Hi guys! What I like about Taragon Residences is their spacious rooms. We stayed last May 29th to June 3 for our family vacation in Kuala Lumpur. In front of the building and nearby areas are the convenience stores and restaurants where you can buy instantly your daily needs. At night, there is a food cart that you can buy food on skewers in different types like fish balls, bacon, veggies, etc. Location from Berjaya is just few minute walk. Although we always used Uber cars because of our 4-year old daughter. We actually tried to walk there on our first day using sidewalks and it was safe. What I liked most is their staff. Eddie was very kind and accommodating. Their maintenance staff are also very hard working and constantly cleaned our rooms. The ultimate thing I liked was the safety of our personal belongings. During our last day, my daughter left her watch at her room. We just discovered it when we were already at KLIA2. I immediately texted Eddie. He promptly responded and checked if the watch is really there. Upon knowing, he informed me that indeed it was there. I proposed it to be sent via courier at our own expense since it was our fault and not theirs. To my surprise, I was just informed by Eddie 2 days ago that it was already sent to my home here in the Philippines free of charge. For me, this is a very kind service of Taragon. It is a more of personal service perse' compared to other facilities like hotels. I am giving 5 stars to Taragon and Eddie.
The suite is large and close to monorail station. The room is supplied with everything you need. My room was at the 18th floor with a good view of Petronas Twin Towers as it was requested! The stuff is helpful and friendly.

I have a very bad experience with this place. I have booked and paid through booking. Com. 5 minuted after I paid I have contact the property staff and informed that I will be arriving in 10min. The staff informed that he had already left for the day at 10pm and said that all the rooms was fully booked. I had then informed the staff that I have already made the payment. The staff requested me to liaise with booking. Com on the refund. Up till today Booking. Com had advised that they have sent several email to the property to accept the refund but the property staff did not accept it.
