The place has a decent infrastructure. Awesome cafe at the lobby. However, the service is so bad. The host is not clear in explaining instructions and made us wait half hour past out check-in time. The check-in service, ludicrous amount charged for parking (25rm/day and that's only for one vehicle despite us booking 2 separate rooms) made us never ever stay at KL Sentral Bangsar Suite ever again. Save yourself some time and head over to established hotels.
It is very recommended. The place is located nearby KL Sentral, only about 10 minutes by Grab (5-7RM). The place connected with bridge to Bangsar LRT. It also nearby Little India which a good place to explore. The building is new. I booked 2 bedrooms unit and The room is very spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 loft bed and 1 sofa bed. It can fit for 6-8 people, very good for family trip. It has good facilities including gym, infinity pool!, cafe and meeting lounge. I really like how they furnished the unit. Overall, it is a very very good stay and value for money, I book one night only 300 RM for 5 stars facilities. Thumbs.
