It is a nice hotel with warm atmosphere, clean dan vintage in some way.

Location is good but the hotel maintenance & cleanliness is not really good.

Not well kept on certain places. Looks nice anyway.

Tranquil place. Quiet even though in KL. Nothing much going on around here. There is an adult pool and children's pool. Good place for rest. Breakfast serving is normal Malaysian fare.

Great hall for wedding to celebrate and even also the deco was very attracting specially the stage and food decoration. Love this wedding hall. : —)

Very old hotel. I don't recommend a stay herw. With the price, you can stay elsewhere thats 3 times better. Noticed that they host malay weddings at night by the pool. Very nice view, with fairy lights all over. So, I guess still an acceptable place for weddings.

If you want to experience breaking fast malay style, it is recommended to come here. A lot of malaysian cuisine. Chicken rice, lamb, and makanan kampung. Delicious.

Water heater is not function at all after inform the reception. Housekeeping is below my expectation. No iron board in the room. For the next visit. I dont think so.

I stayed for few days on my first visit to kL clean place with great service.

Very friendly staff. Like, super friendly they will assist you even without you asking them to which I really appreciate this kind of action. Food, nice. Clean.

Used to be ok but now it's pretty run down and the road leading to it is caught in a constant jam. The shops located within their vicinity have mostly closed. But I guess it's the only half decent hotel in that area (although I don't know why you would want to stay in that area as it's mostly residential there).

Low price, rooms are ok but breakfast not so good.

It was nice hotel, good service, beautiful view, you can relaxing in the beach Breakfast was various.

Mosquitos, geckos, spider webs, couches and fungus all over the rooms. Very very very bad. If there is a — 10 stars option I'll definitely give it.

Nice hotel. Parking kena bayar rm5 per entry.

Place was okay but nobody was there to assist us at the parking lot and we went there to eat at Sultana's Iraqian food and the food was horrible! The salt lassi was diluted with water. Disgusting.

Nice and strategic location but need maintenance.

The reason I stay there coz it was cheap — RM102 per night. Since my kids came all the way from png to kl so I guess its worth to stay here. Room was ok. Cracked toilet bowl seat is definitely a turn off : (. Kids enjoy the stay there for 3 nites as they wanted to swim n laze only. The rest are so n so…

The staff member gave room 217 that was occuied. Took about an hour to settle down after changing 2 rooms. To be more efficient.

Got the chalet type accommodation. Spacious but the equipment inside quite old. Water heater dont work properly.

Bad n worst ever… hot aircond… so many bird dirty… housekeeping balak liat pemalas… but front desk staff very good n nice… very helpfull… 5 star for night duty staff 17/11/17.

I checked in at 3pm on 8 Nov 2017 to room 416. I think it was the worst hotel that I have stayed. The door jammed and cannot open from inside. They move me to room 412. I ordered 3 times (coz hungry and have not taken lunch yet) 2 times from restaurant at ground floor and 3rd time fr restaurant at 5th floor. The food taste is bad. Complaint about the Wi-Fi. No Wi-Fi from 3pm till I checked out. Though of taking shower. The water flow is so slow and hot water is running only for few seconds and stop if you open the cold water. After 6 hours stay, I finally fed up and checked out at 9pm and moved to Istana. Worst is the reception only laugh at my comments. Worst hotel I ever stayed and definately not going to stay here again.

Great venue for organising an event in the Grand Ballroom. Caters for 850 pax.

It has the basic facilities, good food, nearby shopping area and the deserving open space which is quite rare in Kuala Lumpur. I wonder why people are not attracted to it. Maybe because of the heavy traffic on the main road getting there.

A disappointing visit. Room 223 toilet & sink are not working. Two single bed with only a pillow each. Not functioning hair dryer. No toothpaste provided. Room are serviced without prior notification. Slow Wi-Fi. Tv channel are limited.

Good taste food serve here with clean surrounding and comfortable and condusif room.

The hotel not so good. It is looking very old decoration and furniture inside the room. Bathroom is not clean, sometime see cockroach running around. Breakfast buffet not have many choice and food not good at all (could be different taste for different people). Counter staff are friendly, I request them to exchange me from higher currency to lower currency with kindly assist from them. This hotel has a lake, but nothing is to say much about that lake. The location from hotel to tourist place such as KLCC is about 5-6 km. If take uber from hotel to KLCC cost around 12-15 RM base on traffic. During my stay has a lot of group coming to stay in this hotel, Sometime hearing people walking and talking loudly at night specially Chinese people who coming to stay in the hotel. I am not recommending this hotel if you can find a better hotel with the same price.

Hotel is really old… Seem_ like the management doesnt care about the roof falling apart… Room is extremely stinky… Smells of armpits… they should just bring down the hotel and rebuild.

First night is quite good but second night the electric is gone and until 8pm was fixed. Old hotel and far go to tourist attraction. Nearest one only ampang point 10 minutes walk.

Good service for 4 o clock AM check in.

The worst hotel in town! Service is terrible, the room is horrible… I have nothing nice to say about this hotel at all! Our check in time was 3pm. Hadri the receptionist said its 5pm now n its not yet ready. Tolong tunggu ye. Ape lancau kau cakap ni hadri. And then tetiba ade plak.

The hotel is located within a serene environment, beside a tranquil lake in Ampang. Only 6.4km (11 minutes) from KLCC, 7.5km (13 minutes) from Pavilion KL and 2.3km (4 minutes) from Great Eastern Mall. It is also close to the Klang Valley Expressway leading to the North, South and East of Peninsular Malaysia.

Ok nice n convenient to stay.

The lobby and the room are nice. Location is quite good, 10RM for a taxi into KLCC and Ampang Point a local shopping centre is nearby. My room had mosquitoes/bed bugs as I was covered in bites. The Wi-Fi is very poor, at best it runs at 0.5 MB/s.

Very good hotel, the staff are friendly, good rate, the room is nice facing the lake view. Free shuttle to klcc and pavilion, worth it.

Bad bathroom, the room smells smoky, normal breadfast but not free, bad hotel in KUL.

Very bad receptionist whit bad accent and too noisy.
