I was thought to give 5 stars in the very beginning, we were satisfied in overall environment, service of staff and the room condition. We were told that the price of room is RMxx and double confirmed the payment term and method with the staff who helped us check in. However, when we prepared to rest at night after Viper Challenge event, a male staff called us saying there was payment issue want to ask us at 2am. He came to out room at first floor and said our room rate was actually RMxxx (we are fine with it) but they couldn’t do the bank transactions through debit which agreed when we checked in (maybe something wrong). So he asking us to do the cash payment on the spot at 2am. What make us to give 3 stars instead of 5 stars is that we totally no idea why so insist of making us paying for the room at 2am. The hotel has collected rm100 as deposit, so no way to ask us made payment at midnight.

Hotel (in Jalan Ipoh) looks beautiful, the staff are so amazingly kind and helpful, however, the level of inexperienced makes them highly unhelpful. They don’t even know the area the hotel is located. Talking about the area, not tourist friendly whatsoever… far from everything and not even a supermarket at walking distance.
Breakfast was horribly poor, just a dry almost empty packaged sandwich you can get in any shop in town. Instant coffee and creamer. Don’t ask for sweetener or don’t be gluten intolerant because you will have to go and find your way. I had to.
There was a problem with the water supply in the area and they tried to solve the problem within two hours, when they phoned my room to tell me there was water back… I went rushing to the shower. It ruined my white underwear (now brown) and when I dried my hair the white towel turned brown.
I asked if they could take me to their other hotel… waited till 1 am but of course nothing.
The receptionists told me the manager had told them he was going to come to the hotel to talk to me personally at 9:30 am and I left the hotel at 10 for I had already made plans and bought tickets.
There is not a single useful map of the city or the means of transport.
And unfortunately it does not have the vibe of a hostel.

Greated by the big warm smile of the receptionist, Ms Mahirah when I first came in to the hotel. She is very kind and patient in helping me check-in and getting the room access card done. Another helpful and caring person is Mr hassan who always ensures himself to give the best service to every guests. Thanks to both of them for giving me such a good staying experience. Another 2 stars goes to their facility, the dining lounge which is fully equipped with hot/cold drinking water dispenser, microwave and fridge. Their dining lounge is one of my favourite place to chill/relax instead of just sitting inside a pod. Love the space in the dining lounge. Bunk and bilik Sri Petaling will always be my first choice when I visit KL again.

Really nice place. Everyone treated us great and the place is really nice. I really appreciate Hassan taking care of some extra things that came up for us. Great location.

Nice room, unique and cozy and in and urburn area… parking might be a little hard.

A very nice hotel in a place I wouldn't even think of going. Entire space is very clean and decor is simple and very calming. Quiet yet easy access to food places and even walkabout explorations. The front office people as well as the cleaners are very polite and helpful. Great place to rest and even work.
