms are a bit small but the sitting room is spacious. There is no fridge provided in the apartment just basic amenities like a kettle and bottles of drinking water. But all in all, a good place for R & R and affordable.

Spacious basic accommodation at very affordable pricing. Of course that would also depend on the seasonal demand like public or national school holidays. Facilities here are quite basic but adequate. The public beach nearby is accessible on foot.

The reception counter must really be improved. I felt like checking in at a very low budget hotel and also they have poor service like no breakfast provided and I had to wait very very long to get an iron which ended up in nothing.

All time worst resort hotel. Overly expansive at RM300 per night for 2-room apartment. Lack many facilities and utilities like no tea and sugar sachets, only got 1 cup, no cloth hangers, no hand soap, some room do not have curtains etc etc. Definitely do not have a fridge! Do not deserve even a single star whatsoever! I have to give a "star" in order to post this review. Please improve. Do not recommend this hotel.
