Enjoyed the convenient location, there is a pool, not far from the towers of Petronas, the room has everything you need, but it's not 5 stars!

Hotel Maya is unique. Not because of the services alone but the location and the food. The rooms are clean and very spacious. All the services are excellent and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. 2 minutes walk from Petrona Towers… opposite some great restaurants and for nightlife lovers very close to Beach club cafe and Changkat. KLCC stands next to it. You can literally walk to most places. Short distances on peak times have high taxi fare. But great place.

Very good location. 5-10 mins walk away from KLCC. Serve good breakfast too at the Still-water cafe. Paid about RM300 for a studio room. Hotel rooms are relatively big but old. Fair supply of in room amenities.

Hotel has great location! Just 5 minute walk to the towers but the rooms are horribly out dated and old! The hotel room itself is more like 3 stars. Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Clean and in the heart of the city by most major sites. Twin Towers 2min walk; China town, Bird Park and KL Tower are local. Studio room is big. Couch and bed both super comfy. Large deep bath. Room service decently priced, and local shops available in walking distance. USB enabled TV so watch your own shows and listened to our own music. Metro and buses are usually busy. Uber no longer operate, use Grab or MYcar over local taxis, they are much cheaper. Overall a good experience and far cheaper than surrounding hotels given the location.

Some old! Not quite like, upstairs there are offices, unique geographical location! From the famous landmark Shuangfeng Tower walk a few minutes to arrive, opposite has a very big food market!

We had here spontaneously booked our last night in Malaysia. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very central. Near the Twin Towers. Room was nicely decorated & very clean. From the bathroom (with bathtub) one could look into the bedroom through a glass wall and thus also to the city. The breakfast buffet, for 5 € per person, was also very varied and tasty. The spa area was also very clean and very empty. I would recommend this hotel.

Terrible place to stay if you're not man. My friend and I stayed there in sept 17 for 2 nights. We asked for non smoking twin bed room … Very rude front desk manager gave us a dirty room … Then after we asked for clean room. He gave us a smelly smoking room although the room was meant to be non smoking the previous guest dud smoke! After check in took 3.5 hrs we got a suite which was just ok. We were treated very unprofessional by make front desk manager and was rude to us. We were part of a 36 group from uk and we all shared bad experiences next day. The only thing the hotel had going for it was the location. Bar was hostile and entire experience was very male business class. It was the only hotel we had poor experience in Malaysia. Next morning we were offered an apology by a very nice recently promoted manager whom offered us dinner on the house that night. We had dinner but we didn't get to experience the Petrona towers which I had previous booked and paid for because of the time it took to book us in … I would never ever recommend this hotel …

A little "Podjuzannyj" hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The room was clean. And besides, the parquet is clearly podgnival. The view from the room is awesome, albeit in a cemetery:) The breakfast is good, the spa is so so. The second time wouldn't go. The location is super.

I received first-class treatment! I was upgraded to a higher accommodation. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My stay coincided with my birthday (14th February) and the Manager sent a couple of staff to celebrate with me and my wife AND BROUGHT ME A BIRTHDAY CAKE! Looking for an excuse to go back to Kuala Lumpur, just so I can stay at Hotel Maya!

Very smelly rooms change 2 time but still smells and no phone working. In reception person doesn’t know how to deal with the customer and they gave me two time wrong key and the key card was not working properly even in the lift and in the room so they came and change the key cardagain and again.

Centerly located with KL tower, twin tower and Metro train station (Butik Nana's) just at walking distance. Nice hotel with Clean and well furnished rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good And caring staff. Recommended for families and couples.

Frustration, exhaustion, and full of disappointment. 3 hours late check-in due to 'cleaning in operation', cancelled spa and massage appointment even if you booked in advance, and troublesome checkout even during low traffic because the staff doesn't know what is the item listed in my bill and took 15 mins just to check. Manager Suhaimi blamed on guest for his staff mistake and challenged me if I were to complain, as he claimed he was not responsible for the trouble caused by his staff. It was supposed to be a good getaway for my parents and it turned out to be a total nightmare. One don't deserve such experience with such so-called 5stars hotel.

I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to prospective guests. The dressing gown in the room was used and despite request was never replaced. The staff at the reception were unhelpful and rude. The sink in the toilet was blocked.

An old, dirty and badly-managed hotel. The room smells old, dust everywhere! I found food remnants. On the floor. No wonders. Many ants in the room! They even gave us used toiletries. Awful… stay away!

Good but WL reception staff is somewhat stubborn and despite being a good hotel the rooms somewhat old design and very crowded.

A few minutes walk from the Petronas Tower. A dwarf among the building giants, but with 16 storeys high enough. Look neat. Breakfast auagezeichnet in great ambiance. Room ideal for this price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good address…

Nice Hotel and cared for a two minute walk to the Petronas to clean the room you have to insist otherwise they do not make breathtaking view from the room.

The. Hotel is not bad but the years pass and it gets old and does not reform. This year surpassed by the occupation of left. Rooms without making overnight. For a hotel of this category I find it very bad.

Nice swimming pool, close to the Petronas towers. Room furniture nice but not really well maintained, dump on the wall due to humidity. Good price compared to the quality.

I got in early due to my flights. Check in is at 2pm. Sitting here at 12.30 and they couldnt make an effort they said if I wanted in early it would be tourism taxes. Looks like they dont get my business. Be careful about payment I thought I paid and then paid again when I got here. They said they do t accept debit cards its on their website. Will write more when I see the room at 2pm. 3 stars so far.

This is for the 13 floor. Sky Lounge Terrace, which boasts the best view of the Twin towers, ⋯⋯ wants to sit gracefully outside the room and look at the Twin Towers. Ginseng ⋯⋯=

Awesome experience. The staffs were really professional and helpful. Amazing rooms, accessories and services.

Great hotel especially considering the rates. Great city view. The sky lounge is especially amazing for relaxing and offers a great view of the city and also offers complementary coffee and snacks. Good buffet breakfast with options for both locals and foreigners However during our stay, a lizard appeared in our room which the housekeeping was unable to find. We had to switch to another room at a lower level.
