Dirty rooms, dirty water, unhelpful staffs that are unreasonable and doesn't solve the issues with the rooms.

Great location. For the price the rooms are acceptable for Malaysian hotel standards. Malls downstairs with lots of shops & eateries. Girls at front desk were very polite & helpful.

Emails replies are super slow. Nobody answer their phone calls even though we try to make IDD calls to find them. They charge our credit cards without informing us. And our payment are still not settled as nobody response to our email. This is terrible! Not forgetting, the water were yellow when we turned on the taps.

Clean, comfortable, service friendly.

We had a great staycation with our 4 yo son, room is spacious comfortable and clean. Will definitely come again.

Terrible service with front guest officer namely Badre. One of the room's bedsheet is dirty with red color. After informed Badre, his attitude is really bad & felt annoyed. Only 1 request is to request 3 rooms in same floor but what his response to me like this is a ridiculous request. Request to meet manager but he said he is manager. Bad service for a 5 star hotel which is over-rated.

Beautiful hotel. Was so. Impressed with one. Of your staff who volunteered to help by carrying a box of 40 books to the lobby.

The worst breakfast serving experience.
we checked in on 16 Oct 2021, did shopping etc. Next morning 17 Oct, went for a swim and came for breakfast.
1. The service was horrible, servers, manager all walking like headless chicken.
2. Complete unorganized team. Orders taken late, food not served untill we had to keep asking. Drinks never came until we had go go to the counter and serve ourselves. Shall NEVER EVER come here. No accountability and Poor Service! READ MY FOLLOWING COMMENTS FOR THE LATEST UPDATE. This indeed charged my mind 🙂

Terrible experience with front guest officer Renee. Rooms were bad and service for a 5star is over rated. Feeling annoyed… learn what customer service from Hilton or Shangri-la.

We arrived too early but we were greeted with very warm and welcome gesture from the staffs and allowed to check-in. I requested double single beds and baby cot, surprisingly the beds are huge and super comfortable, two adults can sleep on one single bed comfortably, plus, the baby cot we got for free also huge and comfy. The bathtub and toilet are clean too. We also got room with nice view as per requested. The breakfast is good too. Absolutely will repeat staycation here next time ☺️

The Hotel is at the heart of city. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The foods are great. Ballroom is spacious and easy to organize an event.

The 1st time my child love the room so much that she refuses to go home.
its definitely not our 1st hotel stay, but it was our shortest hotel stay of only 1 day. Even other 5 stars hotel doesn't makes the child feels like "home".
maybe its because we stayed in room at a corner with good view and the thoughtfully designed vanity room+ bathroom.

Excellent place for tourists. An MRT is close by. 2 Shopping malls closeby one with branded material and the other with average pricing.

Hosted a private birthday party at The Spread. It is truly an excellent venue. Spacious and comfortable and the food was excellent with an amazing variety. The management and staff went out of the way with decorations and table arrangements and even a stage and projector to help make it a truly memorable day. All at a very reasonable price. A big thank you to Encik Ahmad and all the staff at The Spread.

We have been staying this hotel last few years and never disappoint us ❤️ Service is great, staff is helpful at the lobby area whenever we just arrive and help to unload our luggages while my hubby goes to find parking. Self park is RM5 per day while valet parking is RM25 per day. So you can figure it yourself! Great stay always!

Excellent service. The team at Executive Business Center are very helpful. They made arrangement for our 2 days meeting with Consultants & Vendors in KL. Definitely, it is our choice of accommodation when we are around KL. Good work!

Please note where to alight as there are two lobby for hotel and residences. I stayed at the residences side and room is big, spacious and comfy. Service staff is also very polite. Will definitely come back another time.

The hair dryer they replaced in the bathroom was pretty useless as it didn't blow warm or hot air. Bring your own! I never made any complaints to my previous stays with them. However, this time some hygiene issues bugged me till I had to invite the duty manager up to my room for inspection. I accidentally dropped the edge of my bathrobe into the toilet bowl while I was using it. Hence, I threw it inside the bathtub for the room attendant to collect for laundry. When I came back to my room late at night, I saw a nicely folded bathrobe on my bed. So I put it on after shower. To my big surprise, I suddenly felt the bathrobe was a little damped and guess what, it smelled urine! Gosh, the room attendant folded the old wet bathrobe back and placed on my bed without even replacing one! What's happened to the recent Gardens Hotel's 5-star standard? Ignorance of the management or underpaid employees?

Good location. Plenty of room space which is good compare to newer hotel which has smaller room size. However, some rectification/renovation are needed; eg the bathroom glass door slanted, thus the glass door cannot close properly. Water outlet need to repaired. Some drawer cannot open/close properly.

Came here many times in the past still find it difficult to get to the hotel due to traffic design is really bad in my view. However this time I stay at the residence side and not hotel. But the Grab always confused that it is hotel or residence side as two are not linked and 100 meters away! The room is great, clean and Wi-Fi is provided. The toilet drainage needs improvement as you will flood the toilet is you stand there showering for long. We stayed at the 2 rooms apartment and very cosy and nice especially with a living hall and small kitchen! Great for short term stay too. Very helpful and friendly staff to greet you …

This place is the most convenient place for me to stay as this is just a walking distance to the office where I worked. I love the rooms. So clean and all are perfect. Its worth the price. I also love the buffet! Kaya lang kahit 2 kami sa isang room, isa lang yung may bfast. 1 is to 1 yata sila.

Great rooms, very comfortable furniture, high quality bathrooms. The gym is amazing for a hotel gym and the pool very clean and great place to just sit and relax. The area overall is quiet, and safe. MidValley shopping mall only 3 mins walk away and open late for everything you could need.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Service was great, room was large and clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and smelt clean (I'm very sensitive). Except for bugs on the sofa, everything was fab.

Stayed there several times. Rooms are pretty spacious and location is convenient. However there are several rooms I have stayed in where yellow water was coming out of the taps (possibly due to rusty pipes or something), water became clear after letting it run for a period of time.

No dedicate parking, advice who want to drive there, reach there early. RM5 per entry. Take 2 hours to reach the car parks and find a place to park. Not easy to find a car park and have to park at the drive way. Imagine you have drive few hours on the journey and need get to car park another 2 hours. And take another 1/2 hour to find the lobby as the car park is just too big and no dedicated car park for the Hotel which near to the Hotel. Very bad experience. And the Hotel receptionist just tell you that we all so sorry only. No information or no guidance on the Hotel's website on the parking during the reservation at all. Hope this help.

I attended a friend’s wedding reception at the grand ballroom. The venue was large and spacious. Clean as well. The hotel staff couldn’t converse well in English and since many of the wedding guests spoke mainly English, it was challenging for us to put in our requests during dinner. The event organiser didn’t seem to be part of St Giles, so I excluded that portion from this review.

Hotel was very nice, beds are comfy. Unfortunately, my key card stop working 5 times during my three night stay. Room service would also take 30+ minutes for ordering simple stuff like coffee or Sprite. I'm also fairly certain that my family and I got food poisoning either from the breakfast buffet or the catering from the wedding we attended at the hotel. Overall it's a great hotel, but those factors above brought the rating down.

Good location, though the road around Mid Valley is just stupid! Good rooms with a nice size and comfy bed. Showers are a pain though as the temperature fluctuates a lot so showering my little boy is like playing Russian Roulette! OK — have to edit this review and take stars off it as, in the space of three days, housekeeping called me to say "your Do Not Disturb sign is on, would you like us to clean your room? " — uh, Do Not Disturb, genii! Then, the next day, whilst getting breakfast, there was a cockroach running around on the yoghurt/breakfast cereal counter. Finally, after trying to plug devices in to charge, I find that the bedside sockets rarely work and, in one room (we changed rooms), you had to let the plug sit slightly out of the socket to work. The bedside socket in the second room didn't work at all. One week left to go so I'll update this review if there are any more developments…

Super Hotel with direct connection to two large malls.

My 2nd stay & maybe last… First stay was perfect, maybe it's my luck for the 2nd stay. The staff set the wrong key for me, unable use the lift & my room 2015 should be 20 floor n she said is 15 floor (and it's worked to go 15th floor), she "adviced" that don't place the key close to mobile phone (sound funny & my wife was annoyed with that), at 15th floor we get lost to room 2015? A very frustrated check in with exhausted kid & unhappy wife due to that issue. At the same t…ime a foreigner throwing the key card on the floor in front staff having the same issue twice… The kettle is filled with sand and water is very yellowish (pictures taken n shown to staff). Maybe it is luck… as our first stay was great. Good things are the breakfast is good, the staff answer my calls for changing kettle are good… Front desk definitely need a lot improvement.

The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are very pleasant and efficient.
We will definitely stay there again.

Walking to mid valley shopping area was easy and convenient. Convenient place to shop and eat. There are so many places to shop within the Gardens mall and the mid-valley mall.

A business hotel with direct access to 2 shopping malls. Nice selection of cable TV channels. Good range of western & local breakfast items with some cook to order options.

Last week we booked this hotel for my guest from overseas — business trip. We encountered 2 issues with this hotel: 1. We booked through the hotel website itself and we booked two rooms and even called up to specify the requirement for the room. Upon check in the room type we requested was not honored and we didn't receive any calls about that arrangement at all. That caused a delay in check in as we need to wait for the new arrangement. 2. Due the booking was made under company, the payment was by account department while the guest name is different. The management have doubt on this and didn't give us any call to confirm the payment details. Instead, they directly request payment from my guest and that caused serious embarrassment to my guest as well as our company. In addition, the way that the management deal with problems are not professional. The hotel staff do not speak in a polite way. I think this hotel seriously need to pay attention to these matters.

I stayed in this hotel for more than a month, 2 weeks here 1 there, and it's clean, organised, with most services, (only lacks spa or massage), people are super friendly and nice. Breakfast is also very complete and you can get anything but milkshake (step by step). Location is very good with train station 3 min away and over a good mall. I'll return for sure.

Very nice modern hotel. Conveniently located in Mid Valley. Rooms are large, very neutral decor, clean esthetics. Great restaurant and bar located in the lobby. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Make that your needs are clearly identified with staff, that's my only recommendation for the hotel, please pay attention to detail.

The Gardens Hotel is a 5 star hotel which is directly linked to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley. The location is rather strategic, it's only 10 minutes drive from KL Sentral and 20 minutes drive from KL city center.

5 stars hotel with only wired Internet in the room. Which century are we in? Luckily found an open network from somewhere else even at this hight! The rest is good.
