Poor breakfast ever at Mya kitchen😠😠😠😠wait for almost 1 hour and only receive nasi lemak and frozen roti canai for rm40 per pax. Upset and this will be the first and last being here due to 1 hour frozen roti canai.

Loved everything here the moment I arrived. The pool gorgeous! At night its even more stunning. Hope they will refurbish the rest of the facilities. Otherwise the vibes totally cool.

If you have kids. This place surely is what u are looking for… Secure and nice pool for kids to enjoy. All staff were friendly, we arrived early and they let us check in. Thank you for the nice weekend.

Cool ambiance around the hotel. Not many people. Only few family were there. Saw big green statue of a cute rabbit just before the swimming pool. Eye catching interior deco around the hotel. Good hospitality from lady in Mya Kitchen. Meyfa her name.

The best resort-leisure type hotel in Cyberjaya. Kids love the pools. Unique, simple, fun, and elegant in thier own way. Keep it up.

Breakfast time from 7 — 10.30 am, but I go at 9 am, most of food already finished. They dont refill the food. I have to order another food, but have to wait about 20 min. Bad experience. Limited staff and not friendly staff. The landscape is nice. But the hotel looks inadequate in lots of things. My first and last to be there.

When I go for breakfast, the staff didnt told us beside the nasi lemak can be order others food on menu that's FOC. Because the menu all food have price so we didnt order it.
After a malay family come in for breakfast. The staff become very nicely to serve and bring along the menu to explain u can order inside the food with FOC.
Hmm. I only can think is 'RASICM'. Sorry for very negative. But first of my mind I only can think this word.
And, no next time.

No toilettries provided. Aircon super dirty & dusty. I had a flu & nose itchy. Its swimming pool are dangerous bcoz pool tiles some broken & very sharp edges. Really not reccommended!

Cool hipster hotel! Nice pool, rooms and Mya restaurant is fantastic food is so good and also reasonable. Definitely will come back again.

Awesome ambience, cool room layout for 2, not too many ppl at 1 time — privacy. Want to hv breakfast like a king. This is the place … heaven.

The best short family vacation (especially the swimming pool! Love it! )

My kids enjoyed so much because our room was 2 meters to the pool. Could access the pool from our backyard door.
The slide was quite fast, the kids slided down very confidently. After check-in, the staff called my room if I need any assistance or complaints. I told them that I booked king studio pool, unfortunately the bed was not king size but twin beds attached purposely. I talked to the manager Mr Syahrin who was very helpful and soft spoken, he offered to switch to the upstairs — upgraded room with zero extra charge. But I needed to refuse to let go because I just love the scenery of the pool from my back door. Our room was downstairs. Finally we agreed to switch to the next door, got the king sized bed, slept soundly, happier, did swim evening, night and morning. Will come again next time. Thanks.

Clean, family friendly. Avoid deluxe room with pool view as it get too noisy and no privacy.

Hotel concept was very interesting, container rooms cute, but poorly maintained. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice but shower curtain was full of mildew and mold. Closet were cages, which I don't think I liked too well. No bathroom amenities. Overall stay was comfortable.

Ok hotel for 150RM at night, but why is it priced closer to 300 is beyond my understanding. At 300 you can get Cyber Resort. Not bad, but seriously overpriced. Also, very, very bad location.

Very cozy place and friendly staff. Very nice room and good for chilling with partner. Variety facilities and they have pool table and foosball in their own cafe. Overall is tip top! Thumbs up.

Nice accommodation but I expect it to be more spacious. Family friendly pool however it's highly chlorine (poor kids & babies) please clean it up properly. Good to say I enjoyed my stay.

Service at breakfast was terrible. Waited for more than an hour just to get breakfast yet no apology from the waiter. He kept saying he only serves food not cook it. There was only one chef and 3 assistants. They should’ve just sticked to buffet like other hotels. Room was ok but not well mantained (chipped furniture, stained towels, broken tap). The highlight was definitely the pool (with slides) which was just few steps from the room. And of course the exterior/decor of the hotel and interior of the room just because almost every corner is instagrammable.

Nice view and surrounding but our bathroom is a bit moldy. The pool is amazing though. If you decided to stay at this hotel, don't ever book it with breakfast. Mya restaurant is the worst. We were waiting for our food for more than an hour. It doesn't make sense for them to do ala carte for breakfast instead of buffet. Staff were inefficient as well. It would have been a perfect vacation if we didn't book it with breakfast.

For the price of small deluxe room of RM300+ compared with other hotels, it is not really spacious at all and not worth the price. My first experience check-in the hotel was really horrorble. Really slow and bad service at the counter. The staffs seems not entirely efficient in their job that led me to wait in the queue for almost 45 minutes just for to check-in to my room. No apology offered even though they knew I had been waiting in the queue for so long. The swimming pool is very high in chlorine. I could feel it in the eye (irritation) when I swim in the water. To the management, pls. Train your staffs well. This is a services sector. They should know how to efficiently work during peak time.

Nice place with some unique idea on decoration. You can spend some quality time with your family, kids will like this place.

A good place for family-gathering day. Got some space to do the family day outdoor activities, and a hall too. Nice deco for the room and the toilet. But the room is a bit small in real than in the photo. The food from the restaurant is kind of expensive for my liking but the deco pays off. There's a slide for the swimming pool. The swimming pool is suitable for any age, got different depth from the level of my ankle till the upper of my neck (my height is 156cm). And yup, the weather is hot during the afternoon. Overall, the place was okay, the deco was cute and I enjoy my 2 days 1 night here.

No water supply now! How am going to shower kids after swimming?! Now is midnight 4:30am, cannot sleep dued to too hot inside the room, air con no gas, already complain earlier but they only changed remote control for us, is that help? I'm wondering!
My kid cannot sleep well, I even have to sit inside car start engine to put her sleep just now. Dash Box management, I so disappointed and really suck experience staying here, no joke. Other complain was, in your booking list, you are supply slippers, but I dun see any, when I call to ask, your customer service said no such things to provide, after I said it is stated in the list, she answer me will check for me, but no reply after all. Well, I dun expect too. Check in time very slow, wait until 3:40pm only received your call inform me the room clean was done. Tiring waiting. Pool very dirty, a lot hair floating… really geli. Not worth for the price. Wasting time and money indeed. No next time.

Stayed here for 4 months, very nice view, but the service was really bad. Still, there are few staff yg okay, especially the nice night shift kakak. They were supposed to clean my room twice a week, but it didn’t happened that way. I experienced 2 weeks of unclean room, and mostly they don’t vacuum or mop the floor, I saved a picture of the dirty floor under my bed as a proof. I was sick on my last day there, and checkout a bit late waiting for someone to pick me up, but one of the front desk girl just said some not nice words to me. For the management, I am so sorry for this rating, I have been considering this for 2 months, but it was too bad.

The rooms conducive… very suitable for reunion/ family day/ gathering… the breakfast set were great and delicious but the service is slow… come early to get food early.

It's nice weekend gateway place for family because the pool was cool with water slides. And the room is nice with hipster design, all surrounding this hotel is Instagram worth.

It's hot here in the afternoon but not in the room. I did got a room with sliding door which I consider to be broken because it can't be close nor open freely. I don't have any issues with the food but some may suggest the food to be a bit expensive. What save this review from 2 star is the swimming pool and the whole concept of hotel design.

If you plan to dine-in at their cafe, dont be fooled with their published menu on their website. Its totally different especially the prices. Kena game bro. However, their food is quite good though.

Here, they have the containers turned into cozy little hotel rooms! It might feel a little too small for certain people though. There's not too much extra space in the room itself. But very much enough if you are only looking for a simple space for a good night rest. The amenities in the room are great! Provided with the room are towels, slippers, hangers, security box etc. The staffs here are very friendly and from my personal experience, the service is wonderful as well. There's also a cafe where you can hangout or get food at too :)
