Seriously bad reviews, you have to wait for everything, the waiter is rude, and the hotel parking space needs to say: help. You have a place. Otherwise you need to stop to the opposite side. Breakfast has to wait.

Bought a package with extra bed but when ask for it they said fully booked. Have emailed them few days before check in and they promise me to get me extra bed. Room not well prepared. Towel, bath mat not available during check in.

Hi I never have been super dissappointed as this! I checked in at the reception. My spouse and kids were in the car since its raining outside and there were NO PARKING! The concierge suggested us to park temporarily outside to bring our luggage and kids up to our room. But your guard outside ask us to remove the car immediately. My husband was pissed since we need to bring the kids up before properly search for parking. Your staff MUHAMMAD SYAH said “NAK CANCEL YOUR STAY THEN U CANCEL LAH! ” and your concierge tarani were very rude by saying “if there were no parking then cik nak kami buat apa? ” Wowww! It was their ideas to park temporarily outside but we left with no solution but to hastily remove the car and I chase my toddler into the lobby by myself with my baggage. My stays at the other nearby hotels were lot better than this! On the other part, while I was handling my baggage and chasing my two kids, NO ONE offer me their handful services! Upon checked in to the room, only ONE access card given instead of two, and only one piece of towel given. I requested but the operater said “kita orang pon control towel ni, tak tau kenapa tak cukup, lori pulak tak sampai2” OUT OF STOCK! NO PARKING BCAUSE RANDOM PEOPLE PARK FOR DINNER! what this does the dinner ends? 12am or 1am they answered. HAHAHA I think the stars given to this hotel basically only because of the STRATEGIC LOCATION. The rest? NONE! My son’s birthday is tomorrow…and I get the worst experience here!

I like the fact that it is close to KLCC but the parking is a bit far. Nice deep pool with amazing partial view of KLCC and Grand Hyatt (opposite the hotel)

Very bad service! For quarantine stay here in Malaysia I cannot recommend this hotel. The corridor is very dirty, so I doubt it that they clean well. Especially for quarantine reason it's very important to have a high standard of hygiene. The bedsheets and covers are worn-out. For essential items you need to request. It takes hours to get these items. For example, I called the reception to get drinking water in the morning, they promised to deliver at 10 am. From this time I called a few times and at 5 pm we were still waiting for drinking water! Unbelievably bad service. I mean, to stay for quarantine is hard enough but this hotel staff turns the quarantine time into hell, I feel treated like in a prison.
In total: Very bad service and very bad organization!

The service very slow, the room cleanliness is very very very bad. Anyone will fall sick with the room condition. It will never be a pleasant stay. I mean it.
It looks like housekeeping is just sleeping!

Worst service ever… quarantined here after returning from oversea… cannot even plan and provide lunch and dinner to everyone. Such as useless management.

Was here during quarantine. Not good experience. But, unfortunately we were not given choice to choose the hotel.

I was on quarantine at a premium package thinking Impiana KLCC was good for I have not visited KL for while. Its really disappointment. I had a room on the 4th floor non-renovated on a premium package of RM374 pernite. Until I had to make so many calls to the operator only then I managed to get my room changed on the 3rd day. To the 8th floor. Food was always delivered cold n sometimes they don't even bother to ring the bell to keep you informed that the food is being placed outside.
check out on 24th December 2020 until today 13 Jan 20201 there isn't any email or acknowledgement of the refund. Very very bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any quarantine stay.

Service from F & B was bad. Severely delay, having dinner at 8pm or 9pm! wrong food. Serving beef for a buddhist twice even had informed many times. Wrong food served! Never recommend to anyone. Wasted my money!

My husband waited til 9pm for dinner to come. And yet this is what he received? What kind of hotel is this? I understand quarantine period you can't expect "excellent service" from the hotel. But at least provide basic food service!

Impiana has worked hard to manage strict quarantine controls due to covid 19 but still manage to have immaculate rooms, very well managed stocks of water, toiletries etc. Food service is excellent quality and again managed well to avoid contact. Staff well trained and prepared to keep safe and still make guests welcome. Well done Impiana!

Strategic place in town centre. Excellent service and convenient.

Went to have dinner and reserved via eatigo. The bill charged was different from what we have seen online and from what they have shown wheb we arrived. They showed a different price b4 we ordered and the price was higher when asked for the bill. They said the lower price was for petronas staff only.
1) Why in the hell you showed me the lower price when you dont even know where I work.
2) Why dont you honoured the lower price when it’s your fault?
Overall it’s a bad experience. Very misleading price menu.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful. We got upgrades without charges. Mr. Don and team from the cafe very friendly and giving their best serving following the SOP. Thank you. We love the stay.

I am still awaiting a refund for cancellation some three months ago. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel whom I have recommended to many Australians over the past years!

I checked in on 1st September at 4. I was upgraded to club twin room. I can view Petronas twin tower. The room is clean. Great hospitality. The front reception are super efficient and always hv a smile. I fully recommend Impiana KLCC.

It was the most comfortable place for me to stay in the busy city. Great hospitality. Quick check in at the club lounge. Room was very clean neat and tidy and has that spa fragrance smell. Love to come back again for my business trip in KL. Full recommended.

The food the lounge ok but sadly the housekeeping service too slow and poor. The towel in the room we need to request everyday and my pants I hang in the bathroom missing too… already let the receptionist and the operator know about it but no action on the day itself and the hotel didn’t try to reach us until today…

Bad experience booking for Ramadhan buffet recently. Didn’t expect booking could be that hard. It’s like they don’t want us to book. Keep passing phone lines to different people. In the end they told me the had some issues on my booking. Im speechless, last few years didn’t had any problems.

Very thin walls and therefore difficult to sleep. Rooms are very tired and old but are clean. Breakfast is one big fight. Better hotels available.

Stayed one night for a business conference. Good location, linked to Pavilion mall via air-conditioned and sheltered walkway about 10min walk away. Suite was spacious and had a walk in wardrobe. Toilet was good with excellent water pressure. Room was in good condition.

Aug 2018 Room: — Clean but old. — Have everything a need, kettle, iron, fridge… — The TV is small and old. — Bathroom is clean. — Without carpet, with wooden floor. Facility: — The lobby is clean. — The arrangement of the chairs and sofas is a little bit too weird, too packed. — With swimming pool. — Elevators are clean and well maintained. Location: — Located right at the heart of KL. — Easy to get rent car. — Plenty of eateries around that area. — 10 minutes away from shopping complexes. Room Rate: High.

Absolutely fantastic service at this hotel. I arrived early after flying overnight for a business trip and the guest services were able to get me checked in early so I could get changed and head to my meeting. This made my trip so much better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great price and unbeatable location — above ground walkway to Pavillion and below ground to KLCC (twin towers). Both those places have decent sized supermarkets to stock up on the essential Breakfasts at Impiana are great. Have stayed here many times in KL. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms have baths and showers have great pressure. Can make the rooms super dark for sleeping in. Bonus.

Living up to its 5 star rating! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The atmosphere is great with staff being very friendly in everything they do. The front receptionists were nice and made sure that we were catered to our every needs. The lounge area has very nice classical live music which greets you in the lobby. For our one day stopover, it was amazing. Would recommend to everyone travelling to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

The Good: Nice looking hotel, great location, staff professionalism and helpfulness. The pool on top was very nice and had very nice views of the city. The other very good was the free parking. Also great Malaysian breakfast options. The not so good (being really pedantic here) : Could have more/better pastries to go with breakfast tea/coffee. But overall excellent value.

The hotel location is good. I chose this hotel because the twin tower view. Unfortunately when I got into my room, the twin towers are blocked by one tall building in front of the hotel. I can see only one instead of both the twins towers. The view is block by the balcony as well. Is not a full view. The outdoor swimming is another place to have full view of twin towers, but sadly it’s still block by the tall building. Overall service was good n staffs are helpful.

Typical important and imposing structure. Average standards definitely respected clean rooms staff very smiley. Beyond that I have to say that it is nothing exceptional or with a wow effect. A praise must be made for the power of the water in the shower. A critique should be made for an international breakfast but absolutely standard where it is impossible to ask for a real orange juice even wanting to pay… Not to mention a Benedictine egg.
Try to get the rooms above the fifteenth floor with access to the Lounge.

The staff here are the hotel's best asset. The proximity to the conference centre will mean this place stays busy. To be honest sone if the rooms need to be refurbished. The club room I got was what can be expected but the regular rooms are not up to standard. The hotel facilities are good so go for the club room and you will enjoy your stay.

There is a sky bridge (Safe Passage) right on the side that actually take you to KLCC, Pavilion Shopping Mall, KL Conventions Center, Traders Hotel and other shopping areas. If your room is facing The Twin Tower in the night you will be astonished, it's very striking in the night. A 4 star hotel.

Spacious n comfortable room with isolated warddrobe space. The view is very nice which is we can see klcc and sorround. Very good location in heart of kuala lumpur and linked to klcc and pavilion by covered,, aircond pedestrian. Con. Very limited parking space n very slow front desk during registeration. U can choose a selection for your breakfast either western or local food but sadly is very limited choice of food for western.

Great location give you direct access to mall near twin tower and short walk to pavilion mall. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you need taxi don't take from them they charge double the rating price.

Stayed in this hotel quite a few times back in 2013. The club experience was much better. Now, the club experience doesn't feel special anymore. To my surprise, the non-club staffs treated me better than the club staffs did.

Excellent customer service, lobby and front desk. Front desk provides fresh apple (free) for guests. It is sweet. Very organized hotel. Clean room, super comfort bed! Lobby provide many comfort sofa for letting guests rest. There is one bad thing during our four nights staying which is our shower room ceiling somehow was leaking water at middle night and it was also from the LIGHT BULB spot! very scary and we called front desk right away. The maintenance came within 15 mins and told us it should be " Air conditioner" problem and can't be fix now. They need to use vacuum and it will be noisy therefore we have to wait until next morning. Front desk did called us and offered us to change our room but it was 1AM, we were really tired so we didn't change room. Although it wasn't a good experience night but overall I still would like to go back again.

They take pride in offering outstanding customer service — their customer service has beat out some 5 stars hotels I have been to. I love their gym room on the top floor, offering superb scenery and great equipments. Don’t forget to try their breakfast — great selection of continental, oriental and Indian cuisines.

Had a good stay here, would I recommend it to others — yes. Laundry has a lot to be desired, put out the DND sign on the door the evening the laundry was to arrive due to the fact that I was feeling like s___t, next thing I get a phone call if I could open the door for laundry — duh! Next evening I called for them to bring it to me and I get a smart ass reply that if I took the 'do not disturb' sign off my door I would already have it. Girl has an attitude. Other than this I would definitely come back, all the rest of the staff have been great.

Went there coz my customer wanted to treat me lunch after finishing her confinement period. Buffet lunch was superb. I tried almost all. From appetizer to main course and desserts … 2 thumbs up.

Management behaved disgracefully. During this stay, I returned to my room on a Saturday evening to find myself locked out of the room and a letter on the floor directing me to reception; the letter implied I was not a customer of the hotel. After more than 30 minutes at reception with an rude and unprofessional Duty Manager it was established that not only did I have a booking but I had been double charged and placed in a lower cost room than I booked. Furthermore, a porter later told me that this same Duty Manager had entered the room and gone through my belongings in order to try find something with my name on it. I requested a senior manager contact me before I leave to make a complaint, nobody contacted me. I e-mailed a complaint and was met with nothing short of stunning behaviour from someone identifying herself as the Front Office Manager. After first refusing to give me contact information to confidentially send through a complaint (instead of the public mailbox) she claimed she had 'CC'd in a manager. When I emailed that manager and got no response I was given a different managers e-mail. I simply sent through a message to check if that was a genuine and manned e-mail account and again, no response. In addition, this 'Front Office Manager' when asked for the name of Duty Manager on duty on the night of the incident gave what I believe to be a fake name and said the manager has since left. My own checks indicate that this is not true.

Comparing Impiana to other hotels I stayed at in KLCC, it was both a bit dated and overpriced. I did book there last minute, but ended up paying roughly $150 USD for a night. I was woken up to children running and stamping above my head. The walls were quite thin. It's basically like staying in a vintage hotel room, circa the 1940s. On a positive note, the rooms are fairly spacious. The gym was quite nice and had a good view of the city center. The pool looked quite old and crumbly from my room and so I didn't bother. It's also on a very low floor, which compromises the city view. Lastly, the checkout was very slow and chaotic. My main comment is that the hotel is too expensive for what you get, especially considering the 5-star hotel I stayed at in KL was a 5 star hotel and yet $50 cheaper.

We were there 4 days and there was no way to take a quiet shower. The water went from hot to cold and vice versa without control.

A comfortable hotel near the Petronas. It's a four star somewhat outdated. He needs to renovate his rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful, although the buffet is almost everything to the oriental taste and they are thrown from less Western products. Good quality.
A bar for the night with live music and karaoke very nice and sympathetic. I recommend it.

It's a big and modern-ish place with pool, spa, gym and rooftop bar. The rooms are big and appear modern but are in fact a little dated already and especially the thin walls and ceilings force you to witness some of the ongoings. Breakfast is regional + toast. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a connecting bridge from the hotel to KLCC convention center and Petronas twin towers.

I must appraise this hotel for the service and hospitality. Staff are very friendly. Room was superb. If you plan for a quick weekend getaway, I suggest for you to be here. I had a blast! I'm sure gonna repeat. In fact, I've booked them again for our next arrival in 2 weeks! Can't wait'

The hotel is centrally located and is therefore well suited to explore KL whether on foot or with the nearby Metro which is located at the upstream mall.
The giant shopping mile can be easily Gangway in the first floor of Impiana within.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Petronas Towers and other tourist attractions. The hotel staff is friendly. The room is large and clean.

Just popped in for work in one of the ballrooms for event. The tech person is helpful. Food here was not that tasty according to one of my friends who had olio pasta. When we were rushing for a quick bite.

Have stayed at Impiana Hotel many times over the last 7 years. Although there are changes to certain things there is a very gradual deline in the experience. There is also no constancy when you check in. Sometimes you will get a face towel, sometimes a welcome drink and rarely you get both. Over the years there have been some improvements in the resturant for breakfast. Tjis year we noticed a much better way of being shown a table wit the intoduction of the system now used to allocate tables, so this is a much better experience for all. We had been told that there was also an influx of tour groups. This I have to agree that there now seems to be tour groups which were not noticable before, but there was not any problem. The one that we did encounter was the late arrival of a group who then constantly talked loudly in the corridors as well as the rooms. The room sound proofing at the Impiana has never been great and obviously the Hotel is not responcible for the conduct of people useing the hotel.
As for the rooms they are starting to show their age and refurbishment in the near future would not go a miss, suffice to say that the rooms that we booked were well kept and clean.
One thing dose require a special mention and that is the bed. Beautiflly comfortable and with the coice of pillows you can get a good nights sleep (talkers permitting).
One of my Freinds was asking if I would recomend this hotel as she is planning a visit to KL in the near future.

A very decent hotel in the centre of KL. 5 minutes walk from KLCC and Pavilion. With cheaper rates than many of the surrounding hotels. Meeting rooms are nice too.

We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. The Club Lounge staff (Syafizzie, Azlin, Farah, Wahida, Jovanka and Fera) were amazingly helpful and friendly. They never stop to impress me with their cheerfulness and friendly smile.
The spread (Club lounge) of breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening cocktails was good.
They even delivered a surprise birthday cake to our room for our son. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
The location of this hotel is convenient. There is a sheltered bridge to KLCC and pavilion.

The reception staff is quite slow in checking in. She said that I have to pay 700MR for deposit? When I questioned why I have to pay for a prepaid 2-day stay, somebody else said they will return it to me in 5 days (i assume if paid by credit card). After that, another staff popped in and y said that it should be 400 for 2 days? This will apparently be used in case I use something from their minibar or send some laundry. Really? Manager came (i thought she is anyway) said that I should not be charged for that at all and has to pay 20RM for tourist fee only. What's going on? Anyway got my key after a good 10 minutes standing and discussion. Put me in a room where the sink is blocked (i noticed midnight next morning when I used it) Borrowed umbrella, cost 20. Then another man just spoke behind me saying if I lost it it will cost 120 RM? What?! Are we not done talking about money?

Over-rated! The location was amazing and with direct access to the walking tunnel which will take to the major venues in KLCC. The check in / check out staff were very friendly. However, The hotel is overrated on booking and social media. The room that I got was very old and smelly. Window on the parking building and without any chance to see the sun light. The wooden floor was too old and squeaky, furniture is old and bed sheets were dirty. There was no towels in the room and no iron machine only the board. I had to call the room service to get these. I understand that it is a four star hotel but the cleanness level was too bad to be accepted for any hotel. The room smell and humid were the worst!

You are paying for the location. It took us half an hour to check in as they had 'lost' our reservation. Reception area seemed manic. The rooms are pretty dated and need new grouting and shower curtains in the bathrooms. The dressing gowns provided are very tatty. Don't be fooled by all the fancy photos, you are just paying for a hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel with a nice view of the towers. The pool is also pretty. Breakfast at the top. Attention However, we were asked as soon as we arrived to pay the entire stay. After a flight of ten hours and with jet lag, we had obviously not made the change and we just wanted to… Sleep. We had to come out to find a foreign exchange office. We lost more than an hour.

Room condition: Brand new and enough space, clean and comfortable bed. And special pillow service. Infinity swimming pool very good. Love Impiana KLCC.

Everyone welcomes you with a smile on their face. Rooms are good, equipped with a writing table, iron and iron stand. But there are areas need improvement. Bathroom door was faulty and even engineering staff couldn't fix it. Bath tub was not clean. Complimentary water bottle was not provided. Breakfast was good but cooks weren't enough so we always had a queue for eggs and parathas.

Went to Tonka Bean for Hi-Tea. There's a good spread of food. Everything is tasty. Service is good. Highly recommended!

Great value for money. Very central location, close to Pereonas Towers. Spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious.

Besonders die hervorragende Lage im Herzen der Stadt zeichnet das Hotel aus. Einige Zimmer und der Infinity Pool haben direkten Blick auf die Petronas Towers. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und KLCC ist über ein System aus Brücken direkt zu erreichen. Wenn man etwas Zeit hat, lohnt sich der Aufschlag für eines der Luxus-Pakete. Erstens weil die Zimmer dann besser sind und zweitens, weil die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke ihr Geld wert sind.

Came here for a holiday and it had all the necessary amenities and more! Breakfast buffet is delicious, pool, gym, nail salon, smoking lounge, another cocktail lounge/restaurant, and all in close proximity to the shopping quarters. This place had it all and it was super convenient. If you wanted a plate of fries to order in late at night, or pizza, this option was also available too!

Situated amidst the liveliest business and shopping districts in the city, the Impiana KLCC Hotel is the perfect choice for business and leisure travellers alike. This upscale hotel is located adjacent to the Kuala Lumpur Conference Centre and the world renowned Petronas Towers are just a short walk away. The main railway station is 20 minutes from the hotel and the International airport is an hour's drive away.

I signed up for the gym and pool services there as my office is located next door. The gym is decently fitted, has all the machines and weights you need for a good workout. The pool is not too bad, 20m long and pretty quiet during the weekdays except during school holidays.

Rooms are very huge. Nice view of the swimming pool. The hotel is also located at the Heart of the city center. I personally like the cozy Grand Ballroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers many services to the customer. Only flaw: The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a little to be desired.

Nice hotel, but you pay for it. It's got everything you would expect from a high end hotel. Also the pool is a nice touch.

The place is very neat and comfortable. Affordable price and good service too. The place is so strategic its near to KLCC and Pavilion.

Stayed in the club suite last year and love it so much we extended our stay for two more days. Room is huge and clean. Service was fantastic and most importantly price was reasonable. Going back in a few days time and hope everything is still the same!

Good hotel, housekeeping, but true lame location.

Located in the heart of KL's CBD, the hotel's connected walkways make it easy to walk to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Mall and more. Rooms and city views were nice on the eyes, Wi-Fi was fast however, the cleanliness was atrocious upon a closer inspection. Hair and fluff on carpet, dust on tables, intense bad odours and leaks from the toilet which would not go away after being cleaned (sprayed) by the cleaner. We also experienced bites after sitting on the sofa chair or in bed (also with a bad smell) which made it a very uncomfortable stay. When we raised this with the staff, they changed the sheets and tidied the room however, this was not hygienically enough. I was very disappointed with the staff's response to our very fair concerns. They did nothing to rectify the situation.

I really enjoyed my vacation in Impiana, comfy and friendly environment, also great view and location.

Awesome hospitality! Perfect for a business travel! Perfect for people visiting KL for first time and want to stay in a posh area yet well connected. Room service is superior quality and its modern interior and design will aid to your business. Food is awesome!

Hotel location very good, convenient. Hotel security very friendly and the morning walk when I booked the rental Car, they not only help you find the car, also took the initiative to help me or price, when I want to tip, they're already clean, help me to get this stuff right, and wave goodbye. But next time, I still might not stay, because the hotel, room health very poor, a buffet to the stomach. Checked in to the room, not clean, or not clean, bathroom toilet next to left, before traces, the sheets have a lot of hair, the third a call to rush to come clean, then the replacement process, and in addition to sheets, pillowcases, and sheets all dirty. No matter what is also a 4 star hotel. Buffet Breakfast before to see the online evaluation of good, kind of a lot, but the kids and I two people after eating is the stomach. After that, one morning left, to the cafeteria for kids, got two horns, little bread Mat belly, think eating bread is always okay, who don't know, final or diarrhea.

The hotel is busy with guests checking in or out but the staffs are ever vigilant to attend to your needs excellent service with a smile with a personal touch.
