Bad attitude of worker… the price was cheap… cheap price get cheap attitude of worker.

Never control costumer parking area disturbs another ppl business hours garbage management.

Overall the environment and concept is very good but still out of my expectations. The bunk bed room layout is very bad, our bed even cannot get the air conditioning but getting better after change to the private room. After that, the staff tell us the breakfast time is within 8.30 to 10.30, But what the concept 9.30 there is no more breakfast? Hope that they can put more effort.

Hotel looks beautiful, the staff are so amazingly kind and helpful, however, the level of inexperienced makes them highly unhelpful. They don’t even know the area the hotel is located. Talking about the area, not tourist friendly whatsoever… far from everything and not even a supermarket at walking distance.
Breakfast was horribly poor, just a dry almost empty packaged sandwich you can get in any shop in town. Instant coffee and creamer. Don’t ask for sweetener or don’t be gluten intolerant because you will have to go and find your way. I had to.
There was a problem with the water supply in the area and they tried to solve the problem within two hours, when they phoned my room to tell me there was water back… I went rushing to the shower. It ruined my white underwear (now brown) and when I dried my hair the white towel turned brown.
I asked if they could take me to their other hotel… waited till 1 am but of course nothing.
The receptionists told me the manager had told them he was going to come to the hotel to talk to me personally at 9:30 am and I left the hotel at 10 for I had already made plans and bought tickets.
There is not a single useful map of the city or the means of transport.
And unfortunately it does not have the vibe of a hostel.

— Limited carpark
— Lift is out of service throughout the day I stayed, so had to walk up to the first floor using the stairs
— Some ants scattered around the table area
— Stains on the bedsheet
— Inefficient front desk and bad management (Spent almost half an hour to check in as I booked a room using Agoda and another room via their website due to no availability on Agoda website. My check-in date was on 15 June and my booking date was on 11 June. The payment had been made instantly using my debit card on 11 June. However the front desk person told me that my payment was not confirmed yet due to Hari Raya, a public holiday. They might need a long time to process. They requested me to fork out another 90 dollars due to unconfirmed transaction. I showed him my bank transaction to prove that this transaction had been made but yet the person requested me to pay first, if their side has confirmed my transaction, they will refund me the 90 dollars by banking in to my bank account. I agreed with that as they promised me for the refund but ended up I waited for a week, the 90 dollars was not refunded to me yet.

Very interesting concept layout on the premises. Booked a Standard Queen with Window and kinda let down by some…
1. Lift was out of service during my check in, we had to take the stair case (which is fine for me).
2. The hallway of the floor was dark, maybe they shut some lights to save some electric bills. (checked in the place around 8PM)
3. The some intermediate rooms come with Windows but it is totally pointless, you dont get outside view and the blind actually see-thru (refer to attached picture). People from outside can actually sees into.
4. Shower drainage does not drain the water, the water flows opposite direction of the drain and traps the water leaving the shower area flooded.
5. Due to the lift is out of service, we had to take staircase, it wasnt that bad until I fell down from the stair case, it is old building therefore the cemented floor has been 'polished' over the time, making it slippery.
6. If you are driving, parking is super limited but surrounding people just park illegally.
7. They do serve breakfast, no menu options but they will tell you what is going to serve for next day, it was Sunday and they have nasi lemak, they serve it under banana leaf wrap which you probably seen it everyday if you are local, not good but okay to prevent hungry. Coffee or tea you have to make it yourself over the pantry.
8. Room lighting are pretty dim, if you plan to do some paper/computer work, you might not liking it.

LOVE the concept. Value of money because full of facilities & comfortable. Strong Wi-Fi. 24hours free tea and coffee. Everyday different menu for breakfast. Just have some mosquito in the room but can install mosquito trap. Tv signal not so good but they will upgrade it soon. Service very good.
