Clean place and comfortable, big rooms (for double beds) and it's near with market (Masjid Jamek) so you can find foods to eat everytime on day (even though that it's started to 11pm). Besides, they near also with a mall (Sogo) so we can go to there easily (just walk around 7 — 8 minutes).
