1. Food at Food Court (rate 1 star) the taste is very bad — sorry to say 2. Price (expencive) 3. But the food court is Clean (i give rate 4 stars) … 4. Sales for Clearence stock — so many damage shoes / handbag. Etc.

Everything. They also have few nice unique or specialty stores not available in other malls.

It’s a nice hotel. Clean and all but parking is not too good. As it’s located behind a busy road. But if you are looking for value for money. This is it.

No water in the room. Everything is dirty and old. Smells bad. The pool is closed. How is it possible to be rated as a four star hotel?

One star hotel is a lot of it is what is discovered and where the smells and carpets are unclean and latrines are very dirty and there are never services star and many God it regretted not recommend any one.

Reasonable price. Very friendly receptionist and security guard. In term of room condition, little bit old school. The view facing back of the hotel, so not so nice. Suddently, hot water not at the morning. Tv channel also limited. Overall, value for money. If you plan 1 or 2 night stands, Q Hotel is recommended.

Nice hote, nice pool but the window is cannot be open so it's not a fun place for smokers :D.

Nice hotel but quite far from KLCC or City Center. Very near to Sunway Putra mall but not walkable distance. Have lot of transportation facilities from here including monorail and LRT. Had nice swimming pool with infinity view (Infinity pool) at second floor. Provides food also and nice restaurants near by walkable distance.

Everytime we are here we only order the steamed fish. Song yu fish head (Grasscarp). The meat is very tender and steamed just to perfection. Very light and healthy dish. . Food : 4/5 Service : 3.5/5 Price : $$ Place : 3/5 . Non Halal Rest : Ong Lai Location : Raja laut City : Kuala Lumpur .

Very very rundown hotel! The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to.

Budget hotel. Breakfasts are scarce sometimes nothing all s'eli Chinese. The pool is relatively clean next to the metro shops of cafes and eel. The hotel is 3, 5 km from the hotel in a straight line to the petronas towers. Yes eat until 9pm then the problem is not Thailand.

Bad experience at the baths you get stuck in the toilet smells bad, the shower was broken, they charge taxes for everything, in the room the beds were broken and had bugs, bugs bed, impossible to sleep, the air conditioning was broken, I have not returned the money that I wanted to go, nor the tax deposit 100rym, bad experience, the spa is 30 prostituas or more, the area on the street smells bad and there are many rats, I would not recommend to anyone this site should be closed. Front desk staff need to learn how to serve guest nicely and talk nice not rude to the guest. We pay to stay here not come here and stay for free. Room are not clean well. Sucks!

I stayed here to spend the last night of my vacation in KL. Got my room at a promo rate. The room is spacious and the view from my room is a plus. The receptionists are really nice. They let me checked in 2 hours before the check in time. The location is good — near the Sultan Ismail station.

We were allotted superior room. The flush is the bathroom stops functioning every time you use it. So you need to call the maintenance guy every time u use it! Phone lines do not work. For Indian travellers this place is not recommended unless you are wanting to eat Indian food! Else there are restaurants and street food all over this locality. Nothing to watch on television!

Worst hotel we ever had. Check in took an hour, room is not fancy, we had to call the housekeeping for them to know that there are 2 guests, coz they only provide 1 towel. Breakfast?! Oh please, let's be real, your breakfast is something u can order at mamak store. If you're a foreigner, do not book this hotel, yes it's cheap because it describes its standards.

Terrible hotel, dirty rooms, leaking bathroom facilities, trash and cigarettes from former guest not cleaned in a non smoking room. Swimming pool is milky green far away from having the proper ph score. Breakfast is non described, focusing on Asian guests, omelette is offered sometimes but tasteless, scramble eggs unknown to the "cook". The spa is a gentleman club which is not bad as long as you're a man. The hotel needs proper maintenance and a service training for the front office staff. They charge a deposit and tourist tax during check in but give a receipt for the deposit only. During check out they deduct again the tourist tax from your deposit and accusing the guest to lie if the tell it's paid during check in already, so make sure you get receipt for all of your payment. But better to avoid this place. Not to mention that taxi driver don't know this hotel because it changed the business name, maybe the old name was run down already.

My favorite mall in KL. This is the best mall to watch movies because it is not over crowded and easy to get parking. The parking fees is affordable and free after 5:30pm on weekdays. The shopping and eating experience is also very good. The mall is very spacious and the washroom is clean. This mall seems more cozy and welcoming than other KL malls. Keep up the good job!

Nice and simple mall with clean toilets. I noticed Laird antennas in the car park, not sure if that is for mobile signal but great idea. Choice of eating joints isn't bad. One complaint is with regards to the entrance and exit into the parking which is very narrow. Some not so smart drivers especially with smaller cars will be impatient. The location of the parking ticket dispenser and injesters (verifiers) is horrible. Autopay machine goes on Standby mode if not in use (conserves energy — very good).

Basic breakfast and lunch. Only 1 or 2 staff serve. Toilet flash mulfunction. Need improve.

To flee. The receptionist is not friendly. Additional 100myr tax In addition to the tax of 10myr per day. Tax that has turned into bail after the appeal of the tourist office following our visit. Dirty room. Bathroom Swimming pool not maintained. Breakfast poor and not very good, on the other hand dedicated staff.

3 class hotel experience. Room has smokey odor. Not good for kids. Carpets has old stains. Parking lots is super limited & crampy. Basic amenities like shower, shower tubs, towels ok.

I was in there for seven nights. It is ordinary I will say and ok with budget. That building is old and also the furniture. Could be recommended.

It's an okay Hotel. Check in took a while, they weren't friendly and we had to pay a deposit. Then we got a room on the 6th floor which was horrible. It was totally ruined. The floor was dirty, bedsheets were dirty. It smelled and was just disgusting. After asking for a clean room we got one on the 10th floor. Amazing view from there on the KLCC tower. This room was definitely way cleaner. Bedsheets still being dirty but overall looking cleaner and not so old. The bathroom in this room still wasnt really clean. The toilette is very old. Bathtub too. Flushing takes 8 seconds also. But overall the second room was way better looking. They changed the sheets everyday. But they always had something on them (spots etc. ). TV has like 6 channels or so. Just one in english. Pool is great. Good view from there (especially at night) but u can tell how old the hotel is. They also serve coffe and tea at the pool. Staff is rather uninterested and seem like they don't really care but depends on who it is ofc. Used the spa (jj spa) once (on level 1). Great & intense massage. There's a jacuzzi and sauna + steaming room too. But it was really dark there. Did not feel comfortable as a woman (maybe because I've read that there are prostitutes idk). So I'd say don't go there as a woman (they starred at us a lot lol) price: 106 per person. Including food (which consisted of Rice) + a movie area. The area where the Hotel is set is really disgusting too.

Old building and not renovated for some time… Staff available however.

Great value for money very central and the pool (I believe on the sixth floor) has a nice view while relaxing.

But the movie hall is so cold you need to bring a hotbag and a jacket to stay for 2 hours in the movie.

Access to the swimming pool from 8am to 8pm free of charge.
Breakfast at will for 15 ringgit and 7 ringgit for children.

A request for a room with a beautiful view, this hotel can meet in a very special way! Quite centrally located, it is a good starting point to explore Kuala Lumpur — on foot It is only a few minutes to the nearest high-ground station.
If you are tired, you can relax in such a room without having the feeling of missing something. The view is impressive especially in the evenings and at night! Tip: At midnight, the lighting of the Petronas Towers will gradually shut down, nice to watch.
The outdoor swimming pool, located on the second floor on a rooftop terrace, is also very inviting and relaxing.

Good ace to stay emergency,, the staff is friendly and service ok, the breakfast was good.

It's in a OK location and is comfortable. But it is starting to show its age. It's due for a remodel soon.

I stayed at this hotel like few months ago but I'm gonna go for a review to ease people who gonna take this hotel to stay. I was taking Standard Room for 6nights stay. The hotel is good. A bit oldy but it's still okay. The receptionists are good, services are good, breakfast is nice (but you better get down earlier because if you make it above 9:30, you won't have so much foods to take), the location is good but a bit hidden. But once you know the place, u will think it's easy to access. The hotel near to GOKL shelter, about to 5-7 mins walking to the nearest LRT (PWTC station), and you'll find some restaurants around the hotel. This hotel got nice pool as well. All staffs are so welcome, nice and. I once left my wallet when checked-in and the next day, they give the wallet back to me when breakfast time. The things I don't like about the hotel that roomkeeper won't change your bed sheet, unless u ask them to. And the room is not so big, the size is not so big as it seems on the picture. Overall it's good. I had a great time in this hotel. Ps: Based on my experience, if you book the room from its official hote website, the price will be a bit cheaper.

Great location and price and has a outdoor pool! What more can you ask for. I stayed on the 10th floor.

Eventhough it very near to city centre but it has so many incovenience matter. The hall way and carpet look so old. Leaking aircond. Hot water in shower can't be control properly. The water only come out either hot or cool (already ask the maintenance and it only working for just 2 minute than it become problem again). If you want to be near the city with that price I think it should be ok but somehow if you search around a little while you can find a nice motel with better condition and cheaper price just around the corner.

Good value for money but congested parking and road leading to hotel is very narrow. Rooms are average but view and location is excellent.

No welcome drink and fruit plate as described at time of booking. Rooms are slightly dirty. It is dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom!
Breakfast is okay and tastes good.

Metered taxi fee are very expensive. The fee is RM 70 base fee + 10% taxes + 2 toll fees about RM4.20. So the total fee is RM 84 for a ridefrom airport to this hotel. However the Wi-Fi is fast and free.

Club room booked room is not the size as be slide. The opening of the safe took three calls to the front desk and personal appearance. The safe was opened only after the threat of a pull-out. The room is not clean. Towels were three days are not changed. The photos were taken with a good wide angle.

Room was bad while the view was amazing. Sadly that was the only silver lining in this dark cloud of a hotel, there were ants in my room and the wash basin was clogged. If you call housekeeping, they are so uncourteous over the phone. I strongly recommend against anyone coming to this hotel.
